Abstract

本发明涉及木雕技术。是以燃烧的火焰和高温烧红的金属烫刻工具在木材上进行烧、烙、烫刻处理，使多余的部分木材燃烧炭化而去掉，达到雕刻目的，采用本发明对普通木材进行加工，线条流利自如，色泽发生了浓淡变化，木质表面变硬变细、易于打磨抛光，充分显现木材天然花纹。故可将低档木材仿制成高级木制品，提高木材价值。本发明特别适用于木雕艺术、木质工艺品和高级木家具的生产制作。

Description

本发明涉及木雕技术。是以燃烧的火焰及高温烧红的金属工具在木材上进行烧、烙、烫的雕刻方法。
传统的木雕是利用刀口锋利的铁凿、铁铲等工具在常温下进行，雕刻时用郎头打击工具把柄，把木材上多余的部分去掉，刻出的线条生硬有力，但不能改变木材的本色。而传统的烧画是利用高温电烙铁与木质平面接触，局部烧焦产生焦化色迹，从而以焦化色素构成图画。但烧画只能在平面作画。不能进行园雕、浮雕或其它工艺品的制作。
本发明对木材进行燃烧炭化及烫刻、烙刻处理时，以燃烧作大面积表面处理手段，以烫、烙代替刻刀进行雕刻，这样烫刻出来的线条流利自如，并能改变木材的颜色。
本发明是这样实现的：将木材用传统的木雕工具雕成初型，置於燃烧的火焰上进行表面炭化处理，使其改变木质颜色。然后采用特殊制作的金属烫刻工具：条、锥、钩、凿等在高温下加热至火红，在木材上进行烫刻、烙刻处理，使多余的部分燃烧炭化而去掉，以达到雕刻的目的。由於烫刻时用力的大小不同，所掌握的温度的高低变化，可烫刻出各种粗细不同、深浅不一，流利自如的线条，很富艺术效果。
普通木材一般呈淡黄色，结构不紧密，毛刺多，表面粗糙，不易打磨，不上油漆则无光泽。但将普通木材燃烧炭化处理后，木质表面变硬变细，容易打磨抛光，更可贵的是，可使木材从表至里发生深浅不一的颜色变化，有的变成棕黑色，有的变成棕灰色。因此可将一般木材仿制成乌木、红木制品。本发明特别适用於雕刻艺术，木质工艺 品和高级木家具的生产制作，仿古、仿旧雕刻效果更佳。
实施例：
采用本发明制作木雕面具，先将木材用传统的木刻工具雕成面具初型，用燃烧的火焰进行表面处理。然后用烧红的烫刻工具在面具初型上进行烫、烙雕刻。加工过程中，面部的皱纹可用条、钩工具烫刻出深浅变化线条。最后把面具上的炭化灰迹全部去掉，打磨抛光。经过这样处理后的整个面具色彩丰富自然，而且能充分显现木材的天然花纹。

Claims (1)

1、一种木质烫刻工艺，是将木材用传统的木雕工具雕成初型，其特征在于：将制成初型的木雕制品以燃烧的火焰进行表面处理后，用高温烧红的金属烫刻工具进行烫、烙雕刻，把多余的部分燃烧炭化而去掉，再打磨抛光。
