Abstract
本发明涉及一种可利用有机肥发酵热能的沼气发生装置,包括设于地下的沼气池,所述沼气池上方设置有有机肥堆料发酵室。该沼气装置可以利用有机肥发酵热提高沼气池温度,以保证沼气池的正常产气。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种可利用有机肥发酵热能的沼气发生装置。
背景技术
近年来,我国沼气事业获得了迅速的发展,特别是在农村地区,由于沼气能源分布广泛,凡是有生物的地方都有可能获得制取沼气的原料,因此沼气是一种取之不尽,用之不竭的再生能源。在我国农村的广大地区修建沼气池,不仅可以解决农村的燃料和照明问题,还可以利用沼气发电作为脱粒、加工食料、饲料和制茶等的动力能源。此外,人、畜的粪便以及各种作物秸杆、杂草等,通过发酵后,既产生了沼气,还可作为肥料,而且由于腐熟程度高使肥效更高,粪便等沼气原料经过发酵后,绝大部分寄生虫卵被杀死,可以改善农村卫生条件,减少疾病的传染。现在,沼气的应用正在各国广大农村推广,沼气能源的开发利用的普及等方面,已经取得了较好的成绩。
沼气发酵是通过微生物的生命活动,对发酵原料中的有机物进行分解,进而产生沼气的过程。微生物的生命活动要求有适宜的环境条件,C/N比、浓度、密封度、温度、酸碱度、氧化还原势及其它各种环境因素对它们都有一定的影响。而在影响沼气发酵的各种因素中,温度的变化对产气量的影响尤为明显,从某种意义上来说,温度是产气的关键。在一定温度范围内,温度越高,产气率越高,产气量越大。一般来说沼气细菌在10~60℃范围内都能进行发酵,但低于20℃后沼气发酵明显减慢,低于10℃发酵停止。我国农村中的沼气池大都在自然温度下进行发酵,发酵温度随气温和季节而变化,一旦到了冬季,特别是在我国的北方地区,沼气池温偏低,导致产气很少甚至不产气,无法达到正常的供气要求。为了提高沼气池温度,使沼气池正常产气,人们也采取了一些措施,如添加温热性粪料,增设风障,秸秆覆盖保温,覆盖塑料大棚等等,但往往保温效果不佳,仍无法达到正常产气的温度要求。
我们知道,有机肥在发酵时会产生大量的热量,而一般情况下,这些发酵热都是直接排出而并没有加以利用,如果能将有机肥发酵热引到沼气池的发酵环境周围,这就能够提高沼气池的温度,从而为沼气发酵提供适宜的温度条件,从而保证沼气池在冬季的正常产气。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可利用有机肥发酵热能的沼气发生装置,该沼气装置可以利用有机肥发酵热提高沼气池温度,以保证沼气池的正常产气。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:这种可利用有机肥发酵热能的沼气发生装置,包括设于地下的沼气池,所述沼气池上方设置有有机肥发酵室。
本发明的显著特点是将沼气池建造在有机肥堆料发酵室内,利用有机肥发酵产生的热能来提高环境温度,以满足沼气池正常产气的温度要求,减小了季节变化对沼气池发酵的影响。
此外,本发明的大棚式或房屋式有机肥堆包发酵室不仅发酵效果好,而且结构简单,造价低,包袋生产成本低,运输方便,进一步提高了该沼气装置的实际使用效果和经济性。

具体实施方式
本发明的可利用有机肥发酵热能的沼气发生装置,包括设于地下的沼气池1,所述沼气池1上方设置有有机肥堆料发酵室2。
上述有机肥堆料发酵室2为大棚式或房屋式有机肥堆包发酵室,所述大棚式或房屋式有机肥堆包发酵室内设有堆包架3,所述堆包架3上间隔放置有装满有机肥发酵原料的包袋4,所述包袋4为可透气包装袋。
为了排出雾气,上述有机肥堆料发酵室2的上侧设有排风管道5和抽风机6。
上述沼气池1的进料口7和水压间8均设于有机肥堆料发酵室2内。
有机肥物料经过搅拌混合达到有机肥的制造要求,装入可透气的包装袋,用推车运输到大棚发酵间,叠加在悬空的(可通气)的木架或预制板上,当发酵温度上升到60-70度左右,发酵间雾气比较大,开启发酵间上侧的抽风机,多余的雾气经排风管道排出,从而保证有机肥的正常堆肥制造。

1.一种可利用有机肥发酵热能的沼气发生装置,包括设于地下的沼气池,其特征在于:所述沼气池上方设置有有机肥堆料发酵室。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可利用有机肥发酵热能的沼气发生装置,其特征在于:所述有机肥堆料发酵室为大棚式或房屋式有机肥堆包发酵室,所述大棚式或房屋式有机肥堆包发酵室内设有堆包架,所述堆包架上间隔放置有装满有机肥发酵原料的包袋,所述包袋为可透气包装袋。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的可利用有机肥发酵热能的沼气发生装置,其特征在于:所述有机肥堆料发酵室的上侧设有排风管道和抽风机。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可利用有机肥发酵热能的沼气发生装置,其特征在于:所述沼气池的进料口和水压间均设于有机肥堆料发酵室内。
