本发明涉及一种利用粉煤灰、棉花杆、玉米秸等制作环保蜂窝煤的方法,它主要由原煤、粉煤灰、黄土、棉花杆、玉米秸、石灰粉、纤维素胶、硝酸钾等组成,本发明方法其特征是制作方法简单,投资少,效益高,制作蜂窝煤上火快、火力旺、燃烧时间长,利用了粉煤灰、棉花杆、玉米秸,节约能源,保护了环境。
背景技术
目前,日常生活中使用的蜂窝煤是以优质无烟煤为主要原料,配一定比例的粘土和石灰混合制成,需消耗大量的优质煤,同时消耗了大量粘土;并且在燃烧过程中产生了大量粉煤灰造成了环境污染。工业及日常生活中产生的大量粉煤灰有一部分用于建材行业生产;用于制作蜂窝煤的其效果则不很理想,存在燃烧不充分,热效率底等问题。在农村大量的棉花杆、玉米秸存放,特别是玉米秸因农业大量采用机器耕作,牲畜的食用消耗大量减少,造成了棉花杆、玉米秸存放困难,污染了环境。
发明的内容
本发明提供一种环保蜂窝煤的方法是,原料包括原煤、粉煤灰、黄土、棉花杆、玉米秸、石灰粉、纤维素胶、硝酸钾等组成,将原料粉碎、混合均匀后加水、搅拌,装入蜂窝煤成型机压制成型。本发明特征在于按以下重量配比的原料成份制成。无烟煤38-56%,粉煤灰32-51%,黄土9-12%,棉花杆6-9%,玉米秸2-6%,石灰粉1-1.5%,纤维素胶1.62.3%,硝酸钾0.6~0.8%,混合均匀后,再按重量份原料∶水=1∶0.11~0.22的比例加入水,搅拌均匀后,装入蜂窝煤成型机压制成型。
下面以一个实施例加以详细说明
实施例:将无烟煤49千克,粉煤灰33千克,黄土12千克,棉花杆9千克,玉米秸2千克,石灰粉1千克,纤维素胶1.5千克,硝酸钾0.6千克,混合均匀后,再加入12千克水,搅拌均匀后,装入蜂窝煤成型机压制成型。

1、一种环保蜂窝煤的制备方法,其特征是:它主要由原煤、粉煤灰、黄土、棉花杆、玉米秸、石灰粉、纤维素胶、硝酸钾等组成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种环保蜂窝煤的制备方法,其特征是:无烟煤38-56%,粉煤灰32-51%,黄土9-12%,棉花杆6-9%,玉米秸2-6%,石灰粉1-1.5%,纤维素胶1.62.3%,硝酸钾0.6~0.8%,混合均匀后,再按重量份原料∶水=1∶0.11~0.22的比例加入水,搅拌均匀后,装入蜂窝煤成型机压制成型。
