Abstract

Description

在容器壁上模制有内部识别标记的塑料容器的制造
技术领域
本公开涉及制造吹塑的塑料容器和这种容器的塑坯，和特别是涉及制造在容器或塑坯的壁上有内部突起标记形式的识别标记或识别语的容器和塑坯。
背景技术
塑料容器可由塑坯吹塑模制而成，而塑坯则是围绕模芯杆注塑或压塑生产。例如在美国专利3,707,591和5,098,274中说明注塑生产容器塑坯然后吹塑模制成容器的各种方法。在美国专利6,716,386中说明压塑生产容器塑坯然后吹塑模制成容器的一种方法。塑坯和容器可以是单层结构，或者可以是有一层或多层中间隔层的多层结构，例如，隔层至少部分伸展通过塑坯或容器的壁。在许多应用中可以使用吹塑的塑料容器，包括医疗和制药的应用，在那些应用中如果包装是假冒的，是很危险的事。
发明内容
本公开总的目的是在容器的内表面上提供突起的标记，例如药剂师可从容器的外面看到这些标记从而确认该容器和包装是真的。
本公开实施了许多方面或发明，它们可以互相分离地或组合地实现。
按照本公开的一个方面，制造容器塑坯的一种方法包括提供有至少一个阴模标记形式的表面凹进的模芯，围绕该模芯模制塑坯从而使塑坯有通过模芯中至少一个凹进生成的内部突起的标记。优选地接着将塑坯吹塑模制成容器，该容器在它的内表面上有突起的标记。该容器内表面的这种突起标记可从容器的外面看到以便确认该容器是真的。按照本公开的各种实施例，内部突起的标记可以在容器的底壁、侧壁、肩部和/或颈部。

具体实施方式
图1-2图示说明按照本公开一个实施例的容器20。容器20有主体22它有底壁或上推24、侧壁25、肩部26和从肩部延伸的颈部螺纹28。至少侧壁25、底壁24和肩部26是任何合适的单层或多层塑料成分的吹塑结构。在容器底壁24上装设识别标记或识别语30。识别语30是用内部突起标记32的形式(图2)，即从壁24的内表面突起的肋状标记。标记30可以包括识别容器20的词和/或符号，范围从图1所示的简单识别语到更加复杂的信息，如产品或与容器中产品相关的许多信息。该标记可以被知道标记在哪里的人员从容器外面读出或见到以便确认该容器的真实性。
图3-4A说明生成吹塑容器20塑坯的模芯34。模芯34包括有芯尖38的芯体36。通过合适的蚀刻或机加工操作在尖38上形成阴模标记40(图4和4A)，以便提供系列的阴模凹进或沟道42形式的标记。当然，这样的沟道的数目和几何形状将由容器内所需的突起标记32(图2)决定。图5说明注塑容器塑坯44的模芯34的使用。将模芯34放在合适的注模46中，和通过合适的机器48将一种或多种塑料材料注射通过模型46的浇口50。(浇口50不必在模芯34尖端的对面)然后将该芯移到合适的吹模52(图6)，在那里通过芯供给空气或其他合适的气体以便将容器20吹塑到模型52中模腔的内部界限。在吹塑生成的容器中，塑坯中的阴模标记形成在容器底壁24上内部突起的标记30。
图5和6说明在注坯吹塑操作中本公开的实施。本公开也可在再热吹塑操作中实施，其中围绕模芯注塑或压塑生成塑坯，和将塑坯从模芯中除下用于储存或进一步加工。
图7说明模芯54，在芯的侧表面56上而不是在模尖上形成阴模标记40。确实，按照本公开最广泛的方面，在塑坯上的阴模标记和吹塑容器上突起的内部标记可以这样定位使容器上突起的内部标记是在如图8A所示的容器颈部螺纹28中，如在图8B中所示的容器肩部26中或如在图8C中所示的在容器侧壁25中。

Claims (13)

1.制作在其上面有标记的容器塑坯(44)的方法，它包括如下各步骤：
(a)提供有至少一个阴模标记形式的表面凹进(42)的模芯(34或54)；和
(b)围绕模芯模制塑坯从而使所述塑坯有通过所述至少一个凹进形成的内部识别标记(32)。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于所述至少一个表面凹进(42)是在所述模芯的尖端(38)，和所述标记是在围绕所述尖端模制的所述塑坯的封闭端内。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于所述至少一个表面凹进(42)是在所述模芯的侧表面(56)上，和所述标记是在所述塑坯的侧壁内。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于所述步骤(b)是由注塑或压塑执行。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法包括下面的步骤：
(c)吹塑所述塑坯以便制成容器(20)，该容器在它的内表面上有突起标记形式的所述标记。
6.按照权利要求5所述的方法制成的容器。
7.按照权利要求1所述的方法制成的容器塑坯。
8.通过吹塑根据权利要求1的方法制成的容器塑坯的塑料容器(20)，在其内部表面上有突起标记(32)形式内部识别标记。
9.如权利要求8所述的容器，其特征在于所述突起标记是在所述容器的颈部(28)、肩部(26)、侧壁(25)和/或底壁(24)。
10.根据权利要求1的方法制成的模制的塑料结构的容器塑坯(44)，在所述塑坯壁上有至少一条肋(32)形式的内部识别标记。
11.用于模制容器塑坯的模芯(34或54)，所述模芯有一表面带有至少一个阴模识别标记(42)形式的凹进。
12.如权利要求11所述的模芯，其特征在于所述阴模识别标记是在所述模芯的尖端(38)。
13.如权利要求11所述的模芯，其特征在于所述阴模识别标记是在所述模芯的侧表面(56)。
