Abstract
高效节能轻质便捷多功能建筑组合板,是由宽度都小于或等于600mm的槽形条板和条形平板与节能材料共同组合成建筑墙体板,其中槽形条板的边腿分布能通过水电管道的孔洞。墙板施工时,先纵向安装槽板,接着在槽和边腿孔洞内安装水电管,再横向由下而上分层安装条形平板和填充节能材料,所有安装都是围绕槽板边腿和孔洞,用专用紧固件隐形连接。槽形条板与条形平板分别及纵横交错安装、条形平板由下而上分层水平安装的方法,使水、电管及配件安装和节能材料填筑更为简捷方便。边腿分布孔洞的槽形条板的设计,还能成为免或减少龙骨的、廉价的建筑外墙和吊顶的装饰板材。本发明使墙体的冷桥率大幅降低,提高了墙体的节能性能;水电安装更加便捷,并提高施工效率和不再破坏墙体的整体性;墙体厚度大幅减小,增加建筑使用面积,降低建筑成本;墙体轻质、隔音和抗震等多种性能显著提高;本发明生产简单,原材料广泛易购,非常值得推广应用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于建筑墙板、装饰材料和环保材料背景技术建筑墙体材料主要有板块型和砌块型,现在常用的砌块型有空心砖砌块、实心砌块如加气砼、粉煤灰块等;常用的板块型有需要龙骨的各种薄板,或不需要龙骨的的各种夹心条板、空心条板等。其中砌块是需要砂浆砌筑和砂浆抹面的湿作业过程,尽管这类材料的干溶重也比较低,但在建筑设计时是按饱水状态的重量考虑的,所以无法降低建筑成本,此类材料的冷桥率高、保温隔热性能非常差,满足节能要求需要相应的厚度,这不仅增加重量建筑成本、也是资源的巨大浪费。需要龙骨的各种板块有各种优点,但同时也存在着生产需要大型压力机械或碾压设备、前期投入非常大、安装时需要龙骨等特征,所以也无法降低建筑成本和生产普及。不需要龙骨的空心条板有诸多优点,但是与砌块墙一样,都是利用材料的空隙率(空心)来减轻重量及节能的,这种材料冷桥现象也很严重,节能效果差,同时与砌块型墙体材料一样,也存在水电安装需要再开槽,这种对墙体伤筋动骨的开槽方式不仅会增加成本、延长施工工期、制造建筑垃圾,还会使墙板严重受损,留下安全隐患,特别是不能满足抗地震的破坏性。
作为外墙面和室内吊顶装饰材料的饰面板材,一般都需要大量的钢龙骨,增加了建筑成本、重量、工序和工期。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述问题,提供一种高效节能轻质便捷多功能建筑组合板。
本发明的墙板目的是这样实现的:高效节能轻质便捷多功能建筑组合板是由槽形条板和条形平板及保温材料共同组合成的建筑墙体板,其中槽形条板的边腿分布能通过水电管道的孔洞,板宽一般不超过600mm,板长小于4m;条形平板是板宽一般不超过600mm,板长以槽板宽度为膜数,取2倍或3倍槽板宽为宜。做墙板时,先竖向安装槽形条板,槽形条板的长边头朝上方的梁底或顶板底或梁侧面,在边腿处利用边腿上的孔洞,用板端竖向固定紧固件隐形与上部固定连接,长边底立楼(地)面,在边腿处利用边腿上的孔洞,用板端竖向固定紧固件隐形与下方固定连接,槽形条板间在边腿外面涂专用沾接剂,并在边腿处利用边腿上的孔洞,用板间水平紧固件紧固,使槽形条板间紧密结合;槽形条板安装完毕后,直接在槽内和边腿孔洞内铺设水电等管道,在槽板的腹板部位开该范围内设计的水管穿板孔安装套管、开电板底座孔安装电板底盒,并接出水管和接通电管;水电管安装完毕后,安装条形平板,条形平板的安装是以槽板腿为骨架,长边沿水平方向由下向上,用自攻螺钉或承插构件固定在板间水平紧固件上,每安装一层平板,同时在该层平板开该范围内设计的水管穿板孔安装套管、开电板底座孔安装电板底盒,并接出水管和接通电管安装和接通该平板范围内的水电管配件,随后在槽板与平板间形成的空间——槽和腿边孔内填充发泡砼、膨胀珍珠砼、陶粒砼、植物秸杆砼等任何一种节能材料,形成高强度高性能节能墙体。此外,槽板也可以与现有的纸面石膏板、硅钙纤维板等大块型平板裁切加工成的条形平板及絮棉状保温材料如玻璃棉、岩棉等组合成节能墙体。这样,高效节能轻质便捷多功能建筑组合板使:建筑墙体薄壁化、功能化、轻质化;建筑墙体的施工更加高效便捷;墙体的冷桥率大幅降低,提高了墙体的整体节能性能;水电安装更加直接、简单、方便,不再破坏墙体的整体性和减少建筑垃圾的产生,节约建筑成本。
本发明作为装饰材料的目的是这样实现的:高效节能轻质便捷多功能建筑组合板的槽形条板,若采用用金属、石膏、硅钙等材料加工而成时可以做吊顶板材,由于有边腿具有龙骨作用,吊杆直接与边腿上的专用固定件连接,可减少大量钢龙骨;高效节能轻质便捷多功能建筑组合板的槽形条板和条形平板,若采用薄钢板加工而成,或用玻璃钢、硅钙等材料加工而成,并设置防腐层和饰面层时,既能做内、外墙具有装饰效果的饰面板,又能结合保温材料做内、外墙节能墙体,同时还能大量节省的龙骨费用和减少施工工期;中厚壁槽形条板和条形平板设置饰面层时,同样也能与节能材料组成具有装饰效果的节能墙体。
本发明作为环保材料的目的是这样实现的:高效节能轻质便捷多功能建筑组合板,通过减少墙体的冷桥率、提高墙体的节能性能、减轻墙体的重量,达到降低能源损耗、减少原材料的开采等环保目标。
作为更好的方案,本发明的节能材料可以采用经处理的植物秸杆、废木、废纸、废布、废泡沫等结合防腐防火材料和固化材料。
本发明的技术效果在于:1.本发明使墙体节能效果大幅度提高:在实体间形成的超大空隙内填充保温材料,结合节点的节能处理,使冷桥状况大幅减少、墙体节能效果大幅提高。
2.本发明使墙体智能效果大幅度提高:本发明的施工方法和实体间形成的超大空间,能够满足建筑产品日趋智能化,所增加需要铺设管道空间的要求。
3.本发明使建筑实用面积增加:本发明使墙板、龙骨、管道安装、节能材料融为一体,这样能使墙体厚度大幅减小,建筑实用面积有所增加。
4.本发明使建筑垃圾大幅度减少:本发明的特征和施工方法,使各种需要在墙体中隐蔽的管道不需要再打槽埋设,墙体的成形也不需要用大量砌筑和抹面砂浆,这样也减少了大量建筑垃圾的产生。
5.本发明使墙体施工速度大幅度提高:本发明使墙板、龙骨、管道安装、节能材料融为一体,墙体的成形也不需要用大量砌筑和抹面砂浆,这样也节省了施工工序,提高施工速度。
6.本发明使建筑成本有所降低:本发明使墙板、龙骨、管道安装、节能材料融为一体,大幅缩小墙厚度、减轻墙体的重量,使建筑成本有所降低。
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
附图说明
图1是本发明墙板组合效果示意图。槽形条板与条形平板纵横交错安装和条形平板适宜的宽度(满足手臂安装操作需要)、及条形平板由下而上分层安装的方法,使水、电管及配件安装更为简捷方便,在槽板与平板间形成的空间内填充各种不同类型的保温材料,不仅能满足墙体节能需要,而且还能增强墙体整体、隔音和抗震需要。
图2是本发明槽板效果示意图,是由腹板和两条有均布孔洞的边腿板构成本发明槽板。
图3是发明中壁槽板的正立面、侧立面和正投影面图,板壁厚度为0.8---3cm,材质可选用水泥、石膏、镁菱、石灰等水(气)凝材料;聚合物等胶凝材料;钢丝网、(玻璃、植物、化纤等)纤维加强材料;粉煤灰、矿渣等工业废料;砂石等骨料;陶粒(砂)、膨胀珍珠等轻集料及防水剂等其它助剂,加工成各种不同种类的槽板。这些槽板除做内外墙组合槽板外,还可以做装饰吊顶板、临时性建筑的墙板和顶板等。
图4是本发明厚壁的槽板的正立面、侧立面和正投影图,这是一种腹板槽面带有凹槽、板壁厚度大于3cm的厚壁板,按材质为钢丝网混凝土槽板、钢丝网轻质(轻集料)混凝土槽板等,用于分户墙、外墙,腹板槽面带有凹槽可减轻槽板重量,节约材料成本。除图示梯形断面凹槽外,还可以是其它如球冠形凹槽、圆弧形凹槽等形状。
图5是本发明薄壁槽板的正立面、侧立面和正投影图,板壁厚度小于0.8cm,腹板在长端头向槽面有2---3cm宽的翻边,按材质为纤维水泥槽板、纤维石膏槽板、纤维硅钙槽板等,及其带有装饰层的金属(钢)槽板,这种薄壁槽板既可与泡沫砼、陶粒砼等硬质节能材料及薄壁条形平板组合成内外墙板,又可以做装饰吊顶板材和内外墙饰面板材等。
图6是本发明条形平板的正立面、侧立面和正投影面图,板壁厚度为0.8---3cm,材质可选用水泥、石膏、磷镁、石灰等水(气)凝材料,聚合物等胶凝材料,钢丝网、(玻璃、植物、化纤等)纤维等纤质材料,粉煤灰等工业废料,砂石、矿渣等骨料,陶粒(砂)、膨胀珍珠等轻集料及防水剂等其它助剂,加工成各种不同种类的条形平板。
图7是本发明带有坡边条形平板的正立面、侧立面和正投影面图,坡边条形平板更有利于粘接剂的填塞。
图8是本发明厚壁条形平板的正立面、侧立面和正投影图,这是一种隐蔽板面带有凹槽、板壁厚度大于3cm的厚壁板,按材质为钢丝网混凝土条形平板、钢丝网轻质(轻集料)混凝土条形平板等,与厚壁腹板槽面带有凹槽的槽板及浇铸形保温材料组合用于分户墙、外墙等。除图示梯形断面凹槽外,还可以是其它如球冠形凹槽、圆弧柱形凹槽等形状。
图9是本发明薄壁条形平板的正立面、竖向断面和水平断面图,板壁的厚度小于0.8cm,板的四边有2---3cm宽的翻边,按材质为纤维水泥板、纤维石膏板、纤维桂钙板等,和带有装饰层可做内外墙板或装饰吊顶或外墙饰面的金属(钢)槽板等。
图10是本发明带有台阶形坡边条形平板的正立面、侧立面和正投影面图,这种边适合中、厚壁型条形平板,台阶形坡边的条形平板更有利于粘接剂的填塞、重型条形平板的安装、及板缝的防裂处理。
图11是发明槽形条板和条形平板组合墙板的横断面图,在本图中可以看到槽形板在边腿处,利用边腿上的孔洞,用板间水平紧固件隐形紧固安装;条形平板固定在槽形条板板间水平紧固件上,紧固件上粘贴了保温隔热座条,这种设计有利于进一步减少冷桥现象,提高墙体的节能能力;节能材料填充了墙内空隙。
图12是本发明槽形条板和条形平板组合墙板的竖断面示意图,在本图中可以看到槽形条板的长边头朝上方的梁底或顶板底或梁侧面,在边腿处利用边腿上的孔洞,用板端竖向固定紧固件隐形与上方固定连接;长边底立楼(地)面,在边腿处利用边腿上的孔洞,用板端竖向固定紧固件隐形与下方固定连接;条形平板固定在槽形条板板间水平紧固件上,紧固件上粘贴有保温隔热座条;节能材料填充了墙内空隙。
图13是本发明槽形条板间竖向连接示意图,槽形条板间在竖向板端处,可以利用边腿和边腿上的孔洞,用板间竖向紧固件隐形固定连接。
图14、图15、图16是本发明条形平板的安装固定节点示意图,节点图放大的,便于示意结构细节。在图14中,条形平板是用自攻螺丝固定安装在槽形条板边腿上的板间水平紧固件上,这种安装方式适合轻型板的安装;在图15中,条形平板利用承插构件及在板内板边处预埋的承插构件,固定在槽板板间水平紧固件上,这种安装方式适合比较笨重的条形平板的安装;在图16中,条形平板利用承插构件及条形平板台阶边,固定在槽板板间水平紧固件上,这种安装方式适合中厚型比较重的条形平板的安装。
图17是本发明条形平板内预埋的,承插构件套的正立面、侧立面和正投影面图,承插构件套材质为PVC等硬质塑料。
图18是本发明图13中承插构件(14)的正立面、侧立面和正投影面图,承插构件是由弹性钢片和自攻螺钉组成。

实施例二如图1所示的组合墙体,槽形条板(1)采用图4所示的厚壁板;条形平板(2)采用图8所示的厚壁板;节能材料(7)采用水泥发泡砼、水泥陶粒等硬质材料时,可组合成具有承重功能和防火、防盗要求高的墙板;节能材料(7)采用以水泥为固结材料的珍珠岩、植物秸杆粉碎处理物、聚苯乙烯发泡珠或聚苯乙烯废品粉碎物等半硬材料时,可组成内、外墙板;节能材料(7)采用岩棉、玻璃棉等絮状材料时,可组成高效节能墙板。做分隔墙板时,其安装过程与实施例一相同。做承重墙板时,板上部要设置支承设施,板脚要先填充密实。
实施例三如图1所示的组合墙体,槽形条板(1)采用图5所示的薄壁板,材质可为纤维水泥槽板、纤维改性石膏槽板、纤维硅钙槽板等之中任何一种;条形平板(2)采用图9所示的中壁板,材质与槽板相同;节能材料(7)采用水泥发泡砼或水泥陶粒等硬质材料时,可组合成薄而廉价的内、外墙板;节能材料(7)采用以水泥为固结材料的珍珠岩、植物秸杆粉碎处理物、聚苯乙烯发泡珠或聚苯乙烯废品粉碎物等半硬材料时,可组成薄而廉价的住宅节能内、外墙节能墙板。其安装过程与实施例一相同。
实施例四如图5所示的薄壁槽形条板做外墙装饰板,材质为高强纤维硅钙或玻璃钢或金属等之中任何的任何一种,槽背面平板面有装饰面层,并用塑料薄膜保护,结合其它形状板如外墙拐脚用的,俯板是两块成直角(或符合外墙面的其它角度)的角状板,并同槽板一样有两条带有均匀分布孔洞的边腿和翻边,能与槽板配套使用。其安装过程为:首先在外墙面按槽板及其它配套斑的宽度、长度设置可调节座式紧固件,并用膨胀螺栓固定在外墙上,然后按次序在座式紧固件上,利用边腿上的孔洞紧固安装装饰槽板及配套板,装饰板间可用板间水平紧固件(13)和板间竖向紧固件(17)紧固连接,板缝用建筑耐候幕墙专用胶填封,安装完毕后撕掉保护膜。这种外墙饰面具有复合铝板的装饰效果,但节省了大量龙骨,降低相应的材料成本。
实施例五如图3或图5所示的槽形条板做吊顶装饰板时,材质为纤维轻集料水泥槽板、纤维(或纸面)石膏槽板、纤维硅钙槽板等之中任何的任何一种,这种吊顶板仅做平面吊顶板用,不用吊顶龙骨,有造形要求的吊顶要用其它材料做造形。其安装过程为:先在顶棚底按照槽板的长宽用膨胀螺栓固定可调节吊杆,然后按次序在吊杆上,利用边腿上的孔洞紧固安装吊顶槽板,槽板间可用专用水平紧固件(13)和专用竖向板间紧固件(17)紧固连接,安装槽板的同时,开该块槽板范围内的各种孔洞,并安装相应设施,吊顶槽板安装完毕后,面层处理同纸面石膏吊顶面层处理,这里不再叙述。这种吊顶处理,节省了大量龙骨,降低材料成本。

1.高效节能轻质便捷多功能建筑组合板,其特征在于:由边腿(9)均匀分布着能通过水电管道孔洞(10)的槽形条板(1)和条形平板(2)与节能材料(7)共同组合成;槽形条板(1)和条形平板(2)的宽度都小或等于600mm;槽形条板(1)的长度不大于4m,槽形条板(1)安装时长边顶上立下竖直安装,并利用边腿(9)和边腿的孔洞(10),用被膨胀螺栓固定在上面(梁或楼板底)的板端竖向固定紧固件(15)隐形固定在上面(梁或楼板底),长边底立楼(地)面,在边腿(9)处利用边腿上的孔洞(10),用被膨胀螺栓固定在下面楼(地)面的板端竖向固定紧固件(16)隐形固定在下面;槽形条板(1)间也是利用边腿(9)和边腿的孔洞(10),用固定件(13)或(17)隐形连接的;水管(4)、电管(3)的铺设是在槽形条板(1)安装完成、条形平板(2)未安装前,铺设在槽形条板(1)的槽和边腿孔洞(10)内;条形平板(2)的长度是以槽形条板(1)宽度为膜数,一般取两倍或三倍为宜,条形平板(2)安装时,以槽形条板(1)的边腿(9)为龙骨,长边水平与槽形条板(1)的长边方向垂直,并由下而上分层用自攻螺钉或用承插构件(20)固定在槽板边腿上的水平紧固件(13)上,每安装一层条形平板(2),同时在槽形条板(1)和条形平板(2)形成的空间内填充满节能材料(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效节能轻质便捷多功能建筑组合板,其特征在于:槽形条板(1)是由腹板(8)和两条有均布孔洞(10)的边腿板(9)组成,边腿(9)上均匀分布着的孔洞(10)能通过水电管道,即孔直径不小于2.5cm;墙板安装时,都是通过利用边腿(9)和边腿上的孔洞(10),用专用紧固件隐形安装。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高效节能轻质便捷多功能建筑组合板,其特征在于:条形平板(2)的板边可以是方正的直角边,可以是坡边,也可以是台阶形坡边,条形平板生产时,可以在板边预埋便于承插安装的承插构件套(19)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高效节能轻质便捷多功能建筑组合板,其特征在于:槽形条板(1)和条形平板(2)按厚度分为板厚度大于3cm为厚壁板、板厚度在0.8---3cm之间为中壁板、板厚度小于0.8为薄壁板;厚壁板的内壁面带有凹槽或凹孔(11),中壁板的内壁面为平面或带有凹槽或凹孔(11),薄壁板的内面是平面;中壁或薄壁槽形条板(10可做吊顶装饰板;带有装饰面层槽形条板(1)和条形平板(2)可组成装饰节能墙体;带有装饰面层金属槽板(1)能做免或少龙骨的幕墙饰面板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高效节能轻质便捷多功能建筑组合板,其特征在于:槽形条板(1)和条形平板(2)与浇筑型节能材料(7)组合成坚硬的内外墙体板;槽形条板(1)和条形平板(2)与填充型节能材料(7)组合高效节能的内外墙体板。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的高效节能轻质便捷多功能建筑组合板,其特征在于:浇筑型节能材料(7)为水泥发泡砼、水泥陶粒砼、水泥珍珠岩砼、水泥植物秸杆粉碎处理物砼、水泥聚苯乙烯发泡珠砼等以水泥、石膏等无机坚硬材料为固结材料的拌和物;填充型节能材料(7)为岩棉、玻璃棉等絮状材料,不需另加固化物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高效节能轻质便捷多功能建筑组合板,其特征在于:板间水平紧固件(13)、板间竖向紧固件(17)、板端竖向固定紧固件(15)或(16),都是用厚度大于2mm钢板加工而成,以槽形条板(1)的边腿(9)和孔洞(10)为紧固对象,都有与孔洞壁相吻合的卡件(23)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高效节能轻质便捷多功能建筑组合板,其特征在于:条形平板(2)安装时,除用自攻螺丝(18)固定的安装(图14)方式外,采用的承插套(19)和承插构件(20)结合的安装(图15)方式,和承插构件(20)和台阶形边的安装(图16)方式是权利要求之列的。
