Abstract

一种闷晒式太阳能沼气池,发酵池与其两侧分别设有的进料池、出料池连通,发酵池的上端封盖有透光的拱顶,一导气管从拱顶的中部与发酵池的内部相通,在出料池的旁侧设有沼气储存装置,与导气管接通的输气管道分成两路,输气管道的其中一路的一端与沼气储存装置接通。本发明提供的沼气池具有的特点是,能较好的采集太阳的热量,在冬季发酵池内也能保持良好的发酵温度,沼气的产量高,使用安全性好,取用沼气方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及发生沼气的装置,具体地说是一种沼气池。
背景技术
沼气池作为利用废料液(人、蓄粪便、作物秸杆、废水等)产生沼气的装置已较广泛的使用。现有的一种沼气池的主要结构为,发酵池与其两侧分别设有的进料池、出料池连通,发酵池的上端封盖有不透光的拱顶,一导气管从拱顶中部与发酵池的内部相通。该种沼气池存着以下不足:在使用中产生的沼气是储存在发酵池中的,在发酵池内既有废料液又有沼气,当发酵池内的沼气过多而又不及时使用时,发酵池内的压力大,具有安全隐患;沼气池对太阳的热量采集的效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种沼气池,它的发酵池内的压力小,且它能够较好的采集太阳的热量,使发酵池内有良好的发酵温度。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:
闷晒式太阳能沼气池,发酵池与其两侧分别设有的进料池、出料池连通,发酵池的上端封盖有透光的拱顶,一导气管从拱顶的中部与发酵池的内部相通,在出料池的旁侧设有沼气储存装置,与导气管接通的输气管道分成两路,输气管道的其中一路的一端与沼气储存装置接通。
本发明提供的沼气池在使用中,发酵池内产生的沼气通过输气管道直接进入到沼气储存装置中,发酵池内的压力小;透光的发酵池的拱顶具有较好的采光、采热效果,这样,发酵池内发黑的沼液可较好的得到太阳的照射获取热量,在冬季,发酵池内也能保持良好的发酵温度,以获得较高的沼气产量。
本发明提供的沼气池具有的特点是,能较好的采集太阳的热量,在冬季发酵池内也能保持良好的发酵温度,沼气的产量高,使用安全性好,取用沼气方便。

发酵池9的两侧分别设有进料池14、出料池7,进料池14、出料池7与发酵池9连通,发酵池9的上端封盖有透光的拱顶13,拱顶13的材质可为有机玻璃、塑料或玻璃等。拱顶13为拱形且内部具有空心的夹层13a,该夹层13a还可为真空,这样,它的保温性能会更好。导气管道11从拱顶13的中部与发酵池9的内部相通的方式为,在拱顶13的中心处连接有一空心的管帽12,管帽12的内腔与发酵池9内部相通,导气管11接在管帽12的上端、且与管帽12的内腔相通。另外,为保护拱顶13,将发酵池9的池壁的顶部超出拱顶13,在池壁的顶部再覆盖上一透光的防护板8,防护板8可为树脂类材料或玻璃。
沼气储存装置包括有一储液罐1和一储气罐2,储液罐1和储气罐2均为桶状、且一端敞口,储液罐1的侧壁上部开有溢流孔1a,储气罐2敞口向下搁置在储液罐1中,在储气罐2中固定有一套管3,套管3的上端与储气罐2的外部相通,储液罐1中固定有一导杆4,导杆4穿过套管3。与导气管11接通的输气管道10分成两路,输气管道10的其中一路的一端与储气罐2接通,输气管道10的另一路通往用户,用于向用户输送沼气。出料池7通过其上部所接的管道5与储液罐1连通。
出料池7上部管道5的通口的最低处的水平高度要略低于管帽12上导气管11的下端,这样,即使发酵池9内充满料液时,进入管帽12内的料液也始终在导气管11下端之下,从而可避免料液上部的漂浮物堵塞导气管9。
另外,在进料池14、出料池7的上部也分别盖有池盖15、池盖7,在进料池14的一侧还接有一段与其内部相通的管道11,在使用中,管道11与住户厕所的排粪管道相接,住户厕所排出的粪便可直接进入进料池。
由附图可见,本沼气池在使用时,首先向储液罐1内加注一定量的水(储液罐容积的三分之二以上),在储气罐2内还没有沼气时,储气罐2落在储液罐1的底部。当发酵池9内产生沼气后,沼气通过输气管道10直接进入到储气罐2中,随着储气罐2内沼气逐渐的增多,储气罐2会逐渐上升,在套管3的底端低于储液罐1内水的液面时,储气罐2内的沼气不会逸出,当储气罐2内的沼气的增加导致套管3的底端高于储液罐1内水的液面时,沼气会从导杆4与套管3间的缝隙及储气罐2与储液罐1间的缝隙中逸出。导杆4、套管3可保证储气罐2上升或下降时不会倾斜。发酵池9内的沼气输入到储气罐2中后,其内的压力减小。当发酵池9及内出料池7已被沼液及废料液充满,而仍有废料液从进料池14加入时,出料池7内处在上部的沼液便会进入到储液罐1中,当储液罐1中沼液的液面高于溢流孔1a时,沼液会从溢流孔1a溢出。由于发酵池的拱顶13为透光材质具且有空心的夹层,因此,它具有较好的采光、采热及保温效果,这样,发酵池9内可较好的获得太阳的热量,在冬季,发酵池9也可内保持良好的发酵温度,以获得较高的沼气产量。

1.闷晒式太阳能沼气池,发酵池(9)与其两侧分别设有的进料池(14)、出料池(7)连通,发酵池(9)的上端封盖有透光的拱顶(13),一导气管(11)从拱顶(13)的中部与发酵池(9)的内部相通,在出料池(7)的旁侧设有沼气储存装置,与导气管(11)接通的输气管道(10)分成两路,输气管道(10)的其中一路的一端与沼气储存装置接通,沼气储存装置包括有一储液罐(1)和一储气罐(2),储液罐(1)和储气罐(2)均为桶状、且一端敞口,储气罐(2)敞口向下搁置在储液罐(1)中,在储气罐(2)中固定有一套管(3),套管(3)的上端与储气罐(2)的外部相通,储液罐(1)中固定有一导杆(4),导杆(4)穿过套管(3),输气管道(10)的其中一路的一端与储气罐(2)接通,在拱顶(13)的中心处连接有一空心的管帽(12),管帽(12)的内腔与发酵池(9)内部相通,导气管(11)接在管帽(12)的上端、且与管帽(12)的内腔相通,储液罐(1)的侧壁上部开有溢流孔(1a),其特征在于:出料池(7)通过其上部所接的管道(5)与储液罐(1)连通,拱顶(13)内部具有空心的夹层(13a)。
