Abstract
本发明利用吸可见光降解去除水体中土霉素的方法,属于一种水处理领域,具体涉及一种去除水体中土霉素的方法。本发明使用光强为7000~12000Lx的可见光照射被处理的水体1.5~10h,将水体中的土霉素降解;添加降解辅助药品过氧化氢可以达到更好的去除效果。由于光照设备易于购买,使用和管理,过氧化氢也便于使用,采用此方法处理水中土霉素成本较低,又无毒副作用,危害性小,既适合于水厂使用,也更适合于医院医药废水处理的使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种降解水体中土霉素的方法,具体地说是利用可见光照射降解水体中土霉素的方法,属水处理领域。
背景技术
自抗生素被发现以来,其在预防和治疗疾病中做出了重大的贡献,土霉素属于四环素类抗生素,是目前主要使用的一类抗生素。近些年来国内土霉素类药物的产量迅速增加,到2000年左右国内的土霉素的产量都已在万吨以上,使用量也较大,但目前对含土霉素药物的废水排放的关心重视程度却远远不够,许多行业中都存在着较为严重的药物滥用情况,结果导致相当一部分抗生素排入土壤和水体环境中,有研究也表明抗生素主要随粪便和尿液等代谢物以原形直接进入环境中。许多调查发现目前全球许多地区的土壤和水体中都检测出较高的土霉素浓度。土霉素在治疗中对革兰氏阳性菌、阴性菌、滤过性病毒有良好的作用,其残留物进入环境后会影响环境中的微生物。环境中的土霉素残留则能明显降低微生物群落功能的多样性,破坏生态系统的平衡,使一些湿地和污水处理设施系统功能迅速退化。同时环境中土霉素残留的持续存在,必将诱导出抗药菌株,这些抗药菌株中的抗药基因可以通过质粒传播从而提高了整个环境中细菌的抗药性,例如现在杀死一些过去易于杀死的细菌需要的抗生素剂量在不断加大,不断出新的药物品种也表明环境中的细菌的抗药性的增强,一旦这些抗药菌株通过食物等途径进入人体,选择性地增强人体内细菌的抗药性,将对人类健康产生很大的危害,最终导致一些常见病都可能出现无药可治的境地。
目前各国一般还没有制定强制性的饮用水中土霉素含量标准,已有的标准一般也只针对食品中的含量。一些常用的污水处理手段如曝气和O3处理可短暂降低水体中土霉素的含量,但却并未根本改变土霉素的化学结构,处理完后土霉素结构又可恢复,出水中依然含有较高量的土霉素,没有起到真正降解的效果。一般水处理工艺的混凝、沉淀、煮沸都不能破坏它的毒性,而采用预投氯处理则会形成具有较强毒性的土霉素卤代化合物,影响饮用水的安全。现在常用的生物处理法极易诱导出抗药菌株,反而造成更大的潜在危害。由于现有的水处理方法不是存在去除率低,就是存在成本高、操作复杂、容易带来二次污染、难以推广应用等一系列问题,所以提供一种成本低、去除率高、易于操作、无二次污染的新的土霉素处理方法,正成为国内外研究的热点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有处理技术存在的问题,提供一种利用可见光降解水体中土霉素的方法,它具有不产生强毒性的副产物,危害性小,处理成本低,既适合于水厂使用,也适合医院医药废水处理使用,是一种高效节能型的水处理技术。
随着人们对环境卫生要求的提高,环境中抗生素尤其是土霉素污染越发引起人们的关注。开发一种降解土霉素的新的便捷的技术就变得越来越迫切,将可见光照射应用于此类物质的处理就是在这种形势下产生的。
本发明的目的可以通过以下措施达到:
一种利用可见光照射降解水中土霉素的方法,采用光强为7000~12000Lx的可见光对含有土霉素的水体进行照射处理1.5~10h,将水体中的土霉素降解。
在含有土霉素的水体中加入降解辅助药品过氧化氢,可以进一步促进土霉素的降解;过氧化氢加入后水体中过氧化氢的含量为0.01~0.5%,优选为0.01~0.3%。
本发明所采用的可见光的光强优选为7000~10000Lx;照射处理时间优选为1.5~5h。
经过本发明处理的水体可用液相色谱在355nm处检测土霉素的含量。
本发明可以降解水中含量小于等于40mg/L的土霉素。
光源可采用大功率汞灯释放的强可见光,并采用玻璃滤去紫外线。
本发明中采用强光强为7000~10000Lx(日常可见光强度为200~300Lx)的可见光照射被处理的水,并在处理的水体中加入过氧化氢溶液,这对光照降解效果具有促进作用。在其它条件相同的情况下,过氧化氢浓度越高,降解效率越高,处理效果越好。
利用光催化技术对废水进行处理的研究已在国内外进行了较长时间,研究表明光照对含有机物的废水有很好的处理效果。而对于可见光应用于含土霉素水体的处理目前国内外相关报道很少。
当具有较高能量的可见光进入水体后,能与水分子反应产生活泼的OH·、H·等自由基,这些自由基都是高活性物质,能迅速与水体中的有机物反应,从而达到降解转化有机物的目的。OH·是典型的氧化剂,其标准氧化还原位高达2.80V,仅次于氟(2.87V),是目前已知可在水处理中应用的最强的氧化剂,它作为反应的中间产物,可诱发后面的链反应,且OH·与水中绝大多数有机物的反应速度常数均在108~1010M-1·s-1数量级范围。在被处理水中添加过氧化氢,也可以迅速大量地产生OH·,从而对土霉素的降解起到很好的促进作用。本方法处理后,土霉素被降解成分子量小于427的对环境中微生物危害性小的一系列小分子物质。
与其它传统处理方法相比,利用可见光配合过氧化氢处理土霉素废水具有以下优点:反应中产生的自由基OH·的标准氧化还原位高达2.80V,是目前已知可在水处理中应用的最强的氧化剂,其与水中绝大多数有机物的反应速度常数均在108~1010M-1·s-1数量级范围;作为反应的中间产物,可诱发后面的链反应;并且OH·无选择地直接与废水中的污染物反应将其降解为二氧化碳、水和矿物盐,不会产生二次污染;可见光灯源易于购买,管理和使用,过氧化氢也是一种常见化合物,残留的过氧化氢可分解为水和氧,对环境不会产生二次污染,危害性小,反应条件温和,处理成本低,既可适用于水厂使用,也可适用于医药废水的处理,是一种高效节能型的水处理技术。
具体实施方式
实施例1:含20mg/L的土霉素的水体,采用光强为10000Lx的可见光照射,照射2.5h,水体中土霉素可达到75%以上的降解率。
实施例2:在实施例1中的照射时间改为5h,对水体中的土霉素可达到95%以上的去除率。
实施例3:在实施例1中,被处理水体中加入0.01%的过氧化氢,光照射时间改为2.5h,水体中的土霉素可达到95%以上的去除率。
实施例4:在实施例1中,被处理水体中加入0.075%的过氧化氢,光照时间改为2h,水体中土霉素可达到95%以上的去除率。
实施例5:在实施例1中,被处理水体中加入0.15%的过氧化氢,光照时间改为2h,水体中土霉素可达到99%以上的取出率。
实施例6:在实施例1中,被处理水体中加入0.3%的过氧化氢,光照时间改为1.5h,水体中土霉素可达到100%的去除率。
实施例7:含20mg/L的土霉素的水体,采用光强为7000Lx的可见光照射,照射8h,水体中土霉素可达到75%以上的降解率。
实施例8:含20mg/L的土霉素的水体,采用光强为8000Lx的可见光照射,照射5h,被处理水体中加入0.4%的过氧化氢,水体中土霉素可达到100%的降解率。
Claims (6)
1.一种利用可见光照射降解水中土霉素的方法,采用光强为7000~12000Lx的可见光对含有土霉素的水体进行照射处理1.5~10h,将水体中的土霉素降解。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用可见光照射降解水体中土霉素的方法,其特征在于在含有土霉素的水体中加入过氧化氢。
3.根据权利要求2所述的利用可见光照射降解水体中土霉素的方法,其特征在于过氧化氢加入后水体中过氧化氢的含量为0.01~0.5%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的利用可见光照射降解水体中土霉素的方法,其特征在于过氧化氢加入后水体中过氧化氢的含量为0.01~0.3%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的利用可见光照射降解水体中土霉素的方法,其特征在于可见光的光强为7000~10000Lx。
6.根据权利要求1所述的利用可见光照射降解水体中土霉素的方法,其特征在于照射处理时间为1.5~5h。
