Description

与振荡器气缸相连的装置
本发明涉及与振荡器气缸(oscillator cylinder)相连的装置,所述装置包括气缸的工作阀,将压力介质传递到气缸,改变振荡方向的脉冲阀,通过其控制工作阀,控制装置,例如垫圈,从移动的活塞杆到气缸的外部,其可以设置在几个不同的线性位置以与脉冲阀的控制装置接触,从而得到气缸活塞杆的冲程长度设定。脉冲阀被置于控制装置的外部的侧面,通过特殊的臂移动从控制装置到脉冲阀得到的所需的碰撞作为打开/关闭脉冲阀的关闭部件的运动。
先前已知振荡气缸和阀的方法,以及结合所述方法的调节振荡距离的方法,其中根据图1的显示,对于调节振荡距离的方法通过气缸取出活塞杆,脉冲阀位于所述活塞杆的侧面。在活塞杆上垫圈可调节地设置在它们的位置上,由于其位置以及与脉冲阀的联合操作可以调节振荡距离。脉冲阀位于可调垫圈之间,在这种情况下,活塞杆必须完全远离气缸,甚至超过短的气缸长度。因此,在已知的方法中装置箱必须设立在气缸盖内离外面的气缸一明显距离。调节振荡长度的控制垫圈直接撞击阀轴的柱,因此脉冲阀必须位于垫圈之间。通常垫圈彼此明显远离超过为其设定的冲程长度距离。取得的已知控制系统所需的空间,其几乎与活塞杆在离气缸的最远距离的长度相同(尺寸a),为脉冲阀长度+引导垫圈厚度的两倍+冲程长度的两倍。
为了除去增加振荡气缸的结构长度的缺点,开发了一种新的与振荡气缸相连的装置,所述装置的特征在于由于臂的设计,脉冲阀可以设置在控制装置外面的位置,它们没有增加突出于振荡气缸的设定活塞杆的结构长度,从而控制装置侧面的气缸末端上的振荡气缸的结构长度可以明显变短。
本发明的优点在于如果所述结构具有不利的突出,可能使振荡气缸整体的结构长度在所述部分明显、显著缩短。特别是与造纸机结合时,邻近纸幅安装的气缸不得不安装在架子或支撑结构上,在这些位置气缸几乎没有任何空间远离纸幅突出。当控制振荡方向改变的脉冲阀远离活塞杆侧面或其延伸部分侧面时,存在令人惊讶的可能性例如缩短控制垫圈的距离至一长度,所述长度小于为它们设定的冲程长度。根据所述装置缩短结构长度对阀的装配、维修、冲程长度的改变或调节没有影响。

图1显示先前已知的振荡气缸的控制图,其中移动活塞杆18将气缸1连接到活塞2上,其贯穿气缸到达活动缸或固定装置3上,进一步到达保持振荡运动在其它方向的调节长度的装置上。长度的调节通过活塞杆18上的移动垫圈4而实现。垫圈同样地在这样一个位置上固定到杆上以便处于所需的杆2位置,它们碰到放在垫圈之间的脉冲阀4的鼻部。推动脉冲阀4的鼻部打开脉冲阀从换向阀10沿管道9释放控制压力,使得轮到换向阀10以其次序引导工作压力沿管道6或沿管道7进入气缸1。在管道9上也具有阻断物8。离开杆2两侧的工作压力依次通过控制阻断物11和排出元件12。通过控制阻断物11可以调节杆2的运动速度。气缸1向外的结构长度示意性地表示为度量a。
图2显示根据本发明的装置改进的相应的振荡气缸。控制垫圈4仍位于活塞杆上,但可以调节和图1相同的长度的冲程,其彼此非常接近,两个脉冲阀5都远离控制垫圈4之间。控制垫圈4的移动通过臂3传递到脉冲阀5。臂13的末端刚性地固定到装置主体上或通过固定的接头在装置主体内转动。当控制垫圈4撞击臂13并朝脉冲阀轴的支柱转动臂时,臂13立刻按压阀轴的支柱并且脉冲阀5打开。
当来自相反方向的另一控制垫圈4撞击臂时,所述臂弯曲或随同垫圈一起转动远离脉冲阀。由于所述方法,比起活塞长度的距离,控制垫圈4彼此可以更明显地靠近。此外,臂13可以制成能够折叠,由于这种折叠脉冲阀5仍能更多地移动依靠到气缸上。如果臂13从其末端通过接头固定到装置主体上,所述臂13是刚性的。如果臂13刚性地固定到装置主体上,当阀4朝所述方向移动并且在另一方向的弯曲超过另一垫圈可能对它的弯曲,那么所述臂最适宜用弹簧材料制成,从而所述臂有点朝脉冲阀弯曲。
图3是根据本发明的振荡气缸1缺少其结构长度的组装图。活塞2具有一短的活塞杆18,其从气缸的两侧突出。控制垫圈14彼此靠近,球阀作为脉冲阀5,臂13推动球14,其立刻打开开向脉冲阀的通道。球14关闭通道直接靠在硬的相对表面上。当球14移动时,例如仅仅大约0.5mm时,通过球14需要的通道已经打开。因此,为了打开脉冲阀5,当臂已经接触垫圈4后,几乎不需要活塞杆18方向上的移动。适合的换向阀也被置于被外壳15遮蔽的位置。圆的球形外壳15容易被移动,即使从所述外壳到左侧几乎看不到任何自由空间。

Claims (6)

1.与振荡器气缸(1)相连的装置,所述装置包括气缸(1)的工作阀(10)将压力介质传递到气缸(1)中,控制振荡方向变化的脉冲阀(5),通过其控制工作阀(10),控制装置(4),例如垫圈,从移动的活塞杆(18)到气缸(1)的外部,其可以设置在几个不同的线性位置以与脉冲阀(5)的控制装置接触,从而得到振荡气缸(1)的气缸活塞杆(18)的冲程长度设定,脉冲阀(5)被置于控制装置(4)的外部的侧面,通过特殊的臂(13)移动从控制装置(4)得到的所需的对脉冲阀(5)的碰撞作为打开/关闭脉冲阀的关闭部件的运动,其特征在于由于臂(13)的设计,脉冲阀(5)可以设置在控制装置外面的位置,它们没有增加由突出于振荡气缸(1)的活塞杆设定的结构长度,从而控制装置(4)、(5)的气缸后端的振荡气缸(1)的结构长度可以明显变短。

5.根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于脉冲阀的关闭部件是一球,其使压力介质流出阀(5)。
6.根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于至少其它臂具有一个或多个折叠,由于所述折叠,相应脉冲阀(5)的位置可以达到短于结构长度的位置。
