背景技术
在一些诸如汽车制造业的应用中,使用多个热交换器来冷却或者加热应用中使用的各个不同的流体是普遍的。例如,在汽车的情形下,具有冷却发动机冷却剂的散热器,以及具有用来冷却诸如发动机油、传动油或者燃料、动力转向流体等的流体的一个或者多个其他热交换器是普通的。通常,空气用来冷却发动机冷却剂,并且发动机冷却剂本身经常用来冷却其他诸如发动机油或者传动油或者动力转向流体的流体。可以理解的是这通常涉及很多的管道设备,并且在汽车应用中很不希望有太多的需要组装在汽车内的部件,因为这会增加组装费用,提供更多的会损坏的部件,并且这会占据宝贵的、总是供应不足的空间。
在减少所需的管道设备的数量并节约空间的尝试中,已经提出将两个热交换器的功能或者热交换器的子组件合并成一个组合的热交换器,其中,流体中的一个,诸如发动机冷却剂在两个子组件热交换器之间共用。这样的一个例子展示在发给Beldam的美国专利4,327,802中,其中,散热器中使用的相同的发动机冷却剂用于一个油冷却器子组件,该子组件与散热器一体形成。在该Beldam的热交换器中,空气用来冷却发动机冷却剂,并且发动机冷却剂依次地用来冷却油。

发明内容
在本发明中,三个或者更多的流体通道或者管道设置在热能可以在任何一个流体管道和每个其他流体管道之间有效传递的地方。
依照本发明,其提供了一种热交换器,该热交换器包括多个叠置的热交换模块。每个模块包括具有第一主要传热表面的第一流体管道,以及具有第二主要传热表面的第二流体管道。第一主要传热表面与第二主要传热表面热连接。每个模块还具有第三流体管道,该第三流体管道具有与第一和第二主要传热表面都热连接的第三主要传热表面,于是热可以在任何一个流体管道和每个其他管道之间传递。

具体实施方式
首先参照图1-7,依照本发明第一优选实施方式的热交换器一般由附图标记10指示。热交换器10由多个叠置的热交换模块12组成,图4很好地展示了其中一个模块的右手端。热交换器10还具有顶板14和底板16、一对内螺纹接管18和一对外螺纹接管20。内、外螺纹接管18,20形成了热交换器10内使用的两个热交换流体的入口和出口,这些将在下文中得到进一步的说明。
每一个热交换模块12由一对间隔开的板22,24以及一对背对背的中间板26,28组成。间隔开的板22,24完全相同,只是其中一个颠倒翻转。类似地,中间板26,28完全相同,只不过其中一个也颠倒翻转。中间板26,28形成有以平行的肋状物32和凹槽34为形式的波状起伏30。其中一个板26,28上的肋状物32在板颠倒翻转时变成了凹槽34。肋状物和凹槽32,34都是倾斜定向的,这样当把中间板26,28放置在一起时,它们交叉并因此在中间板26,28之间形成一个波状的纵向流动路径或者管道36(参见图7)。当顶部的间隔开的板22置于中间板26上时,中间板26的肋状物32与顶部板22的下面接合,并在板22和26之间提供一个弯曲的纵向流动路径38。在板28和24之间也形成一个类似的弯曲的纵向流动路径或者管道40。

应该理解的是,流经第一和第二流体管道36和38的流体可以反过来选择,或者是诸如燃料或者可以经过第一和第二管道的制冷剂的其他流体。事实上,通过加上侧部或者横向集管板,除空气外的流体应该能经过空间或者包含有翅片56的第三管道。同样地,翅片56显示为垂直地或者横向地排列在模块12内,但是这些翅片能不同地定向以提供除横向流动以外其他经过模块12的流动。

接着参照图10-14,依照本发明另一优选实施方式的热交换器一般由附图标记70指示。在热交换器70内,第一和第二流体管道或者管状部件由挤压管72形成。挤压管72具有内部纵向的内壁部分74和周边部分或者管道78,该内壁部分74形成分隔物以提供中间流动通道或者流体管道76,该周边部分或者管道78位于中间管道76的两侧。周边管道78也可以具有起到加固目的分隔壁80。中间流体管道应当可以是第一和第二流体管道中的一个,并且周边流体管道78中的任一个或两个可以是第一和第二流体管道中的另一个。
挤压管72具有分立的开口端部分82和84,从而限定了每一个第一和第二管道的入口/出口孔。如图13和14清楚地展示,集管86和88供应并返回来自各个流体管道76,78的流体。集管86,88由嵌套的碟形部件90和92形成,这些碟形部件具有各自的、限定间隔孔98,100以容纳各个挤压管开口端部分82,84的碟底94,96。接管102,104是集管86,88的入口和出口。在图1-9所示的实施方式的情形下,第三流体管道由包含有翅片56的空气通道58形成,该翅片56位于间隔开的挤压管72之间,并与这些挤压管接触。
在热交换器70内,第一和第二流体管道的主要传热表面应该是内壁部分74和挤压管72的邻接的上壁部分和下壁部分的相邻部分。第一和第二流体管道与第三流体管道或者空气通道56之间的主要传热表面应该是挤压件或管72的上壁和下壁。
经过描述本发明优选的实施方式,应该理解的是,上述结构可以进行不同的改变。例如,虽然不同实施方式中使用的板表现为具有纵向轴的细长板,但是这些板应当可以是其他形状或者构造。虽然该细长板的每一端间隔开地设置有两个入口和出口孔,但是这些入口和出口孔应当可以安置在不同的位置。图1-9所示的中间板实际上具有两个嵌套的流动通道,但是应当可以应用相同的原理来提供三个或者更多的嵌套的流动通道,这样本发明的热交换器应当可以处理三个以上的流体。类似地,在图10-14所示的实施方式中,应该可以有另外的、分立的类似于端部分82,84的开口端部分,并且应该可以使用另外的嵌套的碟形物以在热交换器70内容纳三个以上的流体。
从上述内容可知,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,仅通过随附的权利要求来限定本发明的范围是显然的,这些权利要求得到有目的的解释。
Claims (20)
1.一种热交换器,包括:多个叠置的热交换模块,每一个热交换模块包括具有第一主要传热表面的第一流体管道,具有第二主要传热表面的第二流体管道,第一主要传热表面与第二主要传热表面热连接,以及具有第三主要传热表面的第三流体管道,第三主要传热表面与所述的第一和第二主要传热表面都热连接,以便热可以在任何一个流体管道和各个其他流体管道之间传递。
2.如权利要求1所述的热交换器,其中,第一和第二流体管道是并列设置的管状部件,并且第三流体管道定位成与第一和第二流体管道侧向相邻,并与第一和第二流体管道热连接。
3.如权利要求2所述的热交换器,其中,第三流体管道位于第一和第二流体管道的一侧,并且相邻的热交换模块的第三流体管道位于所述的第一和第二流体管道的相对侧。
4.如权利要求2所述的热交换器,其中,第三流体管道横向于第一和第二流体管道定向。
5.如权利要求2所述的热交换器,其中,第一和第二流体管道由一对间隔开的板形成,并且所述间隔开的板之间设置有中间板,该中间板形成有波状起伏,该波状起伏与所述间隔开的板一起限定了所述的第一和第二流体管道,其中一个间隔开的板限定了与所述的第一和第二流体管道中的每一个连通的入口和出口孔。
6.如权利要求5所述的热交换器,其中,所述的中间板是第一中间板,并且还包括定位成与第一中间板背靠背的波状的第二中间板。
7.如权利要求6所述的热交换器,其中,第二中间板与第一中间板相同。
8.如权利要求5所述的热交换器,其中,两个间隔开的板都具有所述的入口和出口孔。
9.如权利要求8所述的热交换器,其中,两个间隔开的板形成有限定入口和出口孔的凸起部。
10.如权利要求9所述的热交换器,其中,凸起部向外延伸,相邻热交换模块的凸起部接合以形成流动集管,相邻模块的间隔开的板由此限定了位于其间的第三流体管道。
11.如权利要求10所述的热交换器,其中,还包括位于第三流体管道内的传热翅片,该翅片与相邻模块的间隔开的板接触。
12.如权利要求5所述的热交换器,其中,波状起伏的形式为平行的多个肋状物和凹槽。
13.如权利要求5所述的热交换器,其中,波状起伏的形式为单个的肋状物和凹槽。
14.如任何一个权利要求5所述的热交换器,其中,板是具有纵向轴线的细长板,并且两个所述的入口和出口孔间隔开地定位在该细长板的两端,所述两个孔中的一个分别与第一和第二管道中的每一个连接。
15.如权利要求6所述的热交换器,其中,波状起伏的形式为平行的多个肋状物和凹槽。
16.如权利要求2所述的热交换器,其中,管状部件由挤压管形成,该挤压管具有分立的开口端部分,从而限定了每个第一和第二管道的入口和出口孔,并且还包括位于模块各端上的集管,该集管限定了间隔开的孔以容纳第一和第二管道的各个挤压管开口端部分,并且将挤压管间隔开。
17.如权利要求16所述的热交换器,其中,挤压管具有限定所述第一和第二流体管道中的一个的中间部分,并且所述中间部分两侧上的周边部分限定了第一和第二管道中的另一个。
18.如权利要求16所述的热交换器,其中,集管由嵌套的碟形部件形成,该碟形部件具有碟底,该碟底限定了所述间隔开的孔,从而容纳各个挤压管开口端部分。
19.如权利要求16所述的热交换器,其中,第三流体管道由挤压管之间的空间形成,并且还包括位于第三流体管道内的与间隔开的挤压管接触的传热翅片。
20.如权利要求16所述的热交换器,其中,至少其中一个挤压管部件形成有纵向的内壁部分,该内壁部分形成流经挤压管部件的流体的分隔物。
