Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于储存瓶装或罐装冷藏饮料的一种装置。
背景技术
瓶装或罐装饮料经常储存在能够冷藏饮料并在低于环境温度的温度下保存饮料的一个致冷设备内。通常,家庭用冰箱是放置在厨房内,它远离冷藏饮料的供给或消费的地方。因此,建议具有一个便携式小型容器,能够在原先冰箱内达到的温度下储存这些冷藏的饮料罐或饮料瓶。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目标是提供能够在冰箱内达到的温度下储存和保持冷藏饮料的冷藏饮料储存装置。
按照以上所述的目标,本发明的一个目的是提供具有小尺寸的一个冷藏饮料储存装置,这样使它能够在供给或消费饮料的地方容易地安放和操作。
本发明的另一目的是提供一个冷藏饮料储存装置,该装置能够以竞争的价格借助使用一般公知的和容易获得的工具、机械和设备制造。
本发明的这些目标和目的是通过提供按照权利要求1的一个模块致冷单元实现的。

具体实施方式
参见图1,按照本发明的冷藏饮料储存装置是由一个冷区13和一个热区14构成的;该冷区包括带有一个第一板件3的一个第一铝构件2,第一板件3布置成朝向一对热电模块4,5并且与所述热电模块相对,至少一个保持装置1适合于保持一个或多个饮料容器,比如准备被保持冷藏的饮料罐或饮料瓶;保持装置1是用铝管6构成的,最好与第一板件3制成一件。
含有一种相变材料的一个或多个贮箱7围绕形成保持装置1的铝管6排列。最好,贮箱7能够制成袋状,以便围绕每个保持装置1插入。
热区14面对冷区13布置,该热区包括带有一个第二板件12的一个第二铝构件8,该第二板件12设置有用于相应的热电模块4,5的支撑10,11;该第二铝构件8适合于通过一个风扇9将来自热电模块4,5的热量转移至环境空气。热电模块4,5的功能是当热电模块4,5电接通至电源时根据帕尔贴效应(Peltier effect)产生温度差。
有利的是第二板件12可以与支撑10,11制成一件,并且也能够与风扇9的风扇支架,以及空气用的输入和输出管道(图中未示出)制成整体。
冷区和热区13和14成形在一个最好是用聚氨酯泡沫制成的隔热壳体内。
在上述的装置内,准备被冷藏的饮料容器借助构成容器保持装置1的铝管6直接与被热电模块4,5冷却的第一铝构件2接触,从而在冷区13内借助直接传导实现热传递;相反地,在热区14内,热传递是借助传导加通过风扇9的对流实现的。
该装置的功能如下:当装置接通至电源时,热电模块4,5开始冷却相变材料,从而使由第一铝构件2的铝管6形成的保持装置1内实现温度的降低;当一个饮料容器被放入保持装置1内时,储存在相变材料和铝管6内的寒冷直接地传输至饮料容器。装置继续冷却容器,直到冷区13与容器之间达到一个平衡温度。
按照本发明的冷藏饮料储存装置达到了上述的目标如目的:事实上,已经获得具有小尺寸的一种紧凑装置,该装置能使用冷区13内的直接传导引起的热量传递使冷藏的饮料能储存和保持在冷箱内所达到的温度下。此外,该装置能够在饮料供给或消费的任何地方容易地安放和操作,只要在附近周围有一个供电插头;例如,该装置能够悬挂在墙上或放置在起居室内的沙发椅或扶手椅的附近。
具有本发明结构的设备示于图2-4。在图2内,示出带有九个保持装置1的设备,每个保持装置1具有一个铝管6和一个贮箱7。这样的一个设备可以方便地放置在墙上。在图3和4内,后侧面,热区14能够与第二铝构件8一起被看见。第一铝构件2也在各图内示出,但在某些情况下该构件可以方便地用一个塑料盖子或类似设计目的用的盖子覆盖。
应该理解,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,所使用的材料,以及单个部件的形状和尺寸可以是为配合任何专门需要或满足任何要求最适当的。例如,建议的铝构件(例如,用于管子6的铝构件)可以用另一种传导材料,比如另一种金属制造的构件代替。再者,使用的帕尔贴热电模块4,5的数目不局限于为两个一对。

Claims (9)

1.一种冷藏饮料储存装置,由一个冷区(13)和一个热区(14)构成,所述冷区(13)包括带有至少一个保持装置(1)的一个第一构件(2),该保持装置(1)适合于保持待冷藏的一个或多个饮料容器,其特征在于,所述第一构件(2)布置成朝向至少一个致冷模块(4,5),至少一个贮箱(7)含有一种相变材料与所述模块(4,5)进行热交换,该贮箱(7)围绕所述保持装置(1)布置,所述饮料容器与所述保持装置(1)直接接触。
2.按照权利要求1的装置,其特征在于,所述第一构件(2)包括一个第一板件(3),面对致冷模块(4,5)。
3.按照权利要求1的装置,其特征在于,所述保持装置(1)由管(6)形成。
4.按照权利要求2和3的装置,其特征在于,所述管(6)与所述板件(3)制成一件。
5.按照权利要求1的装置,其特征在于,所述贮箱(7)制成袋状,以便围绕所述保持装置(1)插入。
6.按照前述任何权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述热区(14)面对所述冷区(13),以及包括带有一个第二板件(12)的一个第二构件(8),该第二板件(12)设置有用于所述致冷模块(4,5)的支撑(10,11),所述第二构件(8)适合于通过风扇(9)将来自所述模块(4,5)的热量传递至环境空气。
7.按照权利要求6的装置,其特征在于,所述第二板件(12)与所述支撑(10,11)制成一件。
8.按照权利要求6的装置,其特征在于,所述风扇(9)的风扇支架以及空气输入和输出管道与第二板件(12)制成整体。
9.按照前述任何权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述致冷模块(4,5)是由一个帕尔贴热电模块组成。
