Claims (1)
- 食品中天然色素番茄红色素的检测方法采用反相高效液相色谱法测定番茄红素,可以从繁杂的类胡萝卜素组分中较好地分离番茄红素,并定量分析,整个处理及测定过程可控制在10min内完成。缩短了检测时间,适用于番茄红素提取开发研究,同时也有利于生产过程中对产品质量的监测,要求保护范围为素番茄红色素的检测方法与技术参数:高效液相色谱仪(Waters)附紫外可见检测器,色谱柱SymmetryShield TMRP 18(3.9×150mm,i.d.5μm),流动相V(乙腈)∶B(四氢呋喃)∶V(二氯甲烷)=95∶3.4∶1.6,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长472nm,柱温25℃,进样量:20μl。
