本发明提供一种风力发电机风叶,包括风叶,转轴,风叶采用竹纤维做为骨架,然后采用玻璃钢进行粘合,然后在表层采用玻璃纤维布于混合有二氧化钛的树脂胶做防水层,与目前技术相比:本发明采用竹纤维做风叶,要比其他材料导热性低,不易腐蚀,本身重量很轻盈,成本也很低廉,更主要是其强度比较高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种发电机装置,尤其是一种风力发电机风叶。
背景技术
在风力发电机中,叶片是一种重要的动力部件,因此对于叶片的质量要求很高。发电机风叶一般都采用复合行材料制作而成的,极易发热,容易受到外界环境的影响,从而也导致功能下降,也制约着使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明针对复合行材料风叶所存在的问题,提供了一种竹纤维风力发电机叶片装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取以下措施来实现:
一种风力发电机风叶,包括风叶,转轴,其特征是风叶采用竹纤维做为骨架,然后采用玻璃钢进行粘合,然后在表层采用玻璃纤维布于混合有二氧化钛的树脂胶做防水层。
与目前技术相比:本发明采用竹纤维做风叶,要比其他材料导热性低,不易腐蚀,本身重量很轻盈,成本也很低廉,更主要是其强度比较高。
具体实施方式
本发明采用常见的竹子作为风叶的制成材料,拓宽了市场,降低了成本,因为竹子相对于金属材料来讲要廉价很多,且不导热易散热,增强了风力发电机的性能。
实际案例,在风力发电机中可以应用到本发明,使整个发电机性能增强,成本比复合行材料少45%。

1.一种风力发电机风叶,包括风叶,转轴,其特征是风叶采用竹纤维做为骨架,然后采用玻璃钢进行粘合,然后在表层采用玻璃纤维布于混合有二氧化钛的树脂胶做防水层。
