Abstract

大扭矩无级变速器是一种链条传动无级变速器。本发明涉及无级变速器,其传递扭矩大,适合大公交车和卡车,也应适合自行走机械,如拖拉机、装载机等。本发明的目的在于大大提高链条接触摩擦面。把链条1的每个链板工作面设计成纵向弧度、横截面梯形摩擦凸起,这样一根链条1就会有几十条梯形摩檫凸起。链轮3里经向均布着几十个摩擦块2,每个摩擦块2上有几十条梯形摩擦槽,链条1的梯形摩擦凸起和摩擦块2的梯形磨擦槽接触产生磨擦力。因有几十条摩擦凸起和摩擦槽,所以能产生很大的摩擦力。转速高时摩擦块2产生很大的离心力,为此设计了平蘅块14低消部分摩擦块2的离心力。

大扭矩无级变速器是一种链条传动无级变速器。
技术领域:本发明涉及无级变速器,其传递扭矩大,适合大公交车和卡车,也应适合自行走机械,如拖拉机、装载机等。但是大扭矩无级变速器不适合输入转速太高,因为它对离心力敏感。
背景技术:2002年7期《汽车技术》杂志发表了《奥迪无级变速器简介》此变速器靠链条的链节销与梯形盘接触传递动力,它的扭矩N.m310,输入功率KW162,对于无级变速器来说,这样的性能已是很好了,因为链销转力接触面太小,扭矩传递不会太大。
发明内容:本发明的目的在于大大提高链条接触摩擦面。做法是把链节销摩擦传力改为链板摩擦传力。把链条的每个链板工作面设计成纵向弧度、横截面梯形摩擦凸起,这样一根链条就会有几十条梯形摩檫凸起。链轮里经向均布着几十个摩擦块,每个摩擦块上有几十条梯形摩擦槽,链条的梯形摩擦凸起和摩擦块的梯形磨擦槽接触产生磨擦力。因有几十条摩擦凸起和摩擦槽,所以能产生很大的摩擦力。转速高时摩擦块产生很大的离心力,为此设计了平蘅块低消部分离心力。

见图1图2所示:大扭矩无级变速器、有链条1、摩擦块2、链轮3、链轮滑槽4、控制盘5、控制盘曲线槽6、控制盘平衡槽7、传力盘8、传力盘平衡槽9、花键套10、活塞11、活塞端面内外花键12、缸套13、平衡块14。
上传力盘8内径和轴花键连接、外径和链轮3螺丝连接,下传力盘8外径和链轮3螺丝连接、端面和缸套13螺丝连接,缸套13和轴花键连接。上下两个控制盘5在传力盘8和链轮3之间、内径和花键套10的外花键连接。花键套10的内径是斜花键,活塞11的端面有活塞端面内外花键12、外花键和花键套10的内花键斜度相同、并和花键套10的内花键动配合、内花键和轴花键动配合。如果活塞11上下运动,活塞端面内外花键12就会使花键套10相对轴转动,达到控制盘5相对链轮3传力盘8转动地目的。两个链轮3有径向对应均布的二十四个链轮滑槽4,这些链轮滑槽4内装着二十四个径向均布的摩擦块2,这些摩擦块2的两端又被控制盘曲线槽6所控制,如果控制盘5相对链轮3转动,二十四个控制盘曲线槽6就会使二十四个摩擦块2在链轮滑槽4内同步径向运动,使链轮工作直径变化,达到变速目的。链条1的每个链板工作面加工成纵向弧度、横截面梯形摩擦凸起,由这样的链板组成的链条1就成为有几十条梯形摩擦凸起的链条见图3图4,摩擦块2上有梯形摩擦槽见图5图6,链条1的几十条梯形摩擦凸起和摩擦块2上的几十条梯形摩擦槽接触传递摩擦力,这样传力要比单槽传力大的多。因为在高转速时摩擦块2的离心力很大,所以设计了平衡块14和控制盘平衡槽7传力盘平衡槽9见图1图2,两种平衡槽斜度相反,平衡块14利用平衡槽抵消部分摩擦块2的离心力,使操控容易。
具体实施方案:
1、设计制造试验机,通过对试验机进行深入研究,找出问题解决问题,使其达到要求。
2、开发电子液压控制部分,不过这部分开发可能难度很大。
3、开发一种全新的无级变速器需要技术和资金方面的强大保证。

Claims (3)

1、大扭矩无级变速器的链条、见附图3附图4,其特征是在齿形链的基础上改动,把每个链板的齿牙改成了纵向弧度、横截梯形摩擦工作面,这样链条{1}就成为一根有很多条梯形摩擦工作面的链条。
2、大扭矩无级变速器的摩擦块、见附图5附图6,其特征是在弧面上有和链条{1}对应的梯形摩擦槽,两边矩形可被链轮滑槽{4}控制,两端弧度凸起可被控制盘曲线槽{6}控制,使其能同步经向运动,变化工作直径。
3、大扭矩无级变速器工作直径变化的操控部分,其特征是活塞{11}的往返运动、通过活塞端面内外花键{12}使花键套{10}控制盘{5}相对轴和传力盘{8}链轮{3}转动,数十个控制盘曲线槽{6}就可以把数十个链轮滑槽{4}里的摩擦块{2}控制、使全部磨擦块同步径向运动。
