技术领域
本发明涉及一种浸渍了色彩能量和晶体能量的服装的制作方法。
背景技术
在服装制作领域已经有很多的进展。目前,更多的重点放在了合成纤维和合成染料的使用上。然而,由天然纤维和染料制成的织物仍然占据着市场。
说起染料的历史,中国使用染料的最早的文字记载可以追溯到公元前2600年。但是,直到19世纪,确切地说,在1856年,18岁的威廉姆.伯金在试着合成人工奎宁时,却得到了黑色的残留物,偶然发现了世界上第一种苯胺染料(合成染料),一种称为苯胺紫(Mauve)的颜色。在这个发现之前,所有的染料和颜料都是由树根、树叶、mullok或蜗牛来染色的。结果是色彩不一致,强度不可预知,经常会褪色或掉色。伯金发现了一种可以使颜色深浅一直保持均匀的染料,为其它合成染料指明了道路。在距伯金的发现十年之后,人们发现有机化学令人兴奋、有利可图并且价值很高,相反,天然染料迅速为新的合成染料所取代。
人们知道很多天然纤维和染料是有益的,可用来治病。用天然纤维制作的服装环保,并有益健康。制作这种服装的整个过程与制作其它服装的过程不同,那些服装不使用传统方法生产因而在世界范围内销售。
本发明的目的是提供一种用天然纤维/纱线/织物和天然染料制作服装的方法。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种通过浸渍色彩能量和晶体能量制作服装的方法。
发明概述
为了达到所述目标,本发明涉及一种制作服装的方法,包括:
(i)选择一种合适的天然纤维/纱线/织物,
(ii)通过使用天然染料对天然纤维/纱线/织物染色来浸渍色彩能量,
(iii)在织物中浸渍晶体能量,
(iv)用天然抗菌剂处理所述服装,得到所需的浸渍色彩能量和晶体能量的织物。
天然纤维或纱线选自有机棉/棉、丝绸、毛织品、大麻纤维和亚麻布。
用天然染料对织物/服装染色来浸渍色彩能量。
制备天然染料的原材料来自植物的不同部分,包括根、茎、树皮、叶子、果皮、花以及果实。
用于制备染料的植物选自儿茶(Acacia catechu)、阿拉伯胶金合欢(Acacia nilotica)、粗糠柴(Mallotus philippensis)、Petrocarpus santanils、石榴(Punica garantum)、Quercus infrctoria、大黄(Rheum emodi)、茜草(Rubia cardifolia)、长刺酸模(Rumex maritmus)、诃子(Terminaliachebula)、木蓝(Indigoferra tinctoria)。
本发明还涉及一种制作服装的方法,其中染色包括如下步骤:
a.用生物酶煮练天然纤维/纱线/织物,
b.如果需要的话,使天然纤维/纱线/织物中和,
c.用生物酶处理所述经过中和的天然纤维/纱线/织物,将其生物加光,
d.用从天然草本植物中提取的天然染料对所述天然纤维/纱线/织物染色,
用于煮练过程的生物酶是过氧化氢酶、碱性果胶酶和蛋白酶。蛋白酶包括胰岛素、胰凝乳蛋白酶以及枯草菌素。用于将天然纤维/纱线/织物生物加光的生物酶是水解酶。
通过将宝石和晶体结合在服装的暗袋上从而将晶体能量浸渍在服装上。
步骤(iv)中使用的天然抗菌剂是壳聚糖。
发明详述
本发明涉及浸渍色彩能量和晶体能量的服装的制作方法。
此方法最重要的特征是使用天然纤维/纱线/织物、天然染料、色彩能量、晶体能量,同时使用天然抗菌剂和无臭的物质。
天然纤维/纱线/织物是100%天然的,来自天然资源。此方法受到特别关注。用于此目的的棉是有机棉,它是在农场上用有机肥料和杀虫剂特别种植的。
使用天然染料对服装染色。这些染料来自天然来源,通常来自植物。使用植物的不同部分来提取这些染料。很久以前就由于药用和治疗性质使用这些染料了。这些染料不仅环保,而且有助于改善体味。

Claims (10)

1.一种制作服装的方法,包括:
(i)选择一种合适的天然纤维/纱线/织物,
(ii)通过使用天然染料对天然纤维/纱线/织物染色来浸渍色彩能量,
(iii)在织物中浸渍晶体能量,
(iv)用天然抗菌剂处理所述服装,得到所需的浸渍色彩能量和晶体能量的织物。
2.权利要求1所述的方法,其中天然纤维/纱线/织物选自有机棉、丝绸、毛织品、大麻纤维和亚麻布。
3.权利要求1所述的方法,其中制备天然染料的原材料来自植物的根、茎、树皮、叶子、果皮、花以及果实。
4.权利要求3所述的方法,其中植物选自儿茶、阿拉伯胶金合欢、粗糠柴、Petrocarpus santanils、石榴、Quercus infrctoria、大黄、茜草、长刺酸模、诃子、木蓝。
5.权利要求1所述的方法,其中染色包括如下步骤:
a.用生物酶煮练天然纤维/纱线/织物,
b.如果需要的话,使天然纤维/纱线/织物中和,
c.用生物酶处理所述经过中和的天然纤维/纱线/织物,将其生物加光,
d.用从天然草本植物中提取的天然染料对所述天然纤维/纱线/织物染色。
6.权利要求5所述的方法,其中使用过氧化氢酶、碱性果胶酶或蛋白酶煮练天然纤维/纱线。
7.权利要求5所述的方法,其中步骤(c)中使用的生物酶是水解酶。
8.权利要求6所述的方法,其中用于煮练的蛋白酶是胰岛素、胰凝乳蛋白酶以及枯草菌素。
9.权利要求1所述的方法,其中步骤(iv)中使用的天然抗菌剂是壳聚糖。
10.权利要求1所述的方法,其中通过将宝石和晶体置于特别制作的暗袋里从而将晶体能量浸渍在织物上。
