Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种包括至少一个应答器的应答器-线以及此应答器-线的一种应用。
背景技术
应答器是一些已知的接收/发送器,它们载有信息和按照询问/回答系统工作并与移动的或固定的阅读器配合作用。一个应答器包含一个芯片和一个天线。相应的芯片是一个满足应答器任务的微电子器件。与主动式应答器相反,被动式应答器不需要电池并因而有实际上无限长的使用寿命。
这样的应答器有各种各样的技术以及用于完全不同的目的,例如识别支架的位置或作为商店内产品的防盗装置。当产品的应答器含有特殊数据时,它们也可以使用于仓库管理,此时将数据进一步传给仓库管理装置。
这样的应答器与机织或针织的纺织的平面构型物品相结合是已知的并成为趋势。应答器芯片与纺织的平面构型物品的结合以及设置为发射和/或接收信号所需的天线存在一些疑难问题。例如已知,纺织的平面构型物品设有天线,然后将芯片固定在天线上。这种制造尤其因为已微型化的、尺寸为毫米或若干分之一毫米级的构件所以非常困难。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,使应答器在一个纺织的平面构型物品上的布设更简便。
上述技术问题通过按照权利要求1所述的应答器-线得以解决,所述应答器-线含有至少一个由芯片和连接的天线组成的应答器。这种应答器-线然后可以例如通过机织或针织以简单的方式与纺织的平面构型物品连接,从而此纺织的平面构型物品,例如一个标签,在机织或针织过程后便已经可以使用。因此取消事后在天线上安置芯片。与之相应地,本发明的另一个技术主题是按照权利要求13在一个标签上应用应答器-线,从而在标签上设置至少一个应答器。
在权利要求2至12以及权利要求14至16中记载了本发明的有利的扩展设计。
应答器可以有芯片和整体式天线。但优选地将应答器-线设计为,使得天线由两个天线部分组成,芯片设在这两个天线部分之间。
按照权利要求3的应答器-线可具有多个一个接着一个排列的各包括一个芯片和一个连接的天线的应答器,所以应答器-线可以如普通的线那样在机织或针织时加工。按照权利要求4应答器-线可仅由彼此排成一列的应答器组成,所以芯片看起来似乎是按珠链的方式成串地在天线上。按照权利要求5应答器也可以设在一个优选地纺织的基层之内或之上。若应答器在它们的芯片之间按照权利求7具有整体式延伸的天线部分,则它们在应答器-线后续加工时必须割断。
按照权利要求6各个应答器也可以彼此独立地设置。
按照权利要求8所述天线用一种导电丝制成。按照权利要求9天线可以用一种编织的导电丝构成。按照权利要求10天线也可以围绕丝芯布置。
应答器-线可以有各种各样形式以及例如有圆的横截面或按照权利要求11也可以有扁平的横截面。在后一种情况下包括芯片和天线的应答器可以设置在一个基层的一侧。在这方面有利的是,按照权利要求12应答器-线沿中心线折叠,使得此基层包围了具有芯片和天线的应答器。
在制造标签时应答器-线可按照权利要求14布置为经线。按照权利要求15应答器-线也可以布置为纬线。应答器-线的布置可以通过机织或针织完成。但也可以按照权利要求16将应答器-线按浮纹纬线的方式浮游地布置在标签的背侧。

具体实施方式
图1表示一个应答器-线2,它可以说是按珠链的方式具有彼此钩挂的应答器4a、4b。每个应答器包括一个芯片6,在芯片的对置侧设天线部分8、10,它们分别与相邻应答器的天线部分连接成一体。天线部分8、10例如用单根导电丝或由互相编织在一起的导电丝制成,以及具有圆形截面并且是裸露的,也就是说没有嵌入在一个基层内。
图2表示另一种应答器-线12,包括彼此排列成行的应答器14a、14b,它们的芯片16和天线部分18、20嵌入一个基层22内。这种基层可例如由一种精纺的纤维或一个塑料敷层组成。
图3表示一种带状应答器-线24,它有一个在它上面设置应答器28a、28b的带状基层26。该带状基层可例如由一种纤维网或一种塑料带例如Lurex线组成。天线部分30、32锯齿状地设在芯片34之间,以便将天线的长度设置为大于基层26提供的长度。天线例如通过安置在基层上的金属层的腐蚀构成。
在图1至3中表示的应答器-线可以如普通的线那样例如作为纬线或经线或必要时作为针织线加工在纺织的平面构型物品中。在两个芯片之间连续延伸的天线部分通常必须在二分之一长度处割断,如图中用点划线表示的分离线36所示出的那样。
待制造的包括这种应答器-线的纺织的平面构型物品,尤其标签的结构,就其天线部分的长度而言设计为,在应答器-线的区段中存在的应答器具有一个天线,它的长度应保证芯片充分有效地工作,也就是说,它的长度要与芯片相协调。例如对于在UHF范围内的应答器需要约17cm长的天线。
图4表示不同的标签40a、40b,在其中例如将一个这样的应答器-线布置为纬线42或经线44。这种标签通常具有唯一的一个应答器。但标签也可以包含两个和多个有不同特性以及针对不同目的的应答器。例如一个应答器可用于防盗,而另一个应答器可应用于材料管理。

Claims (16)
1.一种应答器-线,其特征为:该应答器-线含有至少一个由芯片(6、16、34)和连接的天线(8、10、18、20、30、32)组成的应答器(4a、4b、14a、14b、28a、28b)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的应答器-线,其特征为,天线由两个天线部分(8、10、18、20、30、32)组成,芯片(6、16、34)设在这两个天线部分之间。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的应答器-线,其特征为,该应答器-线含有多个一个接着一个排列的各由一个芯片(6、16、34)和一个连接的天线(8、10、18、20、30、32)组成的应答器(4a、4b、14a、14b、28a、28b)。
4.按照权利要求1至3之一所述的应答器-线,其特征为,该应答器-线仅由一个或多个应答器(4a、4b)组成。
5.按照权利要求1至3之一所述的应答器-线,其特征为,所述应答器(14a、14b)设在优选为纺织的基层(22)中。
6.按照权利要求6所述的应答器-线,其特征为,应答器彼此独立设置。
7.按照权利要求1至5之一所述的应答器-线,其特征为,所述应答器(4a、4b、14a、14b、28a、28b)在它们的芯片(6、16、34)之间有整体式延伸的天线(8、10、18、20、30、32),它们在应答器-线后续加工时被割断(36)。
