Description

Method, system and server for searching acquaintances by sending mails through network
Technical Field
The invention relates to the internet technology, in particular to a method, a system and a server for searching acquaintances by sending letters through a network.
Background
With the busy life and work, people gradually lose contact with friends or acquaintances. The development of the internet provides a lot of convenience for people to re-establish contact with friends or acquaintances who are going to be familiar. Typically, people re-establish contact with friends or acquaintances of the next shake through the network primarily in several ways:
the first method comprises the following steps: the instant chatting software such as QQ, MSN and the like is used for establishing contact with the lost friends or acquaintances again.
In the first way, the contact can be reestablished with the friend or acquaintance who loses contact by remembering the QQ number or MSN number of the other party and other ways. However, if the party number is forgotten or stolen or changed, it may not be possible to re-establish contact with the lost friend or acquaintance. In addition, with the instant chat, the opposite party is not the person you are looking for, and thus you may suffer from spam. Moreover, the instant chat mode generally requires a relatively fast speed, so that the user often cannot think about the problem seriously and modify the information so as to miss the person to be found. Therefore, the second method is considered.
And the second method comprises the following steps: and re-establishing contact with the lost-contact friend or acquaintance by logging in the classmate record or the alumni record.
In the second way, the contact can be reestablished with the friend or acquaintance who loses contact through the classmate or campus record. However, currently, the alumni record or the classmate record is encrypted, and only members of the alumni record or the classmate record can log in. If the friend or acquaintance you are looking for is not a fellow or alumni with whom you are not, in this case, if the second approach is used, you cannot log into the classmate or alumni because you are not a member of the classmate or alumni record, and thus it is not possible to re-establish contact with the friend or acquaintance who has lost contact. Therefore, the third mode is considered.
And the third is that: and adopting the electronic Mail (E-Mail) to reestablish the contact with the lost friend or acquaintance.
In a third mode, the sender can send the letter by using the Email address of the receiver memorized by the sender to reestablish contact. However, Email users often have a complicated setting of their Email addresses, which is not a simple task for the sender to be able to remember completely. If you remember one letter or character by mistake, you cannot find a friend or acquaintance that you have lost contact with.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Different from the prior art, the embodiment of the invention stores the inherent information of the independent registration of the receiver through the server; the server judges whether the inherent information of the receiver input by the sender is consistent with the inherent information registered by the receiver, and if so, the server sends the letter to the receiver. The method and the device can realize that the sender does not need to remember the complicated E-mail address of the receiver, but utilizes the inherent invariable information of the receiver memorized by the sender to determine the receiver. And then the sender can conveniently and quickly establish contact with the receiver.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for searching acquaintances by sending letters through a network according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, it includes:
step 101, the receiver autonomously registers and determines the inherent information of the identity.
In this step, when the recipient autonomously registers to determine the inherent information of the identity, the recipient may also autonomously register its registration name and password. In the embodiment, the registration name can be a name which is irrelevant to the identity of the receiver according to the preference of the receiver; the password can also be a character type password which is not related to the identity of the receiver and is registered by the receiver according to the preference of the receiver. The inherent information of the receiver, which is generally the inherent invariable information of the receiver, mainly comprises: the real name of the addressee, the name of the addressee (including no less than 1 nickname, milk name and nickname), the native place, the sex, the age, the identification number, the place of residence, the school (including the school name, the class, the time of admission, the graduation time and the like of kindergarten, primary school to university), the unit (including the unit of work, the department, the workshop, the team and the time period of work and the like), the telephone (including no less than 1 used number), the QQ number, the MSN number and some other real information which can confirm the identity. Of course, the inherent information of the recipient may also be updated information of the recipient, and the specific situation is specifically analyzed. Regardless of how the recipient registers the message, the purpose is to make the sender find it more conveniently and quickly.
In this embodiment, the registrant, that is, the addressee in this step, may choose to disclose several pieces of information registered by itself, or may choose not to disclose information registered by itself. Moreover, when registering the inherent information, the receiver can selectively receive the mail through a certain receiving strategy. The receiving strategy is that the receiver sets a certain receiving requirement to receive the search mail sent by the receiver. For example, the recipient may require the sender to input at least the name, gender, and school information of the recipient when sending the letter in order to ensure that the recipient is found by his classmates; the receiver can require the sender to input at least the name, sex and native place when sending the letter in order to ensure that the receiver is found in the same country; or require the sender to enter at least their name, gender, address, etc. Therefore, the receiver can selectively receive the mails sent by the receiver, and the suffering of junk information is avoided.
Step 102, the server establishes an information database corresponding to the receiver and manages the registered information of the receiver.
In this step, the server manages the information registered by the addressee, and mainly includes: the server integrates and classifies the information registered by the receiver.
Step 103, the sender inputs the inherent information of the receiver that the sender knows.
In this step, the sender may be a registered sender or an unregistered sender. However, in order to facilitate the recipient to reply to the letter, the sender preferably registers. The sender registers in a similar manner and information to the recipient, i.e., the sender also registers its own information, such as real name, gender, age, school, etc. In addition, when the sender registers its own information, the sender may choose to disclose some of the information registered by the sender, or may choose not to disclose its own registered information.
In this step, the sender inputs the inherent information of the receiver that he knows, and can input the information of the receiver in the inherent memory by adopting a certain logic method. For example, if the receiver is a country, the sender can start inputting the address, the place, etc. of the receiver from the memory of the sender; if the receiver is college classmates, the sender can start inputting from college class, admission time, academy and the like of the receiver in the memory of the receiver; if the receiver is a alumni, the sender can input the name, sex, class of the receiver, etc. of the receiver in the memory of the sender to start inputting. Of course, how the sender inputs specifically, the specific situation needs to be analyzed specifically, and the purpose is to find the receiver more conveniently and quickly.
And 104, judging whether the inherent information of the receiver submitted by the sender is consistent with the inherent information registered by the receiver or not by the server, if so, sending the letter to the receiver by the server, and otherwise, executing the step 105.
In this step, the server determines whether the inherent information of the receiver provided by the sender is consistent with the inherent information registered by the receiver, and the method mainly includes two cases:
in the first case: the server judges that the inherent information of the receiver provided by the sender is consistent with the information registered by the receiver and the corresponding receiver is unique. In this way, the server sends the notification that the receiver is unique to the sender, the sender can send the letter to the unique receiver in a secret sending mode, and the sender can also send the letter to the unique receiver in an public showing mode. In fact, the notification sent by the server, which is unique to the recipient, also contains a plurality of registration information disclosed by the recipient. Therefore, the method can facilitate the sender to select the mode of the sent letter; and the method can help the sender to find the receiver to be found more easily and quickly.
Generally, the first case is the one most desired by the sender, and is also the one requested by the sender.
In the second case: the server judges that the receiver information provided by the sender is consistent with the information registered by the receiver and more than one corresponding receiver is provided. Thus, the server sends the notification of the number of the addressees found by the server to the sender, returns to the input of the data of the other party, and the sender continues to input the data of the other party until the recipient sent by the server is received as a unique notification, and the sender sends the mail in a secret sending or public mode; of course, the sender may send the mail to the receiver found by the server in an announcement manner without waiting for the notification that the receiver sent by the server is unique. Specifically, the decision right is determined at the sender, for example, the sender may continue to input the data of the other party after receiving the notification of the number of recipients sent by the server, but select the public way to send the letter before the server sends the notification that the recipients are unique. In fact, the notification sent by the server about the number of the addressees found by the server also contains a plurality of registration information disclosed by the addressees. Therefore, the method can facilitate the sender to select the mode of the sent letter; and the method can help the sender to find the receiver to be found more easily and quickly.
In the second case, the more the recipient information is inputted, the larger the unique determination coefficient for the recipient becomes. For example, after the sender inputs name, sex, age and native place for the first time, the server sends a notification that the number of the recipients is 40 to the sender and returns to the input counterpart information; and the sender continues to input the data of the other party, such as university entrance time, specialty, class, high school entrance time, class, junior middle school entrance time and class, and the server sends a notification that the number of the receivers is 10 to the sender and returns to the input data of the other party. In this case, the sender may send the letter in an open manner, or may continue to input the recipient information, such as the place of residence, the work unit, etc., and the uniqueness of the recipient can be determined by repeatedly inputting the recipient information several times.
Therefore, through the steps, after the receiver logs in, the letter sent by the sender can be seen, and if the sender happens to be a friend or acquaintance, the receiver can reply the letter to the sender. In fact, after the steps are carried out, the letters received by the receiver are letters sent by friends or acquaintances generally. In this way, the sender and recipient reestablish contact.
In the present embodiment, the reason why the two cases are generated is that the server performs fuzzy search and judgment on the inherent information of the recipient inputted by the sender and the inherent information autonomously registered by the recipient. In this way, it can be guaranteed to the greatest extent possible that the sender finds the person he is looking for.
105, the server sends a notice that the receiver does not exist to the sender, and the sender still selects to send the letter, then the server stores the letter, and sends the stored letter to the corresponding receiver until the newly added information in the server is consistent with the inherent information of the determined receiver input by the sender; or the sender chooses to cancel sending the letter, and the process is finished.
In this step, if the sender still selects to send the letter, the server stores the letter until the newly added information in the server is consistent with the information provided by the sender, and the server sends the stored letter to the corresponding recipient. The method can ensure that the receiver can receive the mail sent by the sender once registering the inherent information of the determined identity of the receiver.
Of course, in this embodiment, the sender may also choose to cancel the sending of the email in step 103, and thus the process also ends immediately.
The system configuration diagram of the embodiment of the present invention is described below.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a diagram illustrating a system for searching acquaintances by sending letters through a network according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the system includes: a sender client 201, a server 202, a receiver client 203; wherein,
the sender client 201 is configured to send the inherent information of the recipient input by the sender to the server 202.
The receiver client 202 is used for sending the inherent information of the receiver self-registration to the server 203.
And the server 203 is used for judging whether the inherent information of the receiver sent by the sender client 201 is consistent with the inherent information registered by the receiver, and if so, sending the letter to the receiver.
If the sender is a sender that autonomously registers the inherent information in advance, the sender client 201 may further be configured to send the inherent information autonomously registered by the sender to the server 203.
The server 203 may be further configured to send a notification that no recipient exists to the sender client 201 when it is determined that the recipient unique information input by the sender and sent by the sender client 201 does not match the recipient registered unique information.
If the sender selects to send the letter, the sender client 201 is also used for sending the request of the sender selecting to send the letter to the server 203;
the server 203 is further configured to store the letter, monitor newly added registration information sent by the receiver client 202 in real time, and send the stored letter to the newly added registered receiver when the newly added registration information is consistent with the inherent recipient information input by the sender sent by the sender client 201.
The following describes a configuration of a server according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a structural composition diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the server includes: a receiving unit 301, a storage unit 302, a judging unit 303, and a transmitting unit 304; wherein,

a storage unit 302, configured to store inherent information that a recipient autonomously registers;
a judging unit 303, configured to judge whether the inherent information of the recipient input by the sender received by the receiving unit 301 is consistent with the inherent information autonomously registered by the recipient stored in the storage unit 302, and if so, send a notification of the consistency of the information to the sending unit 304;
a sending unit 304, configured to send the letter to the recipient.
The sending unit 304 is also configured to send a notification unique to the recipient to the sender when the judging unit 303 judges that the recipient is unique.
The sending unit 304 is further configured to send the number of recipients determined by the determining unit 303 to the sender when the determining unit 303 determines that the number of recipients is not less than 1.
The server may further include: a detection unit 305;
the sending unit 304 is further configured to send a notification that the recipient does not exist to the sender client, when the determining unit 303 determines whether the unique information of the recipient input by the sender is inconsistent with the unique information registered by the recipient;
the storage unit 302 is also used for storing the letters sent by the sender when the sender selects to send the letters;
the detecting unit 305 is used for detecting the newly added registration information in real time, triggering the judging unit 303 to judge whether the newly added registration information is consistent with the inherent real information of the determined receiver input by the sender in real time, and if so, triggering the sending unit 304 to send the letter sent by the sender and stored in the storage unit 302.
It can be seen from the above embodiments that, the method, system and network side device for searching acquaintances by sending mails via network of the present invention, the inherent information of the recipient self-registered is saved via the server; the server judges whether the inherent information of the receiver input by the sender is consistent with the inherent information registered by the receiver, and if so, the server sends the letter to the receiver. The method can ensure that the sender does not need to remember the complicated E-mail address of the receiver, but determines the receiver according to the inherent memory in the brain and sea of the sender. And then the person to be found can be quickly found by simple operation. In addition, in this embodiment, when the recipient registers, the recipient can selectively accept the letters and classify the letters through a certain receiving policy, so as to avoid the suffering of spam.
