Abstract

本发明涉及一种浮筒轮轨式海浪驱动装置,它包括浮筒,还包括装有浮筒、导轨和转轴的支架,支架漂浮于海浪上,在浮筒二侧分别装有滚轮,导轨安置在浮筒滚轮的侧旁并与滚轮相配合,在浮筒上部装有齿条,转轴与齿条互相垂直地啮合连接,转轴水平地漂浮在海浪上。浮筒为二个以上并列安置的浮筒,各个浮筒通过齿条与转轴啮合连接,浮筒通过浮力和海浪的作用沿着导轨作上下运动,并推动转轴转动进而输出动力。本发明是一种利用海浪驱动的动力输出装置,能将海浪的动能直接转化为以轴转动的机械能,进而产生动力,驱动各类机械运动。采用本发明的海浪驱动装置,将补充日益短缺的石油、煤炭等能源,为社会发展与进步作出贡献。

浮筒轮轨式海浪驱动装置
技术领域
本发明涉及动力机械,特别涉及一种利用海浪的波动而驱动的浮筒轮轨式动力装置。
背景技术
海洋中的海浪隐藏着大量的能量,它是一种绿色环保的可再生能源。但是至今为止,这一能源却没有得到有效的开发利用。在石油、煤炭等能源日益短缺、环境污染日趋严重的今天,开发利用海浪的能量,将具有十分伟大的现实意义和产生巨大的经济效益。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种浮筒轮轨式海浪驱动装置,它能将海浪的动能转化为以轴转动的机械能,进而产生动力,从而解决了社会普遍存在的能源问题和环境污染问题。
本发明的技术解决方案如下:
一种浮筒轮轨式海浪驱动装置,它包括漂浮在海面上的浮筒,它还包括装有浮筒、导轨和转轴的支架,支架漂浮于海浪上,在浮筒二侧分别装有滚轮,导轨安置在浮筒滚轮的侧旁并与滚轮相配合,在浮筒上部装有齿条,转轴与齿条互相垂直地啮合连接,转轴水平地漂浮在海浪上;所述浮筒为二个以上并列安置的浮筒,各个浮筒通过齿条与转轴啮合连接,浮筒通过浮力和海浪的作用沿着导轨作上下运动,并推动转轴转动进而输出动力。
本发明是一种利用海浪驱动的动力输出装置。采用本发明的浮筒轮轨式海浪驱动装置,能将海浪的动能直接转化为以轴转动的机械能,进而产生动力,驱动各类机械运动。
使用本发明的海浪驱动装置,开发利用海浪能量,可以补充日益短缺的石油、煤炭等能源,为社会发展与进步作出贡献。

具体实施方式
参看附图,本发明是一种浮筒轮轨式海浪驱动装置,它包括漂浮在海面上的浮筒,还包括装有浮筒1、导轨2和转轴3的支架(图中未示出)。使用时将支架通过漂浮体漂浮在海浪上。
在浮筒1二侧分别安装滚轮4。导轨2安置在浮筒滚轮4的侧旁并与滚轮4相配合,浮筒滚轮4籍导轨2而上下运动。在浮筒1上部安装齿条5,转轴3与齿条5互相垂直地啮合连接。转轴3呈水平状地连同支架漂浮在海浪上。
转轴3包括长轴31、短轴32和联轴器33。每个短轴32上装有棘轮,短轴棘轮与浮筒齿条5相接触。短轴32与短轴32之间通过联轴器33相连。
转轴3也可以包括长轴31、短轴32和中间轴,该中间轴取代了联轴器33,或者将联轴器33包含在中间轴之内。每个短轴32上装有棘轮,短轴棘轮与浮筒齿条5相接触。短轴32与短轴32之间通过中间轴相连。
浮筒1为二个以上并列安置的浮筒。为使转轴3连续转动,可以加长转轴3的长度,使用多个浮筒1,当在海浪的作用下每时每刻都有浮筒1向上运动时,转轴3就连续转动了。安置浮筒1的数量取决于所需的输出动力,需要的输出动力越大,所安置的浮筒数量就越多。各个浮筒1通过齿条5与转轴3啮合连接,当浮筒1向上运动时,齿条5带动棘轮和转轴3转动,成为一个动力输出装置;当浮筒1向下运动时,棘轮则空转。
浮筒1在其浮力的作用下和海浪的推动下,沿着导轨2作上下运动。当浮筒的体积较大、重量较小时,浮筒就有足够大的浮力,在其运动时就产生足够大的推力,推动转轴3转动,进而输出动力。
采用本发明的浮筒轮轨式海浪驱动装置,再连接配置实用的机械装置,例如变速器和发电机组,就能制造成为海浪发电站;或者将转轴与变速器和螺旋桨装置连接,就能制成推动船舶航行的动力推进装置。
当然,本技术领域内的一般技术人员应当认识到,上述实施例仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围内,对上述实施例的变换、变型都将落在本发明权利要求的范围内。

Claims (3)

1.一种浮筒轮轨式海浪驱动装置,它包括漂浮在海面上的浮筒,其特征在于,它还包括装有浮筒、导轨和转轴的支架,支架漂浮于海浪上,在浮筒二侧分别装有滚轮,导轨安置在浮筒滚轮的侧旁并与滚轮相配合,在浮筒上部装有齿条,转轴与齿条互相垂直地啮合连接,转轴水平地漂浮在海浪上;所述浮筒为二个以上并列安置的浮筒,各个浮筒通过齿条与转轴啮合连接,浮筒通过浮力和海浪的作用沿着导轨作上下运动,并推动转轴转动进而输出动力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的浮筒轮轨式海浪驱动装置,其特征在于,所述转轴包括长轴、短轴和联轴器,短轴上装有棘轮,短轴棘轮与浮筒齿条相接触,短轴与短轴之间通过联轴器相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的浮筒轮轨式海浪驱动装置,其特征在于,所述转轴包括长轴、短轴和中间轴,短轴上装有棘轮,短轴棘轮与浮筒齿条相接触,短轴与短轴之间通过中间轴相连。
