Abstract

一种自励发电机多相励磁装置,其特征是发电机主绕组设计成低谐波磁势的同心式单双层绕组,基波绕组系数高,而5、7次谐波大大被削弱,或被消除,因而发电效率高,电压正弦性好。这种自励多相励磁装置克服了励磁源取自发电机端或基波辅助绕组电源存在的干扰现象,是一种对输出电源无干扰的自励装置。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种自励发电机励磁装置,特别是一种自励发电机多相励磁装置。
背景技术
自励发电机以往的励磁装置,其励磁源引自发电机的输出端或者取自发电机附加基波辅助绕组。这样的励磁源当用电子电压调节器调节励磁电流时,发电机输出的电源往往受到干扰。输出电压波形会产生毛刺、凹陷、断裂等使波形畸变现象,严重时使电子负载无法工作。为此,寻求一种无干扰的自励发电机的励磁源,就能改变上述缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种自励发电机多相励磁装置,该装置励磁源与发电机的输出电源间不会形成干扰现象。可以带电子类非线性负载,用于邮电、通讯、UPS、开关电源、雷达等中,性能良好。
本发明是这样来实现的,在三相同步发电机中,发电机主绕组设计成三相对称单、双层绕组。而在单层绕组槽中,布置多相励磁源绕组,同槽中多相励磁源电流大小相等方向相反,对主绕组不构成电磁干扰,多相励磁源绕组通过整流桥输出直流电压源供给励磁绕组直流电,直流电的大小由串入其中电压调节器控制,稳定发电机输出电压。这种布置可以使电枢绕组系数高,因此发电效率高。而5、7次谐波含量小,当发电机星形接法输出时,电压波形正弦畸变率小于3%,而单层槽中下有二种等匝绕组,形成2n(n=1,2,3?.)相,即2,4,6,……相等多相及整流励磁装置。这种励磁源绕组交流电在输出绕组中形成瞬时反电势,大小相等而相位相反,故其和为零,故不产生干扰,从而达到发明的目的。
本发明的优点是:励磁源与发电机的输出电源间不会形成干扰现象,可以带电子类非线性负载,用于邮电、通讯、雷达等中,性能良好。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,展开图定子槽数Z=24,极数2P=2极,相数m=3相。其中,U、V、W、N是三相四线制输出电枢绕组,是一种同心式单双层绕组,线圈跨距1-12为单层,线圈跨距2-11为双层,单层匝数为双层匝数的1.73倍,使基波绕组系数达到0.92,而5,7次谐波基本为零。这样形成低谐波磁势绕组。星形输出有很好的正弦电压波形。其中的24,1,4,5,8,9,12,13,16,17,20,21等共12个槽是单层绕组,其余12个槽是双层绕组。在24,1,12,13四个槽中下有AO和A1O二相对称绕组,作为二相励磁绕组,图1只画出UNU一相布置,其余二相VNV1,WN,与UNU组成三相对称绕组,用于40千瓦自励型无刷发电机中,发电效率高。启励性能好,起动异步机能力强,输出电压波形光滑,无干扰现象。带非线性负载和电感性负载电压稳定性高,强励能力大。证明本发明的正确性。
如图2所示,AO A1O1是二相对称绕组,互差180°电角度。Z是八个二极管,接成整流桥,E1E2E3E4是同匝数同线规的直流励磁绕组。AVR是电压调节器,R是AVR分流电阻。U、V、W是电压测量信号接入端。AO,A1O1绕组中流过的交流电大小相等,方向相反,对输出绕组U、V、W的感应反电势,在任何时候相加均零。故无干扰现象,达到本发明目的。

1、一种自励发电机多相励磁装置,其特征是发电机主绕组设计成三相对称单、双层绕组,在单层绕组槽中,布置多相励磁源绕组,同槽中多相励磁源电流大小相等方向相反,对主绕组不构成电磁干扰,多相绕组通过整流桥输出直流电压源供给励磁绕组直流电,直流电的大小由串入其中的电压调节器控制,稳定发电机输出电压。
