本发明涉及中药制剂领域的一种用于补肾健脾的中药方剂。
背景技术
随着我国老龄人口比例的不断增加，老年人患有血管性痴呆、健忘症的现象越来越严重。对于这类病症，目前还缺少适应症的药物。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷，提供一种调理为主、治疗为副，具有补肾健脾，化痰通络，益智开窍的用于补肾健脾的中药方剂。
其技术方案是：由下列重量份的原料组成：西洋参10，黄芪30，白术15，仙灵脾30，女贞子15，菟丝子25，沙苑子20，泽泻30，石菖蒲12，全虫10，水蛭12，半夏10。
本发明的效果：方中西洋参、黄芪、白术补肾健脾，益气养阴；仙灵脾、菟丝子、女贞子、沙苑子滋阴助阳，益肾固本；石菖蒲、半夏化痰开窍；泽泻利湿祛浊而不伤阴；全虫、水蛭祛瘀通络。诸药共用以补益脾肾，化痰祛瘀，达到标本兼治、固本益智之效。实验研究发现，菟丝子、仙灵脾可促进大脑发育，维持和改善记忆思维，推迟大脑衰老和脑萎缩；黄芪、西洋参有抗自由基的作用；菟丝子、石菖蒲、黄芪能改善脑代谢或脑症状；水蛭可降血脂。经动物实验表明，固本益智汤可降低血黏度，改善血液流变，抗脑缺血，对血管性痴呆大鼠脑组织损伤有明显保护作用，并明显提高痴呆小鼠的学习与记忆能力。
具体实施方式
西洋参10g，黄芪30g，白术15g，仙灵脾30g，女贞子15g，菟丝子25g，沙苑子20g，泽泻30g，石菖蒲12g，全虫10g，水蛭12g，半夏10g。
使用此方加工成散剂、片剂或胶囊等。临床应用：每日1剂，早晚分服。1个月为1疗程，3个月为一周期。该方可提高机体免疫功能，增强体质，改善语言功能，促进中风恢复期及后遗症的康复。尤其对血管性痴呆患者，可增强记忆力，改善认知功能和行为能力，促进只能的恢复，还能很好的预防中风病的复发。
