生活的需要。夏委温度越高,对空调需求的渴望越大;太阳能集热' 器产生的热能越大,太阳能空调制冷的效率越高。使用太阳能制冷, 减少了化石能源的消耗,从而达到节能减排的目的。目前的光伏空 调和溴化锂空调因制作成本高而难以得到推广。 发明内容
本发明的任务在于提供一种结构简单,制造成本低,使用寿命 长,集热水、空调和冰箱于一体,利用太阳能作为能源的太阳能空调。
本发明的任务是采取如下技术方案实现的:太阳能热水器、蓄
热型太阳能集热器、辅助热源并联在制冷发生器热源管路上;生活
用热水箱、取暖循环器并联在制冷发生器热源管路上,制冷发生器
与冷凝器连通;冷凝器经过储液器和节流膨胀阀与蒸发器连通;蒸发 器与吸收器连通;吸收器经过屏蔽式循环泵与热交换器连通;热交换
器与制冷发生器连通;制冷发生器经过热交器、过滤器、喷淋器又 与吸收器连通;蒸发器与冰箱和制冷循环器连通;冷凝器与冷却水箱 连通。
在本发明中,空调制冷设备主要是靠太阳能吸收式制冷机(8) 制冷,通过调节制冷三通阀(23、 24)使冰箱(25)和空调间(39) 实现制冷的目的。吸收式制冷机主要由发生器(18)、冷凝器(9)、 蒸发器(12)、吸收器(14)、热交换器(17)、屏蔽式循环泵(15)、 节流膨胀阀(11)和喷淋器(13)组成。在制冷机内用保温材料相' 互隔开。
本发明所采用的吸收式制冷循环工质对是水——溴化锂、氨一 一水、氨——硫氰酸钠、乙醇——溴化锂——溴化锌、二氟一氯甲 烷——-四甘醇二甲醚、二氟一氯甲烷——乙二醇二甲醚中的一种。
由于釆取了上述技术方案,当需制热时,太阳能热水器(1) 接收阳光集热后,通过循环泵(风扇)(21)把热能传输到取暖循 环器(26)(节流阀33关闭、节流35开启)使空调间(39)升温。'
当制冷时,太阳热水器(1)接收阳光集热后,通过循环泵(风 扇)(20)把热能传递到制冷发生器(18)中,使吸收式制冷循环 工质对受热,受热的制冷剂从吸收式制冷工质对溶液中泄出,形成 高温高压的气态制冷剂气体,经过冷凝器(9)通过冷却水箱(4) 里的水冷却形成低温高压的液态制冷剂,通过节流膨胀阀(11)进 入蒸发器(12),这种膨胀过程中,使液态制冷剂蒸发,制冷剂在 蒸发过程中要吸收大量的热能。利用循环泵(风扇)(22)把冰箱'
(25)里的热带入蒸发器(12)内,使冰箱(25)降温制冷,还能 改变制冷三通阔(23、 24)的管道通向,把空调间(39)的热带走, 从而使空调间(39)达到降温的目的。膨胀的气态制冷剂经过吸收 器(14)被从喷淋器(13)喷淋下的低浓度的吸收式制冷循环工质'
对溶液吸收(低浓度的吸收式制冷循环工质对溶液在屏蔽式循环泵 15的作用下进入喷淋器13)变成高浓度的工质对溶液,通过屏蔽 式循环泵(15)又回流到制冷发生器(18)内完成吸收式制冷循环。
当需用热水时,太阳能热水器(1)接收阳光集热后,通过循 环泵(风扇)(21),把热能传输到生活用热水箱(5)中(节流阀 33开启,节流阀35关闭)使水升温产生热水。
蓄热型太阳能集热器(2)辅助热源(3)根据需要(如阴雨天、' 冬季)使用,产生的热能制冷、制热、产生热水的原理与太阳能热 水器(1)的原理相同。
精馏器(19)只有用氨——水吸收式制冷工质对时,才需设置。
根据上述,本发明具有以下明显特点: 一是由于主要采用了太 阳能作为能源,所以具有无使用费的特点(使且辅助热源时,只需 少许使用费);二是由于采用吸收式制冷循环工质对,所以具有无 污染的特点;三是由于整体结构简单,所以具有制造成本低的特点; 四是由于本空调具有供应热水、房间空调和冰箱三种同时使用,所 以具有功能多,宜于普及的特点。

1、多功能太阳能空调,包括太阳能热水器、蓄热型太阳能集热器、辅助热源、生活用热水箱、冷却水箱、太阳能吸收式制冷机、制冷发生器、冷凝器、蒸发器、吸收器、热交换器、储液器、节流膨胀阀、喷淋器、屏蔽式循环泵、精馏器、过滤器、冰箱(冰柜)、制冷循环器、取暖循环器、循环泵(风扇)、制冷三通阀等组成,其特征在于:太阳能热水器、蓄热型太阳能集热器、辅助热源并联在制冷发生器热源管路上;生活用热水箱、取暖循环器并联在制冷发生器热源管路上,制冷发生器与冷凝器连通;冷凝器经过储液器和节流膨胀阀与蒸发器连通;蒸发器与吸收器连通;吸收器经过屏蔽式循环泵与热交换器连通;热交换器与制冷发生器连通;制冷发生器经过热交器、过滤器、喷淋器又与吸收器连通;蒸发器与冰箱和制冷循环器连通;冷凝器与冷却水箱连通。
2、 根据权利要求1所述的多功能太阳能空调,其特征在于所 说的制冷循环工质对是采用水——溴化锂、氨——水、氨——硫氰 酸钠、乙醇——溴化锂——溴化锌、二氟一氯甲烷一一四甘醇二甲 醚、二氟一氯甲烷——乙二醇二甲醚中的一种(8)。
3、 根据权利要求1所述的多功能太阳能空调,其特征在于所 说的太阳能吸收式制冷机内有保温隔热的材料(8)。
4、 根据权利要求1所述的多功能太阳能空调,其特征在于所' 说的太阳能吸收式制冷机内设置有屏蔽式循环泵(15)。
5、 根据权利要求1所述的多功能太阳能空调,其特征在于所 说的设置有太阳能热水器(1)。 .
6、 根据权利要求1所述的多功能太阳能空调,其特征在于所 说的设置有循环泵(风扇)(20、 21、 22)。
7、 根据权利要求1所述的多功能太阳能空调,其特征在于所 说的设置有蓄热型太阳能集热器(2)。
8、 根据权利要求1所述的多功能太阳能空调,其特征在于所 说的空调间设置有制冷三通阀(23、 24)。
9、 根据权利要求1所述的多功能太阳能空调,其特征在于所 说的设置有辅助热源(3)。
10、 根据权利要求l所述的多功能太阳能空调,其特征在于所' 说的制冷机,是太阳能吸收式制冷机(8)。A、 根据权利要求IO所述的太阳能吸收式制冷机,其特征在于 所说的设置有制冷发生器(18)。B、 根据权利要求IO所述的太阳能吸收式制冷机,其特征在于 所说的设置有冷凝器(9)。C、 根据权利要求IO所述的太阳能吸收式制冷机,其特征在于 所说的设置有蒸发器(12)。D、 根据权利要求IO所述的太阳能吸收式制冷机,其特征在于 所说的设置有吸收器(14)。
