技术领域
本发明涉及一种紧固或松开钢轨扣件螺栓用的机动螺栓扳手,它有:一个能在轨道上滚行、具有移动用的手柄的机架,一台内燃机,一个向螺栓套筒传送扭矩的离合器和一套扭矩限制器。
这类能在轨道上滚行的、可由一位操作人员移动的机动螺栓扳手的各种方案,特别是在离合器和限制扭矩装置方面,已为人们所知。限制扭矩装置特别重要,因为螺栓的紧固扭矩必须准确并对所有钢轨扣件应当保持恒定。
背景技术
DE 1240108或DE 2637954号专利介绍的一种能承受弹簧压力的滑动离合器,已为人们所知。弹簧的压力可用连接杆的止动螺栓加以改变,但仍达不到准确的扭矩。
DE 2943938号专利介绍的一种液压式螺栓扳手尽管能相当准确地限制扭矩,但由于它的重量较大使用起来不方便。
根据US 2151953号专利的介绍,在一个引入力的法兰盘和一个传动法兰盘之间有一种在力的作用下会改变的弹性介质。扭矩可从刻度盘上读出。但是能有效达到的准确度要取决于操作人员的技巧和精力集中的程度。
DD 135510号专利中使用了两台输送功率不同的液压泵。
DE 7607578U号专利中设置了多个能向内转动的止动装置,用于限制选择扭矩的操纵杆行程。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是要创造一种机动螺栓扳手,要求这种扳手能由一名操作人员既准确又简单地控制扭矩。
根据本发明,这个目的是通过本文开头所述的机动螺栓扳手这样来实现的,就是设有一台由内燃机驱动的发电机,所述离合器是一个由该发电机馈电、受到电磁控制的摩擦离合器,而所述限制扭矩用的装置则是一个可由操作人员调节的、用于改变操纵摩擦离合器的电流的控制元件。
通过相对于一个显示扭矩的刻度盘调节电位计,就可以特别准确地而且对操作人员也非常简单地调准所需的紧固扭矩。将发电机和由它供电的离合器结合起来还有一个特别的优点,就是在结构方面的投入很少以及对人工移动的机具具有决定性意义的总重量也非常低。

具体实施方式
图1所示机动螺栓扳手1有一个利用滚轮2能在轨道20的钢轨3上滚行的机架4。机架与内燃机5、一个驱动轴7的传动装置6以及移动机动螺栓扳手1用的手柄8相连。为了紧固或松开钢轨扣件的螺栓9,有一个由驱动轴驱动旋转的螺栓套筒10。
内燃机5和传动装置之间有一个作为限制扭矩装置11的电磁控制的摩擦离合器12,一个由内燃机5驱动的发电机13用于供电。所述发电机13的引出线与一个整流器14(图2)相连,以便将交流电变换为直流电。直流电通向一个电压放大与调节器15,其输出电流用于起动与摩擦离合器12结为一体的电磁线圈21。利用装在手柄8上旋钮17形式的电位计控制元件16可以改变输出电流。该旋钮17上有一个刻度盘18和一个表示片式摩擦离合器12最大扭矩的指针19。摩擦离合器12在一个固定的油槽内运转,以便能准确地再现所选定的扭矩。

Claims (3)

1.一种紧固或松开钢轨扣件螺栓(9)用的机动螺栓扳手,其包括:一个能在轨道(20)上滚行的、具有移动用的手柄(8)的机架(4)和一台安装在所述机架(4)上的内燃机(5),该内燃机(5)通过一个传送扭矩用的离合器与一个螺栓套筒(10)相连,以及包括一限制扭矩装置(11),其特征在于:在该机架(4)上设有一台可由内燃机(5)驱动的发电机(13),所述离合器是一个由该发电机馈电、受到电磁控制的摩擦离合器(12),而所述限制扭矩装置(11)则是一个可由操作人员调节的、用于改变控制所述摩擦离合器(12)的电流的控制元件(16)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的机动螺栓扳手,其特征在于:所述发电机(13)是一台交流发电机,配有整流器(14),以便将交流电变换为控制摩擦离合器(12)所需的直流电,所述发电机还配备有放大器与电压调节器(15)。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的机动螺栓扳手,其特征在于:所述摩擦离合器(12)是一个与电磁线圈(21)结为一体的片式离合器。
