一种双滚动轴承起动机,属起动机技术领域,包括转子轴1、前盖2、中盖3、后盖4、前轴承5、中轴承6、后轴承7、转子铁芯8、定子9、电磁开关10、单向器11、拨叉12,这种起动机的中轴承6、后轴承7为滚动轴承;中盖3为铝盖。该起动机整体结构强度好、精度高、运转可靠平稳,对比现结构的起动机转速提高10~15%,功率提高8~12%,使用寿命增加1~2倍。

技术领域
本发明涉及起动机技术领域,尤其是一种双滚动轴承起动机。
背景技术
汽油发动机或柴油发动机的起动是靠起动机进行起动的,整个起动过程是这样的:
接通起动开关,电磁开关通电(吸引线圈和保持线圈同时工作),在电磁吸力作用下,动铁芯被吸动。这时,借助于拨叉使起动机小齿轮前移并与飞轮齿环啮合。与此同时,开关主触点闭合,接通起动机电源,电枢旋转并转递转矩给发动机曲轴。主触点闭合的同时,吸引线圈被短路,此后就靠保持线圈使铁芯继续运动直到完全吸合并保持吸合状态。起动机小齿轮出于螺旋花键的作用将继续前移直到碰到挡圈为止。在小齿轮作为主动轮拖动飞轮齿环的整个过程中,小齿轮和飞轮齿环处于完全啮合,离合器一直保持接合状态。
发动机起动后,在断开起动开关之前,电磁开关保持吸合状态,小齿轮和飞轮齿环保持啮合。然而这时发动机飞轮齿环成为主动轮,使小齿轮转速急剧增大,单向离合器打滑,起动机电流下降,电枢转速接近空载状况。
断开起动开关后,电磁开关两个线圈的吸力互相抵消。在回位弹簧作用下,电磁铁释放,使主触点断开,起动机停止旋转。同时,小齿轮退出,回到原始位置,起动过程结束。
起动机在结构上包括有这样一些零部件:电磁开关、拨叉、转子轴、转子铁芯、定子、前盖、中盖、后盖、前轴承、中轴承、后轴承和单向器。
现有这种起动机的前轴承、中轴承、后轴承为滑动轴承,即都是一种铜衬结构,在支撑形式上,前轴承和后轴承作为转子轴的主要支撑,中轴承作为转子轴的辅助支撑;中盖是具有经薄钢板成型的结构。从这种起动机的使用状况来看,由于主要运动部件采用的是一种滑动摩擦铜衬的强度低、精度差、可靠性差造成起动机的运转不平稳、寿命短、效率低;从轴的支撑形式上看,由于轴伸向前端具有变细的结构,把前轴承作为一个主支撑较容易引起轴的变形;中盖采用具有经薄钢板成型的结构,使中盖也较容易变形。
上述这种起动机的结构形式到目前是一直被人们所采用,虽然其可靠性差、寿命短、效率低,但其价格略低,类似于一种低值易耗品,总之,给用户增加了较多的使用成本。
发明内容
为了克服现有起动机的运转不平稳、寿命短、效率低的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种强度高、精度好、运转可靠平稳、寿命长、效率高的双滚动轴承起动机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种双滚动轴承起动机,包括转子轴、前盖、中盖、后盖、前轴承、中轴承、后轴承,转子铁芯、定子、电磁开关、单向器、拨叉。所述的中轴承、后轴承为滚动轴承,更具体地说中轴承、后轴承为深沟球轴承。所述的中盖为铝盖。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的双滚动轴承起动机,对中轴承、后轴承变滑动为滚动,中轴承处由原来的辅助支撑变为主要支撑,使转子轴的受力合理、变形小,中盖采用铸铝防止了中盖的变形.因此整体结构强度好、精度高、运转可靠平稳,对比现结构的起动机转速提高10~15%,功率提高8~12%,使用寿命增加1~2倍.

具体实施方式
如附图1的一种双滚动轴承起动机,包括了转子轴1、前盖2、中盖3、后盖4、前轴承5、中轴承6、后轴承7、转子铁芯8、定子9、电磁开关10、单向器11、拨叉12。拨叉12一端与电磁开关10的动铁芯活动联接、另一端与单向器11活动联接,单向器11套在转子轴1上、具有在转子轴1上可滑动并随转子轴1一起转动的结构,中轴承6和后轴承7的内圈与转子轴1紧配合、外圈分别与中盖3和后盖4紧配合,中盖3、后盖4和前盖2与定子9固定连接,前轴承5在前盖2上,电磁开关10在定子9外侧、与定子9固定连接,中轴承6是一种型号为61804的深沟球轴承,后轴承7是一种型号为6201的深沟球轴承,前轴承5因作为一个辅助支撑仍采用滑动轴承,中盖3现有技术是采用厚2mm的薄钢板成型制成,现有的这种中盖极易变形,如图中的中盖3是用平均厚度5mm的铸铝制成。
在中轴承6、后轴承7采用滚动轴承的基础上,前轴承5作为一个辅助支撑是采用滑动轴承还是采用滚动轴承虽然效果不明显,但也都应是本发明的保护范围。

1.一种双滚动轴承起动机,其特征是:包括转子轴(1)、前盖(2)、中盖(3)、后盖(4)、前轴承(5)、中轴承(6)、后轴承(7),转子铁芯(8)、定子(9)、电磁开关(10)、单向(11)、拨叉(12),拨叉(12)一端与电磁开关(10)的动铁芯活动联接、另一端与单向器(11)活动联接,单向器(11)套在转子轴(1)上、具有在转子轴(1)上可滑动并随转子轴(1)一起转动的结构,中轴承(6)和后轴承(7)的内圈与转子轴(1)紧配合、外圈分别与中盖(3)和后盖(4)紧配合,中盖(3)、后盖(4)和前盖(2)与定子(9)固定连接,前轴承(5)在前盖(2)上,电磁开关(10)在定子(9)外侧、与定子(9)固定连接,所述的中轴承(6)、后轴承(7)为滚动轴承。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双滚动轴承起动机,其特征是:所述的中轴承(6)、后轴承(7)为深沟球轴承。
