本发明涉及直流无刷电机,特别适用于具有电动和发电两种功能的无刷电机,以电机定子绕组经开关与场效应开关管的漏极连接为基本特征。

Description

一种无刷电机主电路
本发明提出的一种无刷电机主电路涉及直流无刷电机。
无刷电机主电路指电机绕组电流经开关管形成的主电流通路,通常由电机绕组与开关串联而成。近年来,有人将无刷电机用于小型发动机上,使其具有电动和发电两种功能,以取代现有小型发动机的启动电机和发电机,实际使用时先向发动机供电,由无刷电机带动发动机转动,实现其电动功能,一旦发动机启动后,发动机带动无刷电机转动,无刷电机向外输出电力,实现其发电功能。当无刷电机进行发电时,其绕组上有效高的电压(约150V)。这就对构成无刷电机主电路的关键器件开关管提出了较高要求,亦会增加制造成本,近来,有人在电机绕组与开关管之间串一二极管试图解决问题,但若绕组故障(绝缘降低或搭铁短路),亦会损坏开关管。
本发明提出的一种无刷电机主电路的目的,是要提供一种改进的无刷电机主电路,它不仅能有效保护开关管,还能降低制造成本。
本发明提出的一种无刷电机主电路的目的是这样实现的:它主要由场效应开关管F,电机定子绕组L和开关KJ等构成,电机定子绕组L的一端经一启动开关K接电源正极,场效应开关管F的源极接电源负极,场效应开关管F的漏极经开关KJ接电机定子绕组L的另一端,开关KJ可以是由磁开关、电子开关、机械开关或上述开关的组合,当发动机需要启动时,启动开关K闭合,开关KJ闭合,电流经电源正极,电机定子绕组L,开关KJ,场效应开关管F、电源负极形成通路,无刷电机带动发动机转动,实现无刷电机的电动功能,一旦发动机启动后,发动机带动无刷电机转动,无刷电机向外输出电力,实现其发电功能,这时,开关KJ打开,电机绕组L与场效应开关管F漏极的连接断开,电机绕组L上的电压与场效应开关管彻底隔离,这样便有效地保证了场效应开关管的安全,我们可以使用耐压相对较低的场效应开关管,降低制造成本。
由于使用了开关组件来保证场效应开关管的安全。所以本发明提出的一种无刷电机主电路特别简单易行。
下面说明附图:
图1、图2是本发明提出的一种无刷电机主电路的一个实施例的电原理图,图1示出了本发明提出的一种无刷电机主电路开关KJ打开时的工作状态;图2示出了本发明提出的一种无刷电机主电路开关KJ闭合时的工作状态;在图1、图2中La为电机定子上另置的发电绕组,当无刷电机处于发电工作状态时,可以从该发电绕组La或从电机定子绕组L上输出电力,关于图1、图2的连接及工作过程,前面已详细说明,这是不再赘述。
图3示出了本发明提出的一种无刷电机主电路与无刷电机其它控制电路的连接原理:场效应开关管F的栅极接译码器A的输出端,译码器A的输入端接电机转子位置信号H,电机转子位置信号H输入译码器A进行处理后,送至无刷电机主电路中场效应开关管F的栅极,驱动无刷电机主电路工作,实现无刷电机的电动功能。
在图1、图2、图3中,场效应开关管F的漏极和源极间反向跨接有二级管D,通常该二极管D由元器件制造商内置于场效应开关管中,目的是保护场效应开关管;在图1、图2、图3中,虚线框内为无刷电机主电路。

Claims (2)

1.一种无刷电机主电路,主要由场效应开关管F、电机定子绕组L和开关KJ构成,电机定子绕组L的一端经一启动开关K接电源正极,场效应开关管F的源极接电源负极,其特征是:场效应开关管F的漏极经开关KJ接电机定子绕组L的另一端,当发动机需要启动时,启动开关K闭合,开关KJ闭合,电流经电源正极、电机定子绕组L、开关KJ、场效应开关管F、电源负极形成通路,无刷电机带动发动机转动,实现无刷电机的电动功能,一旦发动机启动后,发动机带动无刷电机转动,无刷电机向外输出电力,实现其发电功能,这时开关KJ打开,电机绕组L与场效应开关管F漏极的连接断开,电机绕组L上的电压与场效应开关管F彻底隔离。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种无刷电机主电路,其特征是:开关KJ是电子开关、机械开关或者上述电子开关和机械开关的组合。
