Abstract

本发明涉及一种多角度旋转接头。目前，市场上压力表与待测管道之间连接时，经常出现压力表示数面与观测者不正对，有的甚至背对，不方便观测。有时为了正对，转动压力表，又会导致渗漏或损坏。本发明在压力表与待测管道之间设有一端带有正牙、一端带有反牙的正反牙螺母和正反牙接头，由于正牙之间顺时针紧扣密封，反牙之间逆时针紧扣密封。这样通过调节实现了任意状态下压力表与观测者的正对且密封。本发明具有密封性能好，可任意调节，观测方便等优点。

本发明涉及一种多角度旋转接头，特别适用于压力表的联接。
背景技术
目前，市场上一般压力表都是直接将压力表上带孔的螺栓直接拧紧在待测管道上设有的螺母中，由于密封的问题，经常将压力表面的方向对着观察人员不便观看的方向，若便于观看一种方法是松开一定角度而导致不密封，一种方法拧过一定角度而造成过紧损坏螺牙，折卸后便不能使用。因此，人们希望有一种接头能够任意方向调节压力表面。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多角度旋转接头。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的，它包括压力表、橡胶垫圈、正反牙螺母、正反牙接头。
正反牙螺母、正反牙接头一端设计成正牙，一端设计成反牙。
本发明具有密封性能好，可任意调节，观测方便等优点。

附图1中，1为压力表、2为橡校垫圈、3为正反牙螺母、4为正反牙接头。
正反牙螺母3设计为内牙，它与压力表1相连接的一端为正牙，与正反牙接头4连接的一端为反牙。正反牙接头4设计为外牙，它与正反牙螺母3相连接的一端设计成反牙，与待测液体管道相连的一端设计成正牙。
具体实施例
如附图所示，利用本发明所连接的压力表1测量输油管压力，将正反接头4的设有正牙的一端与液体管道相连接，将设有反牙的一端与正反牙螺母3的设有反牙端相连接，将压力表1与正反牙原螺母3的设有正牙端相连接。当压力表1的标有示数的面与观测者不正对时只需将压力表1调节到正对观测者，然后转动正反牙螺母3，使得正反牙螺母3与压力表1、正反牙螺母3之间始终处于紧扣密封状态。因为正反牙螺母3与正反牙接头4之间逆时针紧扣密封，正反牙螺母3与压力表1之间顺时针紧扣密封，从而实现本发明的目的。

1.一种多角度旋转接头，它是由压力表(1)、橡胶垫圈(2)、正反牙螺母(3)、正反牙接头(4)构成，其特征在于正反牙螺母(3)、正反牙接头(4)一端设计成正牙，一端设计成反牙。
