Abstract
本发明提供一种油脂的转化生物柴油的化工技术,由油脂得到生物柴油,在密封优化的环境中采用微生物藻进行发酵分解,再进行提纯,由于可以在密封的发酵池内实施,实现较大的量产水平,也就节约了成本,应用于生物柴油制取和降低成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种生物柴油技术,尤其油脂的转化生物柴油的化工方法。
背景技术
目前的油脂的转化技术中,基本是采用油脂与甲醇进行酯交换反应中,1摩尔油脂与3摩尔甲醇反应,生成3摩尔甲酯和1摩尔甘油;而在脂肪酸与甲醇的酯化反应中,1摩尔脂肪酸与1摩尔甲醇反应生成1摩尔甲酯和1摩尔的水。
生成的水会稀释反应物甲醇的浓度,从而使甲醇产量大大降低,并减缓反应速度;处理方式就是采用去除脂肪酸的方法,这样会增加工艺流程和成本。
发明内容
本发明提供一种油脂转化的简化工艺,并节约成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种油脂的转化生物柴油的化工技术,由油脂得到生物柴油,其特征在于在密封优化的环境中采用微生物藻进行发酵分解,再进行提纯。由于可以在密封的发酵池内实施,实现较大的量产水平。
由于简化工艺,并实现量产水平,也就节约了成本。
具体实施方式
具体实施中,也可以采用甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、丁醇等做底物,这些短链醇对蛋白是有变性作用,但对脂肪酶的催化作用有抑制性能,所以摩尔数可以按照1∶1进行调配,但醇类必须缓慢注入。
对于发酵产生的甲烷等可燃气体可以用来对反应原料进行加热。

1.一种油脂的转化生物柴油的化工技术,由油脂得到生物柴油,其特征在于在密封优化的环境中采用微生物藻进行发酵分解,再进行提纯。由于可以在密封的发酵池内实施,实现较大的量产水平。
2.如权利要求1所述,其特征在于采用甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、丁醇等做底物,摩尔数可以按照1∶1进行调配,醇类缓慢注入。
3.如权利要求1所述,其特征在于发酵产生的甲烷等可燃气体可以用来对反应原料进行加热。
