Description

局部抛弃式剂管针筒
技术领域
本发明涉及一种针筒结构,尤指有关一种属于医疗器材技术领域中,具有便利操作、可局部抛弃及具经济性的局部抛弃式剂管针筒。
背景技术
现有麻醉剂注射针筒,如图1、图2所示,其主要由一注射筒90及握柄推杆91所组成,该注射筒90与该握柄推杆91在其接端以一枢接部92相枢接,使该注射筒90与该握柄推杆91可相对弯折旋转九十度,用以置入该注射筒90内一麻醉剂管93(如图3所示),该注射筒90前端螺设有一针头接部94,该针头接部94可设置一双头针95,该双头针95的后段针头951伸入该针头接部94内,用以刺入该剂管93内汲取药液,该双头针95的前段针头952则用以对人体进行注射;该注射筒90的筒身上设有一观测孔96,通过该观测孔96来观察该麻醉剂管93的汲液注射状况。当注射完成后,拔出双头针95,继卸下该针头接部94取出该麻醉剂管93,该双头针95及麻醉剂管93为丢弃材料,而该现有麻醉剂注射针筒的注射筒90、握柄推杆91及针头接部94是以不锈钢材质制成使用,而此种不锈钢注射筒由于造价高昂,使用过后无法予以抛弃,因此通常于使用后均需经由蒸煮、消毒再重复使用,一旦消毒不够完全时便会造成病菌感染之虞。再者,麻醉剂注射针筒前端的针头为双头针95,通常于使用后双头针95要先从不锈钢注射筒前端的针头接部94卸下才能进行不锈钢注射筒整体的消毒,而卸下时,往往一不小心即很容易刺伤医务人员的手指,因而有造成病菌感染之虞。
由以上说明可知,现有麻醉剂注射针筒注射后需取下该双头针95、针头接部94及麻醉剂管93,其操作上较为繁琐,并增加刺伤危险机率;且因该麻醉剂注射针筒使用后会收集进行蒸煮、消毒,故需准备有大量的麻醉剂注射针筒器材来备用,相当不经济。
继请参阅图3,现有麻醉剂注射针筒在进行注射时,是通过该握柄推杆91的推杆911对该麻醉剂管93后端的推塞件931进行推压,使该麻醉剂管93内的药液从该双头针95挤出进行注射,并通过该观测孔96进行注射观察;该推杆911在对该推塞件931进行推压前,需先旋转该推杆911使其前端的旋状钩部912勾结于该推塞件931,但当旋转该推杆911时,该麻醉剂管93常会随着推杆911同步旋转,即该麻醉剂管93会相对该注射筒90产生打滑现象,使得该旋状钩部912不易勾结于该推塞件931,必须对推杆911施以相当大的压推力,才可以使该麻醉剂管93被压抵定位进行勾结,如此将使得该推杆911的旋状钩部912勾结于该推塞件931的勾结操作相当费力、麻烦。还有,由于该注射筒90筒身的前端具有一环面部901,该环面部901是供注射时作为前端手指稳定挟持的面积,并增加该注射筒90前端结构的强度防止变形,因此使得该观测孔96需在该环面部901的往后部位才能设置,如此便使得该环面部901成为注射时视线观察的障碍,即当注射将要完成时,该麻醉剂管93内推塞件931的位置及剩余多少药液的状况会被该环面部901所遮挡,使得注射操作者施力的拿捏和较佳停止点的判断无法正确掌握,有时会造成过度推挤注射,或有时造成剩余过多药液的浪费,有一并加以改良的必要。
为此,现有技术有将注射针筒全部组件以塑料制成,使用后即可予整体抛弃,此种方式虽可解决针头被重复使用的危险性,但并不符合经济效益,且医疗塑材的大量使用及丢弃,将也会衍生环保处理上的问题。因此,如何提供一种安全性的注射针筒结构,并能兼具经济性、环保性及较佳操作性的诉求,诚是业界或有智人士应再加以研发、突破的重点方向。
缘此,本发明人有鉴于现有剂管注射针筒使用上的缺失及其结构设计尚未臻理想的事实,本发明人即着手研发其解决方案,希望能开发出一种兼具操作便利性、安全性及经济性的局部抛弃式剂管针筒,以促进产业的发展,遂经多时的构思而有本发明的产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种局部抛弃式剂管针筒,其能使注射时剂管内药液的状况得到充分的观察,以达到注射操作上施力的准确掌控和最佳停止注射点的准确判断。
本发明的再一目的更在于改善上述现有剂管注射针筒的缺点,而提供一种局部抛弃式剂管针筒,能使剂管安全针筒的使用操作相当便利,且尽一步兼具有安全性及经济性的积极诉求。
本发明的又一目的在于提供一种局部抛弃式剂管针筒,其能使具污染性、危险性的针筒前段针头部分予以简易分离和可抛弃,而针筒后段部分则可重复使用,以提升剂管针筒使用上的经济性和减少环保处理的相关问题。
本发明的更一目的在于提供一种局部抛弃式剂管针筒,其能使推杆前端勾结于剂管后端的推塞件的勾结操作相当省力、简便,进而使推杆能稳定、顺利地推动剂管的推塞件,以确实掌控其整体汲液、注射操作过程。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案:包括有一纵长型中空的注射筒,该注射筒的后端枢接有一握柄,该注射筒和该握柄内设有一推杆,该注射筒、该握柄和该推杆为不锈钢材质,该注射筒的前端设有一螺接端,该螺接端螺接有一可透视接筒,该可透视接筒是为透明或可透视材质制成而具有可透视性,该可透视接筒的前端设有一针头接部及通孔,该针头接部是连结有一双头针,该双头针包括有一用以结合该针头接部的针头座及连结贯通该针头座的注射针杆。

本发明所采用的技术方案,进一步包括一纵长型中空的注射筒,该注射筒的后端连结有一握柄,该注射筒和该握柄内设有一推杆,该注射筒、该握柄和该推杆是为不锈钢材质,该注射筒的前端设有一螺接端,该注射筒前端的该螺接端螺接有一接筒,该接筒内部前端设有至少一抵肋。
根据前述结构,该接筒内部前端设有至少一抵肋;该抵肋具有一推拔面,可以呈复数环状布设于该接筒的前端内壁。
采用本发明的有益效果在于:能使注射时剂管内药液的状况得到充分的观察,且能使推杆前端勾结于剂管后端的推塞件的勾结操作相当省力、简便,进而使推杆能稳定、顺利地推动剂管的推塞件,以确实掌控其整体汲液、注射操作过程,以达到注射操作上施力的准确掌控和最佳停止注射点的准确判断。

具体实施方式
如图4至图6所示,本发明局部抛弃式剂管针筒包括有一针筒装置10、握柄20、推杆部30;该针筒装置10包括有一纵长型中空的注射筒11、可透视接筒12及一双头针13;该注射筒11的后端设有一枢接部111,该枢接部111是用与该握柄20相枢接,使该注射筒11与该握柄20可相对弯折旋转九十度,用以从该注射筒11后端置入一药剂管40,该注射筒11前端设有一螺接端112,该注射筒11的筒身上设有一观测孔113,通过该观测孔112来观察该药剂管40(如麻醉剂管)的汲液注射状况。
该可透视接筒12在本第一实施例中是为透明或可透视材质制成而具有可透视性,其后端设有一螺接端121,该螺接端121用与该注射筒11的螺接端112相螺接,使该可透视接筒12结合于该注射筒11的前端,该可透视接筒12的筒身上设有一长状穿透孔122,该可透视接筒12的前端设有一针头接部123及通孔124,该可透视接筒12内部位于该穿透孔122的前端是设有复数抵肋125,即该复数抵肋125是呈环状布设于该可透视接筒12的前端内部,为使推杆前端勾结于剂管后端的推塞件的勾结操作相当省力、简便,进而使推杆能稳定、顺利地推动剂管的推塞件,复于该抵肋内侧一面设有一推拔面(Tapered surface),使剂管前端外周为该抵肋内侧推拔面所卡止,使推杆前端勾结于剂管后端的推塞件的勾结旋转操作不会打滑而相当省力、简便而稳定。
该双头针13包括有一针头座131及连结贯通该针头座131的注射针杆132,该针头座131是结合于该可透视接筒12的针头接部123,在较佳实施例中,两者的结合是以螺接来实施;当该双头针13结合于该可透视接筒12上时,该注射针杆132的后段针杆132b是通过该通孔124进入该可透视接筒12内,而该注射针杆132的前段针杆132b是用来进行注射。
该握柄20是枢接结合于该注射筒11的后端,其设有二相对凸伸的翼板21,该翼板21是用以便利操作时手指的扳扣。该推杆部30主要是运作于该握柄20、注射筒11及可透视接筒12的内部,其包括有一扣圈部31及推杆32,该扣圈部31可藉拇指(或手指)的穿扣而便利进行注射的操作;该推杆32是从该握柄20的后端伸入该注射筒11及可透视接筒12内,该推杆32的前端是可对该注射筒11及可透视接筒12内的药剂管40进行推压,即该推杆32的前端推压该药剂管40后端的一推塞件41向前(如图7所示),该药剂管40内置有药剂42(如麻醉剂),其前端设有一用以封闭的软塞件43,当进行注射操作推压该推杆32时,该推塞件41被推动而推挤该药剂42,继使该药剂管40前端的软塞件43被该双头针146伸入可透视接筒12内的后段针杆132b所穿刺,此时继推动该推杆32将使该药剂42通过该双头针13进行汲液及注射。
本发明的注射筒11、握柄20及推杆部30是以不锈钢材质制成,而此部份是本发明的可回收器材部分;而该以透明或可透视材质制成的可透视接筒12和药剂管40、双头针13是为本发明的局部可抛弃器材部分。
当本发明进行注射时,由于通过该可透视接筒12可以透视其内部的药剂管40的注射状况,因此在注射将结束时,仍可清楚地观察到该药剂管40内的液量状态,这可使注射操作者对注射结束前的施力掌控及何时停止注射的准确判断,起了很大的帮助性,所以通过本发明的结构设计,对于注射操作者或被注射者皆能体现其最佳、最合宜的注射过程的益处。
如图7所示,本发明当注射完成后,套上一针头盖(未图示)于该针头座131上,并拆解分离该可透视接筒12与注射筒11,即可一并进行该可透视接筒12、药剂管40及双头针13一连接体的抛弃,且其抛弃操作相当简易、迅速和方便。如此,藉由该可透视接筒12、药剂管40及双头针13于注射后的相连结状态,而可进行此部份器材的抛弃,以防止针头被清洗后二度被使用的弊病;而该注射筒11、握柄20及推杆部30的结合体则可行重复使用,以符合器材使用的经济性和免扩大造成环保问题。
此间需特别说明的是,前述现有技术中由于该针头接部94(如图1、图2所示)需进行回收,因此该注射完成后需将该双头针95从该针头接部94上取下,且由于该双头针95的后段针头951是刺入结合于该剂管93,故其拆卸操作同时需伴随较大施力,必然增加操作的繁琐性及危险性,而本发明则免除该项卸下可透视接筒12上的双头针13的操作,从而增加操作上的便利性、迅速性及安全性。
请参阅图8,为本发明第二实施例,其结构主要是在前述实施例的结构基础上加以进一步变化,其结构不同之处在于:该针筒装置10A与握柄20A是以螺接连结,即该针筒装置10A与握柄20A非以可相对弯折旋转九十度的设置,而该药剂管40是从该注射筒11A的观测孔113A置入该注射筒11A内(置入该药剂管40时该推杆部30A可适当后拉);该注射筒11A前端设有一内螺接端112A,该可透视接筒12后端设有一外螺接端121A,用以两相螺结而使该可透视接筒12连结于该注射筒11A上。
同前实施例所述,该推杆32A在推动该药剂管40的推塞件41前,需先将该推杆32A定位结合于该推塞件41上,以利注射推压操作的平稳性,即利用该推杆32A前端一旋状钩部321旋转勾结于该推塞件41,当该旋状钩部321在旋转勾结于该推塞件41时,由于该药剂管40受到该可透视接筒12内部复数抵肋125的抵制,可以避免该药剂管40产生同步旋转,即该药剂管40藉该复数抵肋125的有效抵制定位,可以防止其与该推杆32A旋结操作时的相对打滑,因此可以迅速地将该旋状钩部321勾结于该推塞件41上,继而进行后续的推压注射操作,此也是本发明的结构特点之一。
此间应予一提者,乃在本发明上述实施例中的可透视接筒12,亦可做成非可透视性的接筒,且该接筒12内部位于其前端设有复数抵肋125,乃属可行方案,而可达到与上述实施例相同的目的。
因此,本发明藉该可透视接筒结合于该注射筒11前端,并恰可提供对该药剂管注射末端其液量状态的充分观察,对注射结束前的施力掌控及停止注射点的判断产生相当具体的实用性功能,并藉该可透视接筒的连结双头针和药剂管,进而让使用过后的针筒装置可便利地、安全地分成可抛弃和可重复使用的两部分,可同时达到避免整体针筒抛弃的浪费和针头被重复使用的危险性,而积极达到兼顾经济性和环保性的最佳设计。
综上所述,本发明确实为一相当优异的创思,依法提出发明专利申请;惟上述说明的内容,仅为本发明的较佳实施例说明,凡依本发明技术手段所延伸的简易变化,都应落入本发明的权利要求保护范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种局部抛弃式剂管针筒,其包括有一纵长型中空的注射筒,该注射筒的后端连结有一握柄,该注射筒和该握柄内设有一推杆,该注射筒、该握柄和该推杆是为不锈钢材质,该注射筒的前端设有一螺接端,其特征在于:
该注射筒前端的该螺接端螺接有一可透视接筒,该可透视接筒的前端设有一针头接部及通孔,该针头接部是连结有一双头针,该双头针包括有一用以结合该针头接部的针头座及连结贯通该针头座的注射针杆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的局部抛弃式剂管针筒,其特征在于:该可透视接筒为透明或可透视材质制成而具有可透视性。
3.根据权利要求1所述的局部抛弃式剂管针筒,其特征在于:该可透视接筒的筒身上设有一长状穿透孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的局部抛弃式剂管针筒,其特征在于:该可透视接筒内部前端设有至少一抵肋。
5.根据权利要求4所述的局部抛弃式剂管针筒,其特征在于:该抵肋呈复数环状布设于该可透视接筒的内部。
6.根据权利要求4所述的局部抛弃式剂管针筒,其特征在于:该抵肋设有一推拔面。
7.根据权利要求1所述的局部抛弃式剂管针筒,其特征在于:该可透视接筒是通过该双头针而连结内部一药剂管而形成一可抛弃器材的连结部分。
8.一种局部抛弃式剂管针筒,其包括有一纵长型中空的注射筒,该注射筒的后端连结有一握柄,该注射筒和该握柄内设有一推杆,该注射筒、该握柄和该推杆是为不锈钢材质,该注射筒的前端设有一螺接端,其特征在于:
该注射筒前端的该螺接端螺接有一接筒,该接筒内部前端设有至少一抵肋。
9.根据权利要求8所述的局部抛弃式剂管针筒,其特征在于:该抵肋设有一推拔面。
10.根据权利要求8所述的局部抛弃式剂管针筒,其特征在于:该接筒是通过该双头针而连结内部一药剂管而形成一可抛弃器材的连结部分。
