Abstract

本发明涉及一种生物柴油的生产方法技术领域。本发明所述的环保型生物柴油的生产方法,是以短链脂肪酸酯乙酸甲酯或乙酸乙酯作为酰基受体,利用生物酶催化动植物油脂进行转酯反应,乙酸甲酯(或乙酸乙酯)与动植物油脂的摩尔比为3∶1~15∶1,经4~15个小时反应后,即生产出生物柴油。本发明反应条件温和、具有环境友好性、反应过程简单易控;反应后将脂肪酶滤出干燥后可进行反复回用,在回复利用中脂肪酶仍可保持较高的催化活性。

一种环保型生物柴油的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种生物柴油的生产方法技术领域。
背景技术
由动植物油脂通过转酯反应生成的长链脂肪酸酯类物质,是一种新型的无污染可再生能源,被称为生物柴油。其燃烧性能可以与传统的石油系柴油媲美,由于生物柴油燃烧后发动机排放出的尾气里有害物质比传统石化柴油降低了50%。目前生物柴油的研究和应用已经受到了广泛的关注。
目前生物柴油的生产方法主要是将动植物油脂与一些短链醇(甲醇、乙醇等)在催化剂的催化作用下发生转酯反应而得。根据所使用的催化剂的不同,生物柴油的生产方法有化学法和酶法两种。化学法使用的催化剂包括酸催化剂和碱催化剂,容易造成二次污染。目前在利用生物酶法转化可再生的动植物油脂制备生物柴油的生产工艺中,主要是利用一些短链醇如甲醇、乙醇等作为酰基受体。这些短链醇极易导致酶失活,而且反应过程中生成的副产物甘油容易附着在脂肪酶表面,从而使得反应难以继续进行;同时,在酶的回用实验中,需要对酶进行一些特别的处理(如利用有机溶剂冲洗副产物甘油等)才能使酶部分恢复活性,大量有机溶剂的使用不仅增大了整个生产工艺的成本,而且,也为大规模生产的操作控制带来一定的困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种制备环保型生物柴油的方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种环保型生物柴油的生产方法,该方法是:以短链脂肪酸酯乙酸甲酯或乙酸乙酯作为酰基受体,利用生物酶催化动植物油脂进行转酯反应,乙酸甲酯(或乙酸乙酯)与动植物油脂的摩尔比为3∶1~15∶1,经4~15个小时反应后,即生产出生物柴油。
上述的生产过程具体步骤是:
1.置于可自动控温的往复摇床中加热至20~60℃;
2.将短链脂肪酸酯与油脂按摩尔比为3∶1~20∶1混合均匀:
3.力日入油脂质量30%的脂肪酶开始反应,4~15小时后生产出生物柴油。
所述脂肪酶为Novozym435,所述油脂为动植物油脂,如蓖麻油,菜籽油,大豆油或鱼油等。
本发明的有益效果是反应条件温和、具有环境友好性、反应过程简单易控;反应后将脂肪酶滤出干燥后可进行反复回用,在回复利用中脂肪酶仍可保持较高的催化活性。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例和试验例用来进一步详细说明本发明。
实施例1
将乙酸甲酯19.2g与大豆油9.65g,装入具塞三角瓶中混合均匀,并置于可自动控温的往复摇床中加热至40℃后,加入油脂质量30%的固定化脂肪酶Novozym435(10,000PLU/g)开始反应,经7~10小时后生产出生物柴油9.2g。
实施例2
将乙酸乙酯10g与大豆油9.65g,装入具塞三角瓶中混合均匀,并置于可自动控温的往复摇床中加热至40℃后,加入基于油脂质量30%的固定化脂肪酶Novozym435(10,000PLU/g)开始反应,经10~14小时后生产出生物柴油8.2g。
实施例3
将乙酸甲酯9.6g与菜籽油9.65g,装入具塞三角瓶中混合均匀,并置于可自动控温的往复摇床中加热至20℃后,加入基于油脂质量30%的固定化脂肪酶Novozym435(10,000PLU/g)开始反应,经7~9小时后生产出生物柴油9g。
实施例4
将乙酸甲酯9.6g与菜籽油9.65g,装入具塞三角瓶中混合均匀,并置于可自动控温的往复摇床中加热至30℃后,加入油脂质量30%的固定化脂肪酶Novozym435(10,000PLU/g)开始反应,经6~9小时后生产出生物柴油9.2g。
实施例5
将乙酸甲酯9.6g与菜籽油9.65g,装入具塞三角瓶中混合均匀,并置于可自动控温的往复摇床中加热至40℃后,加入基于油脂质量30%的固定化脂肪酶Novozym435(10,000PLU/g)开始反应,经5~7小时后生产出生物柴油9.2g。
实施例6
将乙酸甲酯9.6g与菜籽油9.65g,装入具塞三角瓶中混合均匀,并置于可自动控温的往复摇床中加热至60℃后,加入油脂质量30%的固定化脂肪酶Novozym435(10,000PLU/g)开始反应,经4~7小时后生产出生物柴油9.2g。

1.一种环保型生物柴油的制备方法,该方法是:以短链脂肪酸酯乙酸甲酯或乙酸乙酯作为酰基受体,利用生物酶催化动植物油脂进行转酯反应,乙酸甲酯(或乙酸乙酯)与动植物油脂的摩尔比为3∶1~15∶1,经4~15个小时反应后,即生产出生物柴油。
2.如权利要求1所述的环保型生物柴油的制备方法,其特征在于:酯化时置于可自动控温的往复摇床中加热至20~60℃。
3.如权利要求1所述的环保型生物柴油的制备方法,其特征在于:生物酶为Novozym435。
