Abstract

本发明涉及泵轮,更准确地说涉及用于泵送含污染物流体的离心泵或半轴流泵。
发明背景
文献中描述过用于上述目的的多种类型的泵和泵叶轮,但所有这些都存在若干缺点。这首先涉及到磨损、堵塞与低效等问题。
污水中含有大量的不同类型的污染物,其数量与结构取决于季节以及污水所排出的区域类型。在城市中,塑料、卫生品、织物等是共同的,而于工业区则会产生出耐磨的颗粒。经验表明,最严重的问题是碎布及类似物料,它们滞附到叶片的前缘而卷绕到轮毂之上。此种事故常会增多维修周期和降低效率。
在农业与泵工业中用到不同种类的特殊泵,它们能处理禾秆、青草、树叶和其他类型的有机材料。为此目的,叶片的前缘取后掠式,以促使污染物朝外输送到外面而不滞留到前缘上。
通常采用不同类型的切碎装置将这类物料切碎使之较易流动。例子示明于SE-435952、SE375831与US-A4347035中。
文献中,非常普遍地描述到泵叶轮的设计,特别是有关开式叶轮前缘的后掠形问题。为确定开式叶轮前缘后掠角所做的种种努力已描述于例如EP0916851与EP0916852中。
在需要作高扬程的泵送时,例如在矿井工作中,常常用到闭式泵叶轮,它们具有两个盖盘以及上、下与中间轮叶,这种类型的叶轮与开式叶轮相比减少了泵的轴向负荷。另一方面,封闭式叶轮具有较低的输入,这就意味着存在较高的堵塞风险。
发明简述
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,特别是解决与闭式叶轮有关的问题。
上述目的是通过权利要求1的特征所表述的本发明的主要方面予以解决的。本发明的最佳实施例则根据从属权项。
本发明的主要方面由用于泵送液体的泵中的离心式或半轴流式叶轮表征,其中此叶轮设有一或多个叶片,这些叶片安装在各侧盖盘之上而形成所谓闭式叶轮,其特征在于,所述叶片的前缘在叶轮的盖盘之一的入口处取后掠形。
本发明的另一个方面的特征在于,所述前缘与设在此泵的中央入口中的切割装置协同工作。
所述前缘最好稍为突出于该入口之外,而所述切割装置则最好在泵的中央入口与叶轮的前缘之间构成至少一个窄缩的间隙段,这样,当所述前缘扫掠过这些窄缩段时就能在作业时于其间实现切碎作用。
通过将叶片的前缘设计成强有力的向后扫掠,已发现显著地减少了对这些边缘的磨损。这种设计形式也减小了物料滞附到边缘上的风险。这倒不如说是上述物料被输送到周边处了。
但是,趋向于在叶轮入口处滞附到边缘上的物料是会为切割装置切碎的。在最佳实施形式中,叶片的前缘是与泵室入口的两个窄缩部件协同工作的。
为了使泵以良好的性能工作且能良好地将物料输向周边,后掠角应为40~60°而此前缘的后掠角可一般遵循对数螺线的曲率。
总之,在此获得了改进了性能和提高了耐磨损本领的叶轮,从而延长了维修与使用之间的作业周期。

发明详述
图1示明安装于泵中的闭式叶轮,此泵包括一与用来驱动它的马达(未图示)连接的驱动轴10。此轴的下端安装着泵叶轮12,它包括上盖盘14、下盖盘16、叶片18与后叶片19。上述各泵件安装于泵室20之中,后者具有底壁22、入口24与出口26。泵叶轮12于泵室20中安装成:在下盖盘16的周面与泵室20的内侧壁之间存在间隙28、在此下盘与底盘之间存在空隙29、在下盖盘的下表面16与底壁22的上表面之间存在间隙30。
根据离心泵的原理,通过入口24沿轴向吸入的流体将依据示明流向的箭头A、B与C所示经出口26离开此泵。
根据本发明,叶片18设计成使得前缘40相对于转动方向R于入口42处强有力地向后扫掠。此后掠角可以从轴套向外增大。此前缘的后掠角可以按一对数螺线确定,这里的后掠角α为π/2-β而β为对数螺线升角。上述后掠角α最好为40~60°。
于叶轮的入口处,所述前缘一般位于一垂直叶轮转动轴线10的平面内。这种设计的优点是可确保污染物滑流向周边而不滞附到前缘之上。还已证明,当所述前缘取本发明的构型来取代传统设计时,减小了前缘的磨损。
再有,如图1所示,这里的前缘略略突出到叶轮中央孔口之外。突出到下盖盘16底表面上方的叶片的边缘部分44能够布置成与设在底板22中泵室的固定入口24的边缘部分46协同工作。这一圆形入口24为此设有两个相对的平直部分50,以使叶片与此入口边缘部分间的间隙变得很小。已滞附到叶片前缘上的细长污染物如布条、塑料袋及类似物料将被切碎。
总起来说,在此将叶片前缘设计成后掠式并略为突出以及与底板的孔口配合工作,就能盘著地减小污染物滞附的风险和对前缘的磨损。
应知以上所描述的并示明于附图中的实施形式需视作为本发明的非限定性例子,并且可以在专利申请权限的范围内修正。

Claims (7)

1、用于泵送液体的泵中的离心式或半轴流式叶轮(12),其中此叶轮(12)设有一或多个叶片(18),所述叶片安装于各侧的盖盘(14,16)上,形成所谓的闭式叶轮,其特征在于:所述叶片的前缘(40)相对于转动方向(R)在此叶轮的盖盘之一(16)的入口(42)处成后掠形,所述前缘(40)在入口(42)处一般位于垂直叶轮(12)的转动轴线(10)的平面中。
2、权利要求1的叶轮,其中前缘(44)略突出到入口(42)之外,布置成能同设于此泵中央入口中的切割装置(50)协同工作。
3、权利要求2的叶轮,其中所述切割装置在此泵的中央入口与叶轮(40)的前缘之间构成一个窄缩段。
4、上述任一项权利要求的叶轮,其中前缘(40)大致对应于螺线向后扫掠。
5、权利要求4的叶轮,其中前缘(40)的后掠角(α)为π/2-β而β为该对数螺旋升角。
6、上述任一项权利要求的叶轮,其中前缘(40)的后掠角为40~60°。
7、包括有权利要求1~3中任一项的叶轮的泵。
