Abstract
本发明提供一种油脂的游离脂肪酸的去除方法,包括脂肪酸的分离析出或者转化,其特征在于在含有游离脂肪酸的毛油和乙醇反应溶液中,添加沸点高于水的催化剂与脱水硫酸钙粉末组成的添加剂,反应结束后将催化剂蒸馏回收,这样脱水硫酸钙能主动吸收混合物中的水分,满足低水分需要;而催化剂可以回收实现经济性,用于生物柴油制备。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种生物柴油技术,尤其油脂的游离脂肪酸的去除方法。
背景技术
毛油中的游离脂肪酸会乙醇反应,不仅消耗乙醇,而且生成水,会使得酯交换的速度大大降低,反应时间延长,所以酯交换前必须对毛油进行处理,用于酯交换制备生物柴油的原料油的游离脂肪酸的含量必须低于0.3%;目前处理方法有一般性碱炼法,但油脂消耗比较大;物理精炼法,但处理效率低;预酯化,但成本高。
发明内容
本发明提供一种油脂消耗小、效率高的游离脂肪酸的去除方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种油脂的游离脂肪酸的去除方法,包括脂肪酸的分离析出或者转化,其特征在于在含有游离脂肪酸的毛油和乙醇反应溶液中,添加沸点高于水的催化剂与脱水硫酸钙粉末组成的添加剂,反应结束后将催化剂蒸馏回收。
这样脱水硫酸钙能主动吸收混合物中的水分,满足低水分需要;而催化剂可以回收实现经济性。
具体实施方式
具体实施中,可以将结晶石膏经过380摄氏度焙烧得到脱水硫酸钙,也可以将过滤后的石膏晶体回收利用,再次焙烧。同时,将脱水硫酸钙制作成120目以上的颗粒进行添加。
其次,脱水硫酸钙粉末与催化剂按照脱水1∶3的比例进行混合成乳化添加剂。

1.一种油脂的游离脂肪酸的去除方法,包括脂肪酸的分离析出或者转化,其特征在于在含有游离脂肪酸的毛油和乙醇反应溶液中,添加沸点高于水的催化剂与脱水硫酸钙粉末组成的添加剂,反应结束后将催化剂蒸馏回收。
2.如权利要求1所述,其特征在于将结晶石膏经过380摄氏度焙烧得到脱水硫酸钙,也可以将过滤后的石膏晶体回收利用,再次焙烧。
3.如权利要求1所述,其特征在于脱水硫酸钙粉末与催化剂按照脱水1∶3的比例进行混合成乳化添加剂。
