本发明涉及一种风力发电设备,尤其是塔存式风力发电的塔基结构。
背景技术
目前的风力发电机的塔基基本是采用水泥承台结构,这样在承台超高的风力发电设备上,存在剪力强度不够的问题,容易在大风和满负荷的情况下倒塌,或者需要更高的经济成本来建造巨大的承台。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种经济的强度高的风力发电的塔基结构。
为实现上述目的,本发明是通过下列技术实现的:
一种塔存式风力发电的塔基结构,其特征在于将承重塔承台设置在深度为塔总长度的1/10~1/3的地面下,承重塔固定在承台后,再从地面塔浇筑横竖梁进行加固。
这样承重塔基本能深入地下加固,提高剪力力臂,满足踏预应力的需要。
具体实施方式
在具体实施中,由于塔存式结构对塔内空间的需要,可以适当提高地面下的长度,以塔架总长度的15~35%左右的埋入,地面下的塔基也采用空心结构作为压缩空气的储存室。
同时,还可以在地面上对塔架进行斜拉加固。
沿海环境中风力发电的应用中,采用塔架储存结构,塔架直径25米,塔高350米,地面下70米,气体容量在150000立方;同时采用伞棚结构,输出功率峰值500MW,平均输出功率为150MW;工程造价接近9亿人民币,年电力产值为3.5亿人民币左右。

1.一种塔存式风力发电的塔基结构,其特征在于将承重塔承台设置在深度为塔总长度的1/10~1/3的地面下,承重塔固定在承台后,再从地面塔浇筑横竖梁进行加固。
2.如权利要求1所述,其特征在于以塔架总长度的15~35%左右的埋入,地面下的塔基也采用空心结构作为压缩空气的储存室。
