Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种海浪驱动的直线长轴式动力稳定输出装置,它包括浮筒,以及装有浮筒、导轨和转轴的支架,支架漂浮于海浪上,在浮筒二侧分别装有滚轮,导轨安置在浮筒滚轮的侧旁并与滚轮相配合,在浮筒上部装有导引装置,转轴与导引装置相连接,转轴为水平地漂浮在海浪上的短轴,短轴上装有棘轮,短轴棘轮与导引装置相接触,短轴数量为数个,每个短轴通过联轴器相接构成一根直线状的长轴,浮筒在海浪的推动下沿着导轨上下运动并由导引装置推动短轴连同长轴转动而输出稳定力矩。本实用新型利用浮筒的浮力推动轴转动,使其成为一种动力输出装置。使用本实用新型,开发利用海浪能量,补充日益短缺的石油、煤炭等能源。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及动力机械,特别涉及一种利用海浪为动力驱动的具有稳定输出功率的直线长轴式动力装置。
背景技术
海洋中的海浪隐藏着大量的能量,它是一种绿色环保的可再生能源。但是至今为止,这一能源却没有得到有效的开发利用。在石油、煤炭等能源日益短缺、环境污染日趋严重的今天,开发利用海浪的能量,将具有十分伟大的现实意义和产生巨大的经济效益。
但是,海浪的波动具有很大的随机性,由海浪推动的机械的输出功率也存在着随机性。因此,如何设计出由海浪推动的具有稳定输出功率的机械动力装置,则是摆在人们面前的一项需要解决的课题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的任务是提供一种海浪驱动的直线长轴式动力稳定输出装置,它解决了由海浪推动的机械输出功率存在着随机性的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种海浪驱动的直线长轴式动力稳定输出装置,它包括漂浮在海面上的数个并列安置的浮筒,以及装有浮筒、导轨和转轴的支架,支架漂浮于海浪上,在浮筒二侧分别装有滚轮,导轨安置在浮筒滚轮的侧旁并与滚轮相配合,在浮筒上部装有导引装置,转轴与导引装置相连接,所述转轴为水平地漂浮在海浪上的短轴,短轴上装有棘轮,短轴棘轮与导引装置相接触,短轴数量为数个,每个短轴通过联轴器相接构成一根直线状的长轴,浮筒在海浪的推动下沿着导轨上下运动并由导引装置推动短轴连同长轴转动而输出稳定力矩。
本实用新型的一种海浪驱动的直线长轴式动力稳定输出装置利用浮筒的浮力推动轴转动,使其成为一种动力输出装置。为了保证输出功率的稳定性,特制造一根很长的长轴,并由许多浮筒推动长轴转动。这样,尽管海浪的波动是随机的,但由于长轴的长度很长,在任何时刻,至少有一个浮筒在推动长轴转动,长轴的功率输出也就比较稳定了。长轴越长,浮筒越多,功率输出就越加稳定。
使用本实用新型的海浪驱动的直线长轴式动力稳定输出装置,开发利用海浪能量,可以补充日益短缺的石油、煤炭等能源,为社会发展与进步作出贡献。

具体实施方式
参看附图,本实用新型是一种海浪驱动的直线长轴式动力稳定输出装置,它包括漂浮在海面上的数个并列安置的浮筒1,以及装有浮筒1、导轨2和转轴3的支架(图中未示出),使用时将支架通过漂浮体漂浮在海面上。在浮筒1二侧分别安装滚轮4,导轨2安置在浮筒滚轮4的侧旁并与滚轮4相配合。在浮筒1上部安装导引装置5,转轴3与导引装置5互相垂直地进行连接。
转轴3实际上是一种相对短的短轴3,短轴3呈水平状地连同支架漂浮在海浪上。短轴3上装有棘轮,短轴棘轮与导引装置5相接触。短轴3数量为数个,短轴3与短轴3之间通过联轴器6相接,构成一根直线状的长轴7,以克服很长的轴在制造和安装上的困难。联轴器6也可以是中间轴,以中间轴取代联轴器6,或者将联轴器6包含在中间轴之内。
导引装置5可以为齿条或链条,齿条与短轴3棘轮啮合接触,链条则与链轮配合接触。导引装置5也可以为螺杆,螺杆与短轴3棘轮配合接触。当导引装置5为齿条时,浮筒1通过齿条与转轴3啮合连接,当浮筒1向上运动时,齿条带动棘轮和短轴3转动,进而输出动力;当浮筒1向下运动时,棘轮则空转。短轴棘轮与浮筒上的导引装置共同作用,使浮筒的上下运动转变为短轴连同长轴的转动。
本实用新型在使用时可根据需要将并列安置的浮筒1设置成许多个,将各个短轴3通过联轴器6连接起来构成一根长轴7。浮筒1在其浮力的作用下和海浪的推动下,沿着导轨2作上下运动,同时由导引装置推动短轴连同长轴转动,形成一个动力输出装置,从而获得稳定的力矩输出。当在海浪的作用下每时每刻都有浮筒1向上运动时,长轴7就连续转动了,其转速也就能保持稳定。安置浮筒1的数量取决于所需的输出动力,需要的输出动力越大,所安置的浮筒数量就越多。当浮筒的体积较大、重量较小时,浮筒就有足够大的浮力,在其运动时就产生足够大的推力,推动转轴转动,进而输出动力。
当然,本技术领域内的一般技术人员应当认识到,上述实施例仅是用来说明本实用新型,而并非用作对本实用新型的限定,只要在本实用新型的实质精神范围内,对上述实施例的变换、变型都将落在本实用新型权利要求的范围内。

Claims (3)

1.一种海浪驱动的直线长轴式动力稳定输出装置,它包括漂浮在海面上的数个并列安置的浮筒,以及装有浮筒、导轨和转轴的支架,支架漂浮于海浪上,在浮筒二侧分别装有滚轮,导轨安置在浮筒滚轮的侧旁并与滚轮相配合,在浮筒上部装有导引装置,转轴与导引装置相连接,其特征在于,所述转轴为水平地漂浮在海浪上的短轴,短轴上装有棘轮,短轴棘轮与导引装置相接触,短轴数量为数个,每个短轴通过联轴器相接构成一根直线状的长轴,浮筒在海浪的推动下沿着导轨上下运动并由导引装置推动短轴连同长轴转动而输出稳定力矩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的海浪驱动的直线长轴式动力稳定输出装置,其特征在于,所述导引装置为齿条,齿条与短轴棘轮啮合接触。
3.根据权利要求1所述的海浪驱动的直线长轴式动力稳定输出装置,其特征在于,所述导引装置为链条,链条与链轮配合接触。
