Abstract

本发明提供了一种磁化活性水杯,其包括打开和封闭所述杯的开口封盖、形成于所述杯的中央处的突起管、以及装配在所述突起管中的细长杆状永磁体。这里,磁体嵌入槽以一定间隔形成于杯的壁中,并且永磁体、磁力阻挡盖和密封板依次固定在各个磁体嵌入槽中。这样,由磁体(2)和(3)产生的磁力线均匀地作用在容纳于磁化活性水杯中的水上,由此增强水的磁化效果。

用于磁化活性水的杯结构
技术领域
[01]本发明涉及一种杯,更具体而言,涉及一种用于磁化活性水的杯结构,其中,饮用水变成对人体有益的磁化活性水。此外,本发明是通过改进本申请人的韩国实用新型注册第91230号中公开的杯获得的。
背景技术
[02]已经广泛地知道通过促进血液循环能够加速新陈代谢,由此如果通过永磁体的磁力磁化的活性水吸收到人体中,不仅能够增强内分泌功能,而且能够对治疗和预防诸如便秘和肥胖之类的疾病起到显著的作用。
[03]在韩国实用新型注册第91230号所公开的杯的情况下,一对柱状突起室或者单个突起室从容器的底部到顶部竖向形成,并且细长的杆状永磁体装配到突起室的内部。结果,磁化的效果不理想。
[04]此外,因为具有不同极性的磁体以彼此间距15mm至30mm的距离上下安装在预定形状杯容器的壁上,使得磁体的不同磁极彼此面对,并且媒介储存室形成于杯容器的壁上,以为凝固点比水低的潜在媒介充电。同时,预定长度的延伸杆形成于杯盖的下表面的中心处,杯盖覆盖杯容器的上开口,使得延伸杆向下定位到杯容器的内部中心,并且若干个磁体以15mm至30mm的间距上下安装在延伸杆中,其中延伸杆中的磁体的极性与杯容器壁上面对的那些不同。
[05]一种传统的磁化活性水杯在韩国实用新型注册第20-0283192号中公开。但是,传统的磁化活性水杯不能使杯中的水均匀地磁化,因为两个安装槽形成于媒介储存室中彼此面对的壁上,其中低温潜在媒介填充在媒介储存室中,并且磁体分别固定到两个安装槽中,然后,嵌有磁体的延伸杆形成于杯盖的中部处。此外,当使用者打开杯盖以饮用杯中的水时,杯盖上嵌有磁体的延伸杆位于水之外。由此,磁化效果显著降低。
[06]结果,这种磁化活性水杯不能起到为使用者供应磁化活性水的作用。
发明内容
[07]为了解决上述问题,本发明的一个目的是提供一种用于磁化活性水的杯结构,其中通过改进本申请人的韩国实用新型注册第91230号中公开的杯来增强磁化效果。
[08]为了实现本发明的上述目的,根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种用于磁化活性水的杯结构,所述磁化活性水杯包括:开口封盖(6),其打开和封闭杯(1);形成于杯(1)中央的突起管(1A);以及装配在突起管(1A)中的细长杆状永磁体(2),其中,磁体嵌入槽(101)以一定的间距形成于杯(1)的壁中,永磁体(3)、磁力阻挡盖(4)和密封板(5)依次固定到各个磁体嵌入槽(101)中。

[12]下面将参考附图描述根据本发明的用于磁化活性水的杯结构。
[13]参考图1和图2,根据本发明的磁化活性水杯包括打开和关闭杯1的开口封盖6、形成于杯1中央的突起管1A,以及装配在突起管1A中的细长杆状永磁体2。这里,在该磁化活性水杯中,磁体嵌入槽101以一定的问隔形成于杯1的壁中。在此实施例中,六个磁体嵌入槽101形成于杯1的壁中。此外,永磁体3、磁力阻挡盖4以及密封板5依次固定在各个磁体嵌入槽101中。换言之,围绕磁体3的五个面的磁力阻挡盖4形成于密封板5上,因此磁体3产生的磁力线经由磁体3的没有被磁力阻挡盖4包围的一个表面发出。此外,如图2所示,磁体2和3布置成以各自不同的磁极相对的形式彼此面对。由此,磁化活性水杯1均匀地磁化容纳在其中的饮用水。磁力阻挡盖4主要由非铁金属制成。但是,除非铁金属之外的可以阻挡磁力线的材料也可以用于磁力阻挡盖4。
[14]这里,密封板5主要通过粘结安装在杯1的壁中。参考编号7表示使用者能够握持杯1的手柄。
[15]由此,当饮用水容纳在根据本发明的杯1中时,水被嵌入在杯1的壁中的磁体3和装配在突起管1A中的磁体2产生的磁力线磁化。因为水被磁化的原理与传统的磁化活性水杯相同,例如韩国实用新型注册第91230号中公开的杯,因此本申请中将省略其详细描述。
[16]如上所述,即使在喝水的过程中,根据本发明的磁化活性水杯也不会降低磁化效果,因为永磁体2定位在杯1的中部,不同于磁体仅固定在封盖中的传统磁化活性水杯。
[17]此外,六个磁体嵌入槽101以一定的间隔形成于杯1的壁中,然后永磁体3嵌入在杯1的壁中。由此,由磁体2和3产生的磁力线均匀地作用在容纳于磁化活性水杯1中的水上,由此增强了水的磁化效果。
[18]如上所述,装配在突起管1A中的磁体2是细长杆状的永磁体。此外,六个永磁体3以一定的间隔沿着杯1的壁嵌入在杯1的壁中。由此,能够增强水的磁化效果。

Claims (1)

1.一种用于磁化活性水的杯结构,所述磁化活性水杯包括:
打开和封闭所述杯的开口封盖;
形成于所述杯的中部的突起管;以及
装配在所述突起管中的细长杆状永磁体,
其中,磁体嵌入槽以一定的间隔形成于所述杯的壁中,并且永磁体、磁力阻挡盖和密封板依次固定在各个磁体嵌入槽中。
