一种插头插座组件,设有插头座(5),两电极定位夹(3,4),两插销柱(7、9),两电极定位夹分别与下方的插销柱电连接,插头座上方固定有插孔座(1),插孔座底面设有分别正对插头座中两电极定位夹的插孔(11a、11b),所述两电极定位夹里于插头座内与插销柱(7)电连接的电极定位夹(4)设有向下的延伸体(4a),该电极定位夹(4)通过延伸体(4a)直接与下方的插销柱(7)电连接,插头座(5)设有金属接地片(6),通过紧固件(12)与插头座固定连接,所述的金属接地片向上穿过插孔座(1)底面,构成插孔座内的接地片。本组件减少了易产生温升的部件连接环节,提高了产品性能,并节省材料降低了产品成本。

一种插头插座组件
技术领域
本发明属一种电连接部件,具体涉及一种插头与插座的组合部件。
背景技术
插头插座组件是一种一端为插头,另一端为插座的插头插座组合产品,参见图1-3,现大广泛使用的插头插座组件的主要结构是:设有插头座(5)、插孔座(1),插头座内上部固定有两电极定位夹(3,4),下部固定有两向下伸出插头座底面的插销柱(7、9),其中一电极定位夹(4)在插头座内通过连接件(8)与下方的插销柱(7)电连接,在带开关控制的插头插座组件中,另一电极定位夹(3)通过插头座外带开关的导线与下方的插销柱(9)电连接,在不带开关控制的插头插座组件中,另一电极定位夹(3)也在插头座内通过连接件与下方的插销柱(9)电连接;插孔座(1)固定在插头座上方,其底面设有两分别正对插头座中两电极定位夹(3,4)的插孔(11a、11b),插头座和插孔座内还分别设有下接地片(6b)和上接地片(6a),上、下接地片通过穿过二者的装在金属套管(10)内的铆钉(15)相对固定并电连接。这种插头插座组件的不足之处是电极固定夹(4)与插销柱(7)之间通过连接件(8)电连接,上、下接地片(6a、6b)之间通过铆钉(15)固定并电连接,增加了部件之间的连接环节,不仅因连接部位易产生温升而影响产品性能,而且也造成材料的浪费和生产成本的提高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服上述不足,提供一种能够减少部件之间机械和电连接环节、提高产品性能,并降低产品成本的插头插座组件。
解决上述问题的技术方案是(参见实施例图):本发明设有插头座(5),插头座内上部固定有两电极定位夹(3,4),下部固定有两向下伸出插头座底面的插销柱(7、9),两电极定位夹(3、4)分别与下方的插销柱(9,7)电连接,插头座上方固定有插孔座(1),插孔座底面设有分别正对插头座中两电极定位夹(3,4)的插孔(11a、11b),其特征在于:所述两电极定位夹中于插头座内与插销柱(7)电连接的电极定位夹(4)设有向下的延伸体(4a),该电极定位夹(4)通过延伸体(4a)直接与下方的插销柱(7)电连接,插头座(5)设有金属接地片(6),通过紧固件(12)与插头座固定连接,所述的金属接地片(6)向上穿过插孔座(1)底面,构成插孔座内的接地片。
本发明若用于不带开关控制的插头插座组件,则两电极定位夹均通过向下的延伸体与插销柱电连接,若用于带开关控制的插头插座组件,则于插头座内直接与插销柱电连接的电极定位夹是通过向下的延伸体与插销柱电连接,另一电极定位夹则通过插头座外带开关的导线与下方的插销柱电连接。
本发明的电极定位夹省去了原有的连接件(8),通过自身的延伸体直接与插销柱电连接;插头座的金属接地片与插头座的金属接地片由原来的两分体件合二为一,改为一体化结构,从而减少了易产生温升的部件连接环节,提高了产品性能,并节省了材料和生产工艺过程,降低了产品成本。

具体实施方案
本例为带开关控制的插头插座组件。
上开口的插孔座1固定于上开口的插头座5上部。
插头座5内腔中部设有两平行的隔离壁14,两电极定位夹3、4分别固定在隔离壁14两侧,分别位于两电极定位夹下方的插销柱9、7上端穿过插头座5底面和位于插头座内腔底面的紧固螺柱16,盘头螺钉2从紧固螺柱上口向下拧入插销柱,使插销柱与插头座相对固定,电极定位夹4设有向下的延伸体4a,延伸体4a下端被夹紧在对应的盘头螺钉2和插销柱7之间,与插销柱7电连接,电极定位片3则通过插头座外带开关的导线与下方的插销柱9电连接(图中未示出带开关的外接导线)。
在安装插销柱9、7时,可用改锥穿过插孔座的插孔、电极定位夹插孔,插到盘头螺钉2帽上拧紧螺钉,使插销柱与插头座5相对固定
为了防止插销柱转动,所述插销柱9、7在与插头座5的配合面上分别设有轴向突棱9a、7a。
本例金属接地片6呈U形,其下部嵌入插头座5外壁的凹槽17内,两臂上端穿过插孔座1底面伸入到插孔座内,紧固件12从下向上依次穿过金属接地片6底部、插头座5底面、位于插头座内腔底面两隔离壁14之间的紧固螺柱13,将金属接地片6与插头座5相对固定,本例的紧固件12为自攻螺丝。

Claims (10)

1、一种插头插座组件,设有插头座(5),插头座内上部固定有两电极定位夹(3,4),下部固定有两向下伸出插头座底面的插销柱(7、9),两电极定位夹(3、4)分别与下方的插销柱(9,7)电连接,插头座上方固定有插孔座(1),插孔座底面设有分别正对插头座中两电极定位夹(3,4)的插孔(11a、11b),其特征在于:所述两电极定位夹中于插头座内与插销柱(7)电连接的电极定位夹(4)设有向下的延伸体(4a),该电极定位夹(4)通过延伸体(4a)直接与下方的插销柱(7)电连接,插头座(5)设有金属接地片(6),通过紧固件(12)与插头座固定连接,所述的金属接地片(6)向上穿过插孔座(1)底面,构成插孔座内的接地片。
2、根据权利要求1所述的插头插座组件,其特征在于:所述两电极定位夹(3,4)中于插头座内与插销柱(7)电连接的电极定位夹(4)通过自身向下的延伸体(4a)与插销柱(7)电连接,另一电极定位夹(3)通过插头座外带开关的导线与下方的插销柱(9)电连接。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的插头插座组件,其特征在于:所述两插销柱(9、7)上端穿过插头座(5)底面和位于插头座内腔底面的紧固螺柱(16),盘头螺钉(2)从紧固螺柱上口向下拧入插销柱,使插销柱与插头座相对固定。
4、根据权利要求3所述的插头插座组件,其特征在于:所述于插头座内与插销柱(7)电连接的电极定位夹(4)的延伸体(4a)下端被夹紧在对应的盘头螺钉(2)和插销柱(7)之间,与插销柱(7)电连接。
5、根据权利要求3所述的插头插座组件,其特征在于:所述插销柱(9)、(7)在与插头座(5)配合面的部位分别设有轴向突棱(9a)、(7a)。
6、根据权利要求1或2所述的插头插座组件,其特征在于:所述的金属接地片(6)呈U形,其下部嵌入插头座(5)外壁的凹槽(17)内,两臂上端穿过插孔座(1)底面伸入到插孔座内,紧固件(12)从下向上依次穿过金属接地片(6)底部、插头座(5)底面、位于插头座内腔底面的紧固螺柱(13),将金属接地片(6)与插头座(5)相对固定。
7、根据权利要求6所述的插头插座组件,其特征在于:所述的紧固件(12)是自攻螺丝。
8、根据权利要求3所述的插头插座组件,其特征在于:所述的金属接地片(6)呈U形,其下部嵌入插头座(5)外壁的凹槽(17)内,两臂上端穿过插孔座(1)底面伸入到插孔座内,紧固件(12)从下向上依次穿过金属接地片(6)底部、插头座(5)底面、位于插头座内腔底面的紧固螺柱(13),将金属接地片(6)与插头座(5)相对固定。
9、根据权利要求4所述的插头插座组件,其特征在于:所述的金属接地片(6)呈U形,其下部嵌入插头座(5)外壁的凹槽(17)内,两臂上端穿过插孔座(1)底面伸入到插孔座内,紧固件(12)从下向上依次穿过金属接地片(6)底部、插头座(5)底面、位于插头座内腔底面的紧固螺柱(13),将金属接地片(6)与插头座(5)相对固定。
10、根据权利要求5所述的插头插座组件,其特征在于:所述的金属接地片(6)呈U形,其下部嵌入插头座(5)外壁的凹槽(17)内,两臂上端穿过插孔座(1)底面伸入到插孔座内,紧固件(12)从下向上依次穿过金属接地片(6)底部、插头座(5)底面、位于插头座内腔底面的紧固螺柱(13),将金属接地片(6)与插头座(5)相对固定。
