Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种具有夹持部的紧固元件,夹持部具有顶板、面对顶板的底板、以及使顶板和底板以一定距离结合的结合部,由此,一个切口形成在顶板上,且一个切口形成在底板上,这些切口彼此面对,紧固元件还具有延伸杆部,延伸杆部形成在底板上,且具有光滑壁面的杆切口,杆切口通向底板上的切口、并用于接纳连接部,连接部被提供有具有标称直径的外螺纹、且能够被引导穿过顶板上的切口和底板上的切口。
这样的紧固元件由US-A4,995,772已经为人所知。在该早前已知的紧固元件中,连接部具有旋入部分,旋入部分具有外螺纹,连接部通过某一方法穿过顶板上的切口和底板上的切口,并能被旋进杆切口,从而将该紧固元件固定到位于顶板和底板之间并具有贯穿切口的零件上。杆切口的尺寸与外螺纹的标称直径以具有足够的紧固力的方式彼此相配,它能够使用扭矩被旋入,扭矩根据安装情况调整。
本发明是基于以下的问题:提出一种上述类型的紧固元件,其中紧固部可以被旋入杆部,在与外螺纹啮合开始时,没有任何倾翻的危险。
根据本发明,通过上述类型的紧固元件解决该问题,其中顶板上的切口至少有部分具有直径小于外螺纹的标称直径、但大于杆切口的内直径。
在根据本发明的紧固元件中,顶板上的切口有部分具有较小的直径,该直径的长度介乎外螺纹的标称直径与杆切口的内直径之间,此事实的结果是,当使用比用于将连接部旋入杆切口较小的扭矩来将连接部旋入顶板上切口的相应边缘区域时,螺纹在连接部开始与杆切口接触之前已被切入。因此,连接部以正的方式被引导,并可靠地防止了紧固元件在连接部与杆切口啮合开始时倾翻。
本发明其它的有利的设计为下面次权利要求的目的。

附图显示了根据本发明的紧固元件的实施例,它可以装配在零件上与切口相配的外边沿上,该零件未在图中示出,并且具有延伸杆部1。延伸杆部1优选地设有例如六边形等的多边形的外壁,从而防止相对于零件的任何转动。为了这个目的,优选地,还提供有突出件,其啮合在切口上形成的互补缺口上。杆部1还具有光滑壁面的杆切口2,杆切口2沿纵向延伸、并优选为贯穿切口。
杆部1位于紧固元件的夹持部4的底板3上。杆切口2通向底板3的切口5,在其外边缘被提供有环形的、凸起的定心环6,该定心环6啮合进零件的切口,从而防止零件打滑。
与杆部1隔一段距离,底板3具有带阻挡台阶8的横向沟槽7,阻挡台阶8位于远离杆部1的边侧上、以直角朝向底板3,并且在杆部1的对面延伸越过底板3的一定高度。
横向沟槽7和阻挡台阶8用于以耐扭转的方式将紧固部装配到零件的外边缘上,由此,可能在外边缘上突出的边能够啮合到横向沟槽7内,所以,这种情况还可以确保底板3平直地抵靠在零件上。
结合部9位于阻挡台阶8的边侧上、以直角背向底板3,先以远离杆部1的方向延伸、然后弯曲180度。在结合部9的弯曲端的边侧上,依次形成顶板10,顶板10朝着杆部1的方向延伸,并具有面对杆切口2和底板上切口5的切口11。在图示说明的实施例中,顶板上的切口11的形状为长圆孔,具有两个平行且彼此相对的扁平部12、13。
面向结合部9的顶板10的边侧上提供有成角度的舌片14,舌片14的指向背向底板3,由此,顶板上的切口11延伸进舌片14的边缘区域。当紧固元件滑到零件上时,舌片14用于引导紧固元件,直到零件的边侧抵靠到阻挡台阶8上,并且可能存在的边啮合进朝着顶板10方向开口的横向沟槽7。
连接部,图中未示出,具有带标称直径的外螺纹,能够朝着顶板10的方向被旋入本发明的紧固装置,紧固装置装配在零件上。连接部的外直径与杆切口2的内直径以这样一种方式相配:通过切入螺纹,外螺纹与杆部1的杆切口2的光滑壁面的内部相啮合。
顶板11上切口的扁平部12、13之间的距离通过以下方式设定:为了防止扭矩过大,该距离只比外螺纹的标称直径稍微小一些。因此,在外螺纹穿过零件上的切口以及底板上的切口5并与杆切口2啮合前,外螺纹首先切开一条让其贯穿顶板上切口11的路。因而,根据本发明,在与杆切口2啮合开始时,连接部的导引和预固定就已经完成,这就有效地防止了紧固元件的非故意的倾翻。
Claims (8)
1.具有夹持部(4)的紧固元件,夹持部(4)具有顶板(10)、面对顶板(10)的底板(3)、以及使顶板(10)和底板(3)以一定距离结合的结合部(9),由此一个切口(11)形成在顶板(10)上,且一个切口(5)形成在底板(3)上,这些切口彼此相面对,且紧固元件还具有延伸杆部(1),延伸杆部(1)形成在底板(3)上,且具有光滑壁面的杆切口(2),杆切口(2)通向底板上的切口(5),并提供该切口用于接纳连接部,连接部被提供有具有标称直径的外螺纹,且该连接部能够被引导穿过顶板上的切口(11)和底板上的切口(3),其特征在于,顶板上的切口(11)至少有部分的直径小于外螺纹的标称直径并且大于杆切口(2)内直径。
2.根据权利要求1的紧固元件,其特征在于,顶板上的切口(11)是长圆孔。
3.根据权利要求2的紧固元件,其特征在于,顶板上的切口(11)具有两个平行且彼此相对的扁平部(12、13),并且它们之间的距离小于外螺纹的标称直径并且大于杆切口(2)的标称直径。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项的紧固元件,其特征在于,在顶板(10)上形成有舌片(14),舌片(14)面向结合部(9),并且对准该舌片,从底板(3)指向外。
5.根据权利要求4的紧固元件,其特征在于,顶板上的切口(11)延伸进舌片(14)的区域。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项的紧固元件,其特征在于,在面向结合部(9)的底板(3)的区域上形成有横向沟槽(7),横向沟槽(7)朝着顶板(10)的方向开口。
7.根据权利要求1至5中任一项的紧固元件,其特征在于,在面向结合部(9)的底板(3)的区域上形成有阻挡台阶(8),阻挡台阶(8)相对底板(3)凸起。
8.根据权利要求6和7的紧固元件,其特征在于,阻挡台阶(8)位于背向杆部(1)的横向沟槽(7)的边侧。
