背景技术
油气井通常位于包含未固结微粒的地层中。术语″未固结微粒″是指在地层某一部分中松散的微粒或与地层结合很弱的微粒,地层内液体的流动可能因此引起微粒迁移。未固结微粒(如地层微粒和支撑剂微粒)可能会随产出液迁移出地层。地层的未固结部分包括含有易于被产出液夹带的未固结微粒的部分,以及包括其中组成区带的微粒以弱的结合强度相互结合、不足以抵抗地层内移动流体所产生的力的部分。产出液中存在未固结微粒可能是不利且不需要的,因为这些微粒可能会磨损泵送和其它生产设备,并且可能会降低地层生产部分的流体生产能力。
控制未固结微粒的一种方法涉及在井眼附近放置砾石过滤床,以防止未固结的地层微粒随产出液移出。通常这类作业被称作″砾石充填作业″,并通常涉及在部分疏松地层附近泵送并放置一定量的微粒,以此在滤砂和穿孔井眼、套管井眼或开放式地层壁之间形成砾石充填。这类方法虽然经常使用,但操作起来耗时费钱。另一种用于在未固结地层中控制疏松地层微粒的传统方法涉及在地层微粒易于流动的部分地层中使用可固化的树脂组合物以对其进行固结。在这类技术的一个实例中,作业人员对地层进行预处理,再投入树脂组合物,然后用后处理液除去地层井眼空间中多余的树脂。
除了控制地层中的微粒,还经常要求使用一些处理方法促进地层中的生产。这类处理方法一般用来增加地层的渗透性,使流体在地层的激发部分中更容易流动。通常,这些处理方法涉及将处理液注入地层中。一种已知的刺激处理方法是基岩酸化激发方法(如,″酸化法″)。酸化法涉及在压力足以避免地层压裂的条件下将酸化液引入地层中,让酸化液溶解阻塞或收缩地层通道的可溶于酸的材料。这样,液体可以更容易地从地层流到井眼中。酸化处理还可以促进注入的处理液从井眼流入地层中。将酸泵入地层如碳酸盐(如:石灰石或白云石)地层中时,所述酸优先从周边流入溶解性或渗透性最高的地层部分(即,大的孔隙、巨洞、或天然缝隙)中。酸化处理通常可导致地层在井眼附近形成大的、高传导的流动通道。
另一种常见的激发技术是水力压裂,在该技术中处理液在足以产生或增大至少一个裂缝的压力下通过井眼注入到地层的一部分。这经常可产生液体流动通过地层回到井眼的通道,称作″裂缝″。通常一种常称作″支撑剂微粒″的微粒材料被沉积到裂缝中,以帮助裂缝在液压释放后被撑开,加强产出液流回。各种地层都可以通过在地层中产生裂缝,将支撑剂微粒沉积在所述裂缝中以将裂缝保持在张开的位置来处理。此外,支撑剂微粒可以在裂缝内固结,这通常导致在地层中产生可渗透的硬质材料的形成,其可以减少地层生产期间微粒的迁移。此外,可以在同一作业中使用通常被称作″压裂充填″的水力压裂和砾石充填的组合。
水力压裂和酸化处理可以在一个处理中组合使用,这通常称作″压裂酸化″。典型地,压裂酸化处理涉及用水力压裂方法形成裂缝,然后对裂缝进行酸化处理,蚀刻裂缝表面。当地层中的压力得到释放时,已产生的裂缝不应完全封闭,因为地层材料的去除在裂缝表面之间产生缝隙。参见,如US 3,768,564。支撑剂微粒还可以与压裂酸化处理结合使用。参见,如US3,842,911。
然而,一些地层,如碳酸盐地层、未固结砂岩地层、页岩地层和白垩地层,可能太不牢固,不能有效且经济地使用酸化处理方法,无论是基岩酸化处理还是压裂酸化处理。酸化时,这些地层倾向于与产出液一起产生地层微粒,如地层细粒和沙子。这可能会严重降低产量,因为地层微粒进入并堵塞支撑剂微粒填充层、流动通道和地层孔隙。
发明内容

本发明的一个实施方案提供了一种激发并稳定地层区域的方法,其包括将酸液置入地层区域中,使所述酸至少部分地溶解所述地层区域的一部分;将固结液置入该地层区域中;以及,将后处理液置入该地层区域中。
本发明的一个实施方案提供了一种激发并稳定地层区域的方法,其包括将酸性流体置入地层区域,使所述酸至少部分溶解该地层区域的一部分;将固结液置入该地层区域中;以及,在足以在其中产生或扩展一条裂缝的压力下将压裂液置入该地层区域中。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及提高及维持地层中井的生产率的方法。尤其是,本发明涉及从地层的酸化和固结部分生产液体的改良方法。
一般来说,本发明的方法涉及通过酸化和固结底层来激发并稳定地层。这涉及用能够至少部分溶解该地层区域一部分的酸液来处理所述地层区域,并将固结液置入该地层的酸化区域中。所述酸液溶解该地层区域的一部分,由此产生空洞或中空间隙。术语″使溶解″和″溶解″是指从地层至少部分除去固体物质。一旦形成空洞,就可以在地层内置入固结液,从而使地层空洞内的未固结微粒(如:地层微粒、支撑剂微粒、或两者)发生固结。
通过在置入固结液前对该地层区域进行酸化处理,可以使固结液比没有发生酸化处理时更加深入地渗透到地层中。据认为,这是因为至少部分地基于这样的一个事实,即在酸化处理后置入固结液时,固结液可以在底层内从空洞充入并渗透进去,而不只是从表面开始渗透。其中,固结液在地层生产期间起到稳定地层并且最大程度减少地层微粒迁移的作用。本发明的方法尤其非常适合用于至少部分地由在酸性条件下很易溶解的材料所形成的地层部分,如包括碳酸盐、白垩、石灰石、文石、白云石、岩盐、固结了碳酸盐的砂岩的地层、或上述矿物质组合的地层。
在本发明的方法中,将包括水成液和至少一种酸的酸液置入地层区域中,溶解至少该地层区域的一部分。一般来说,合适的酸包括酸水溶液包括但不限于盐酸、C1~C12羧酸、氢氟酸、乙酸、甲酸、柠檬酸、乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)、可水解酯形式的缓释酸,所述可水解酯包括乙二醇单甲酸酯、乙二醇二甲酸酯、聚乳酸、聚乙醇酸、二甘醇二甲酸酯、甘油单甲酸酯、甘油二甲酸酯、甘油三甲酸酯、三甘醇二甲酸酯和季戊四醇的甲酸酯,及它们的组合。当本发明中选用酸水溶液时,应考虑地层的温度、底层的酸反应性、地层的孔隙度、地层的渗透性、及注入速度。举例来说,但不限于此:在酸反应性相对较高、温度相对较高的地层中,通过使用诸如乙酸的相对较弱的酸可以得到较复杂的空洞。较复杂的空洞可使固结液在地层中得到更均匀的分布。除了考虑所用酸的类型,也必须考虑酸的浓度。选择所用酸的浓度时所考虑的因素与以上所列选择酸的类型时的相同考虑相关。借助本公开内容,本领域技术人员能够根据所讨论的地层、所要求的固结和所选择的酸等因素选择合适的酸浓度。在一些实施方案中,酸水溶液的使用浓度可以是所述酸液的约1~70体积%。在一些实施方案中,所述酸水溶液的使用浓度可以是所述酸液体积的约5~25%。酸水溶液的实例和使用酸水溶液的方法描述在US 3,768,564、3,842,911、4,245,702、4,683,954、4,739,832、4,959,432、5,238,068和6,531,427中,相关公开内容在此全部引入作为参考。
如上所述,将本发明的固结液引入酸化地层的局部中,并使其渗入该地层区域中。固结液一般以能使足够多的固结液可以渗入地层中的基岩流速置入该地层区域中。适用于本发明中的固结液可以是在生产期间能阻止未固结微粒从部分地层迁移的任何物质。合适的固结液包括树脂组合物、增粘剂(非水增粘剂和水性增粘剂均可)、和甲硅烷基改性的聚酰胺化合物。
适用于本发明固结液中的树脂组合物包括本领域已知的能形成硬化固结物质的所有树脂。许多这类树脂常用于地层固结作业中,一些合适的树脂包括双组份环氧基树脂、酚醛清漆树脂、聚环氧化物树脂、酚-醛树脂、脲-醛树脂、聚氨酯树脂、酚醛树脂、呋喃树脂、呋喃/糠醇树脂、酚醛/乳胶树脂、苯酚甲醛树脂、聚酯树脂及其混合物和共聚物、聚氨酯树脂及其混合物和共聚物、丙烯酸酯树脂、及它们的混合物。一些合适的树脂如环氧树脂可以利用内催化剂或活化剂进行固化,这样从井孔往下泵送时只利用时间和温度就可以固化。其它合适的树脂,如呋喃树脂,如果固化温度低(即,低于250℉),一般需要延时的催化剂或外催化剂来促进活化树脂聚合,但如果地层温度高于约250℉,优选高于约300℉,在时间和温度的作用下就可以固化。
对合适树脂的选择可能会受到要引入液体的地层的温度影响。举例来说,对于井孔静温度(″BHST″)为约60℉~约250℉的地层,优选可使用包括可硬化树脂组份和含特殊硬化剂的硬化剂组份的双组份环氧基树脂。对于BHST为约300℉~约600℉的地层,可以优选呋喃基树脂。对于BHST为约200℉~约400℉的地层,可以适合使用酚醛基树脂或单组份HT环氧基树脂。对于BHST至少为约175℉的地层,可能还适合使用苯酚/苯酚甲醛/糠醇树脂。借助本公开内容,本领域技术人员能够选择用于本发明实施方案中的合适树脂,并确定是否需要催化剂来触发固化。
优选控制以确保用于本发明方法中的固结液具有足以渗入地层的疏松部分中的粘度。例如,当被固结的地层部分为井眼附近的部分时,可能需要向井眼附近的部分渗入约3英寸~约1.5英尺。当被固结的地层部分为支撑裂缝附近的部分时,举例来说,向附近的裂缝壁渗入约0.25英寸可能就已足够。为了达到这些渗透水平,固结液的粘度很重要。在本发明的一些实施方案中,固结液粘度保持在低于约100cP。在本发明的另一些实施方案中,固结液粘度保持在低于约40cP。在本发明的另一些实施方案中,固结液粘度保持在低于约10cP。在此所述的粘度在室温下测得,使用布氏DV-II型粘度计,在100RPM时使用2型心轴。
相应地,与树脂相容的任何溶剂都适合用来获得所要求的固结液粘度。在一些实施方案中,溶剂可以包括可溶于水的溶剂,但传统上不易溶解于水成液中的闪点更高的溶剂(如,闪点高于约125℉)也适合。闪点更高的某些合适溶剂的实例包括乳酸丁酯、丁基缩水甘油醚、双丙甘醇甲醚、双丙甘醇二甲醚、二甲基甲酰胺、二甘醇甲醚、乙二醇丁醚、二甘醇丁醚、碳酸亚丙酯、甲醇、丁醇、D-柠檬油精、脂肪酸甲酯、及它们的组合。合适的可溶于水的溶剂包括,但不限于,甲醇、异丙醇、丁醇、乙二醇醚溶剂,及它们的组合。合适的乙二醇醚溶剂包括,但不限于,二甘醇甲醚、双丙甘醇甲醚、2-丁氧基乙醇、含至少一个C1~C6烷基的C2~C6二羟基烷醇的醚、二羟基烷醇的单醚、甲氧基丙醇、丁氧基乙醇、己氧基乙醇、及其异构体。为得到合适的粘度,树脂∶溶剂比一般为约1∶0.2~约1∶20。在一些实施方案中,树脂∶溶剂比为约1∶1~约1∶3。合适的溶剂及其量的选择依赖于所选的树脂,本领域技术人员能够借助本公开内容进行选择。
适用于本发明固结液的非水增粘剂包括在液态或溶液形态时可以在表面形成不硬化涂层的任何化合物。合适的非水增粘剂组的一个实例包括在地层温度下为液态或溶液的聚酰胺,这样当将其引入地层时它们自身不会硬化。其它合适的非水增粘剂包括含商业上可获得的多酸和多胺的缩合反应产物。这些商业产品包括以下化合物,例如含一些三聚体及高级低聚物的C36二元酸与和多胺反应的少量单体酸的混合物。其它的多酸包括三聚物酸、由脂肪酸产生的合成酸、马来酸和丙烯酸等。这些酸的化合物可商购自如从Witco Corporation、Union Camp、Chemtall和Emery Industries等公司。而反应产物可从例如Champion Technologies,Inc和Witco Corporation得到。可用作非水增粘剂的其它化合物包括,例如聚酯、聚碳酸酯和聚氨基甲酸酯,以及例如紫胶的天然树脂等液体或溶液。其它合适的非水增粘剂见述于授予Weaver等的US 5,853,048和授予Weaver等的US 5,833,000,相关公开内容在此全部引入作为参考。
使用适用于本发明的非水增粘剂时,可以由其形成不硬化的涂层,或可以将其与能与非水增粘剂反应形成硬化涂层的多功能材料组合使用。在此使用的“硬化涂层”的意思是非水增粘剂与多功能材料反应会产生基本上不流动的反应物,与非水增粘剂单独与微粒一起时相比,其在固结团聚体中表现出更高的压缩强度。在此情况下,非水增粘剂可以起到与树脂类似的作用(如上所述)。适用于本发明的多功能材料包括,但不限于,如甲醛醛、如戊二醛的二醛、半缩醛或释放醛的化合物、二酰基卤、如二氯化物和二溴化物的二卤化物、如柠檬酸的多酸的酐、环氧化物、糠醛、戊二醛或醛的缩合物等,及它们的组合。在本发明的一些实施方案中,多功能材料可以以非水增粘剂的约0.01~50重量%的量与非水增粘剂混合,以实现反应产物的形成。在其它实施方案中,多功能材料的存在量为非水增粘剂的约0.5~1重量%。合适的多功能材料见述于授予Weaver等的US 5,839,510,相关公开内容在此全部引入作为参考。其它合适的非水增粘剂见述于授予Weaver等的US 5,853,048,相关公开内容在此全部引入作为参考。
适合与非水增粘剂一起使用的溶剂包括以上所述的与树脂组合物相关的溶剂,以及例如端丁基的醇(butyl bottom alcohol)、乙酸丁酯、乙酸糠酯、乳酸丁酯、二甲亚砜、及它们的组合。合适的溶剂及其量的选择依赖于所选的非水增粘剂,本领域技术人员能够借助本公开内容进行选择。
合适的水性增粘剂可以在表面(如支撑剂微粒的表面)至少形成部分涂层。一般来说,在所要求的时间内将水性增粘剂“活化”(即失去稳定、聚结、及/或反应)转变成粘的、能增粘的化合物之前,合适的水性增粘剂并不特别发粘。这样的活化可以在水性增粘剂置入地层之前、期间、或之后发生。在一些实施方案中,预处理可以是先与微粒表面接触,将其制备成涂上水性增粘剂。合适的水性增粘剂一般是包括化合物的带电荷聚合物,这些化合物在水溶剂或溶液形式时会形成不硬化的涂层(通过其自身或与活化剂一起),置于微粒表面时通过与水流接触可增加微粒的连续临界再悬浮速度。连续临界再悬浮速度在2004年6月9日申请的US专利申请10/864,061的实施例7中得到进一步描述,其公开内容在此全部引入作为参考。水性增粘剂可以加强地层中单独微粒(其为支撑剂微粒、地层微粒、或其它微粒)之间颗粒与颗粒的接触,这样反过来又可以帮助微粒固结形成粘合的、能变形的可渗透物质。
适宜的水性增粘剂能够在表面(例如支撑剂微粒表面)上形成至少部分涂层。一般来说,适宜的水性增粘剂是不特别发粘的,直到它们被″活化″(即去稳定、聚结和/或反应),以将所述水性增粘剂转化为粘性的、在需要的时间增粘的化合物。这种活化可以在将增粘剂置入地层中之前、之中或之后进行。在某些实施方案中,可以使预处理物首先与微粒表面接触,以将其制备为由水性增粘剂所涂覆。适宜的水性增粘剂通常是带电的聚合物,当处于水性溶剂或水溶液中时,其形成非硬化的涂层(通过其自身或借助于活化剂),并且当置于微粒上时,在接触水流时将可以增加连续临界再悬浮速度。连续临界再悬浮速度见述于2004年6月9日申请的美国专利申请第10/864,061号的实施例7,其公开内容在此全部引入作为参考。水性增粘剂可以增加地层内单个微粒之间的粒间接触(其为支撑剂微粒、地层微粒、或其它微粒),这接下来又可以促进所述微粒固结成为内聚、柔韧并且可以渗透的物质。
适宜用于本发明中的增粘剂的实例包括,但不限于丙烯酸聚合物、丙烯酸酯聚合物、丙烯酸衍生物聚合物、丙烯酸均聚物、丙烯酸酯均聚物(如聚丙烯酸甲酯、聚丙烯酸丁酯和聚丙烯酸2-乙基己酯)、丙烯酸酯共聚物、甲基丙烯酸衍生物聚合物、甲基丙烯酸均聚物、甲基丙烯酸酯均聚物(如聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯)、和聚甲基丙烯酸2-乙基己酯)、丙烯酰胺基-甲基丙磺酸酯聚合物、丙烯酰胺基-甲基丙磺酸酯衍生物聚合物、丙烯酰胺基-甲基丙磺酸酯共聚物、和丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺基-甲基丙磺酸酯共聚物、及其组合。确定合适的水性增粘剂的方法及关于水性增粘剂的其它公开内容见述于2004年6月9日申请的美国专利申请10/864,061和2004年6月9日申请的美国专利申请号10/864,618,其公开内容在此引入作为参考。
适合用作本发明方法中的固结液中的甲硅烷基改性的聚酰胺化合物可以描述为基本上可自硬化的组合物,其能够以未硬化状态至少部分粘结到微粒上,还可进一步自硬化成基本上不粘的状态,单独的未固结微粒如地层细粒不会与其在例如在地层孔喉或支撑剂微粒填层中粘结。这种甲硅烷基改性的聚酰胺可以基于,例如,硅化的化合物与聚酰胺或聚酰胺混合物的反应产物。聚酰胺或聚酰胺混合物可以是一种或多种聚酰胺中间化合物,例如,可通过多酸(如,二酸或更高级酸)和多胺(如,二胺或更高级胺)反应,经除水后形成聚酰胺聚合物得到。其它合适的甲硅烷基改性聚酰胺及制造这类化合物的方法见述于授予Matherly等的US 6,439,309,其相关的公开内容在此引入作为参考。
在一些实施方案中,本发明的方法另外包括在放置酸液和放置固结液之间将顶替液置入地层区域中的步骤。顶替液可以用来将用过的酸进一步推入地层,将其基本上推出处理过的区域,还可用来(如果需要的话)中和任何未使用过的酸。在其它的实施方案中,可以选用顶替液以保持地层酸性。例如,如果所选的固结液在存在酸时固化(如当固结液为呋喃/糠醇树脂时的情况),酸性地层可以为优选。本领域技术人员能够借助本公开内容来决定是否应使用顶替液,如果使用,适合使用何种及多少量的顶替液。
一般来说,顶替液的选择依赖于所用的酸和/或所选用的固结液。此外,顶替液能中和未使用的酸时,更强的酸会要求更碱性的顶替液。然而,在许多情况下,顶替液可能不需要为强碱,因为当所述酸在地层中溶解物质时已经被消耗。举例来说,当选用环氧基的固结液来固结地层的酸化部分时,使用顶替液可能尤其有用,因为环氧基的固结液在酸性环境中可能不能正常地起作用。通常,合适的顶替液为水成液,如淡水、海水、盐水、卤水、或它们的组合。在要求酸中和的实施方案中,顶替液可以另外包含碱。合适的碱包括,但不限于,碳酸氢铵溶液和碳酸氢钠溶液。
当本发明的方法用于地层的生产区域中恢复渗透性(从而恢复该区域的生产能力)时,固结液应基本上从空洞、孔隙空间或裂缝中除去,或者,一旦固结液固化就应对处理过的区域进行压裂处理或其它激发处理。因此,在一些实施方案中,本发明方法另外包括在放置固结液后将后处理液置入该地层区域中的步骤。其中,后处理液可以用来从地层的空洞和孔隙中至少部分顶替固结液。优选固结液仍在流动状态时将后处理液置入地层中。除了基本上清理孔隙和空洞外,使用后处理液可以起到强行将被顶替部分的固结液进一步推入地层中的作用,这样对其后的生产所影响可以忽略。在某些实施方案中,后处理液可以含有活化剂或外催化剂,如用来活化用于低温地层的呋喃/糠醇固结液。后处理液一般以基岩流速置入地层,这样有足够多的固结液部分可以从孔隙通道被顶替,使地层恢复所要求的渗透性。然而,在处理过的地层区域应留有足够的固结液,用来为其中的未固结微粒提供有效的固结。
一般来说,后处理液可以是不与根据本发明所使用的其它组份或地层发生不良反应的任何液体。在一些实施方案中,所述后处理液可以是水成液,如淡水、盐水、卤水、海水、或它们的组合。在另外的实施方案中,后处理液可以是烃类液体,如矿物油、合成油、酯、煤油、柴油、原油、或它们的组合物。一般来说,置入地层的后处理液体积为固结液体积的约0.1倍~约50倍。在本发明的一些实施方案中,置入地层的后处理液体积为固结液体积的约2倍~约5倍。
本发明的方法还可以与压裂作业和压裂填充作业一起使用。例如,在水力压裂作业的情况下,可在地层酸化和固结之前或之后向地层引入一条或多条裂缝。
因此,在某些实施方案中,本发明提供包括以下的方法:在地层中产生或扩展裂缝;将酸液置入裂缝中并使其酸化裂缝周围的地层,从而形成从裂缝表面扩展到空洞与地层中的空洞;将固结液置入裂缝中,并使其渗入裂缝周围的地层;以及,将后处理液置入裂缝周围的地层中。
在本发明其它的实施方案中,可以在地层区域被酸化后实施压裂步骤。因此,在某些实施方案中,本发明提供的方法包括:将酸液置入裂缝中,使其酸化该地层区域,从而形成扩展到地层中的空洞;在地层中产生或扩展裂缝;将固结液置入裂缝中并使其渗入裂缝周围的地层中;以及,将后处理液置入裂缝周围的地层中。
在本发明还另外一些的实施方案中,可以在地层区域已固结后实施压裂步骤。因此,在某些实施方案中,本发明提供的方法包括:将酸液置入裂缝并使其酸化该地层区域,从而形成扩展到地层中的空洞;将固结液置入裂缝中并使其渗入裂缝周围的地层;以及,在地层中产生或扩展裂缝。在一些这样的实施方案中,压裂液不但可以起到压裂地层的作用,还可以起到后处理液的作用,但在其它实施方案中,在置入固结液之后和在产生或扩展裂缝之前,可能需要将后处理液置入该地层区域中。
在所述方法中包括压裂作业的本发明实施方案中,可以使用支撑剂微粒填充裂缝,有时候,填充裂缝并产生砾石填层(如在压裂填充作业中)。如本领域技术人员所能理解的,如果支撑剂微粒在置入酸之前置入,则所选的支撑剂微粒材料应能够耐酸,不明显降解。此外,本领域技术人员可以理解在置入固结液之前置入支撑剂微粒可以使固结液不但有助于地层微粒的固结,还有助于支撑剂微粒自身的固结。根据本发明,种类广泛的微粒材料可以用作支撑剂微粒,包括但不限于,沙子、果壳、种子壳、树脂材料、果壳或种子壳与树脂材料的组合、铝土矿、陶瓷材料、玻璃材料、聚合材料、Teflon材料、果核(fruit pit)、加工过的木材、由粘结剂和填料微粒(如硅石、氧化铝、烟炭(fumed carbon)、炭黑、石墨、云母、二氧化钛、偏硅酸盐、硅酸钙、高岭土、滑石粉、氧化锆、硼、飞灰、中空玻璃微球和实心玻璃)制备的复合微粒、以及它们的混合物等。根据本发明所使用的支撑剂微粒一般所具有的粒径可以使能够随产出液迁移的地层微粒避免从地层产生,例如,支撑剂微粒可以滤掉迁移的沙子。所用支撑剂微粒的粒径可以为根据美国分级筛的约2目~约400目。在某些实施方案中,支撑剂微粒具有的粒径可以是约10目~约70目美国分级筛。在其它实施方案中,支撑剂微粒的粒径分布可以是10~20目、20~40目、40~60目、或50~70目,具体依赖于支撑剂微粒所要筛出的地层微粒的粒径及其分布。
根据本发明可以使用的压裂液(可用于压裂和/或压裂填充)包括可适用于地层作业中的任何压裂液,如胶凝化的水基液体、粘弹性表面活性剂凝胶、烃类系液体、泡沫和乳液。在本发明的一个实施方案中,用来产生一个或多个裂缝的压裂液可以是包含虫状胶束的粘弹性表面活性剂液体。在本发明的另一个实施方案中,压裂液可以是包含水(如,淡水、盐水、卤水、或海水)和用于增加压裂液粘度的胶凝剂的胶凝处理液。其中,增加的粘度降低了液体损失,并使压裂液能将相当浓的支撑剂微粒送到所产生的裂缝中。本领域技术人员能够借助本公开内容选择合适的压裂液。
因此,本发明非常适合于获得所提及的目的和优点及其所固有的特点。本领域技术人员可以作多种改变,但这些改变仍在附属权利要求所定义的本发明的精神之内。
Claims (95)
1.一种激发并稳定地层区域的方法,其包括:
将酸液置入所述地层区域中;
使所述酸液至少部分地溶解所述地层区域的一部分;
将包含增粘剂的固结液置入所述地层区域中;以及
将后处理液置入所述地层区域中。
2.权利要求1的方法,其中所述地层区域至少部分地由在酸性条件下至少部分可溶的材料形成。
3.权利要求2的方法,其中所述在酸性条件下至少部分可溶的材料包括选自以下组中的材料:碳酸盐、岩盐、固结了碳酸盐的砂岩、或它们的组合。
