【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种模具装配技术领域,尤其涉及一种模具装置。
【背景技术】
使用模具装置制造成型件时,成型件的加工精度(同心度)主要受模具装置的制造及装配精度影响,所以,提高模具装置的制造及装配精度可使通过该模具装置制造的成型件(产品)具有较高的加工精度。
习知的模具装置通常包括一相配合的第一分模及第二分模,第一分模及第二分模中又分别包括一模座,以及一具模压面的模仁,模仁中还可以根据需要设定一个或多个具模压面的嵌入件。装配时,将模仁置入模座开设的模穴中,用楔形块、定位块等固定元件将模仁固定在模座上。所述第一分模与第二分模合模时,两相对的模座、模仁通过导柱、定位销等定位元件定位,两相对的模仁或嵌入件之间形成一模腔,即可注料成型。成型后,将第一分模与第二分模分离,即可取走成型好的成型件。
然而,模具装置在使用一段时间后,两模座、模仁合模对位用的导柱、定位销等定位元件可能出现局部磨损,如此,便可能造成装配的两模仁不对位或偏移情况发生,其成型的成型件,尤其一些精密元件,加工精度将无法保障,成型件甚至可能成为废品。
有鉴于此,提供一种具较佳对位精度的模具装置实为必要。
【发明内容】
以下,将以实施例说明一种模具装置。
一种模具装置,其包括一相对设置的第一分模及第二分模,所述第一分模包括一具模压面的第一模仁,所述第二分模包括一具模压面的第二模仁,所述第一分模面对所述第二分模的表面具有一光输出装置,所述第二分模面对所述第一分模的表面具有一用于接收所述光输出装置输出的光讯号的光接收装置,所述光输出装置在所述第一分模面对所述第二分模的表面的位置至所述第一模仁的模压面中心垂直线的距离与所述光接收装置在所述第二分模面对所述第一分模的表面的位置至所述第二模仁的模压面中心垂直线的距离相等。
与现有技术相比,所述模具装置的第一分模及第二分模的相面对的表面分别设置有光输出装置及光接收装置,且所述光输出装置及光接收装置分别与所在分模的模仁的模压面中心垂直线的距离相等,如此当两模仁对位准确时,所述光接收装置便可接收到所述光输出装置输出的最强的光讯号强度,当模仁对位偏移时,所述光接收装置接收到由所述光输出装置输出的光讯号强度便会减弱,通过分辩所述光接收装置接收到的光强度讯号可以得到模仁的偏移状况,从而可及时进行对位调节或相关模具的修改,提高成型件的加工精度。

下面结合附图对本发明提供的模具装置作进一步详细说明。
请参阅图1,本发明的第一实施例提供的模具装置1,其包括一第一分模10,一与所述第一分模10相对的第二分模20以及一位置侦测装置30。
所述第一分模10及第二分模20分别包括一模座11、21,以及一嵌置在模座11、21中的模仁12、22。所述模座11、21分别具有一第一表面11a、21a及一第二表面11b、21b,且所述两第一表面11a、21a相面对设置。所述模座11从第二表面11b至第一表面11a中穿设有至少一导柱111,所述导柱111进一步延伸出第一表面11a;所述模座21的第一表面21a上开设有与导柱111配合的导套211,所述第一分模10与第二分模20合模时,导柱111伸入该导套211中,引导第一分模10与第二分模20对准定位。所述模仁22边角上凸设有一定位销221,所述模仁12边角上可以设置与所述定位销221配合的定位孔121,所述模仁12、22分别具有一模压面120、220,所述第一分模10与第二分模20合模时,所述模仁12、22之间可形成一模腔。
所述位置侦测装置30包括一光发射器单元31及一光侦测器单元32,所述光发射器单元31及光侦测器单元32分别连接有一光传输通道311、321。所述第一分模10及第二分模20的模座11、21分别开设有一通孔113、213,所述通孔113、213分别配合收容所述光传输通道311、321。所述第一分模10的第一表面11a设置有一第一开口112,所述第一开口112与所述光传输通道311连通,所述第二分模20的第一表面21a设置有一第二开口212,所述第二开口212与所述光传输通道321连通,所述第一开口112与所述第二开口212径向尺寸相同。所述第一开口112至所述模仁12的模压面120中心垂直线的距离与所述第二开口212至所述模仁22的模压面220中心垂直线的距离相等。所述两通孔113、213分别自所述第一开口112及第二开口212开始向所述第二表面11b、12b方向延伸,并在模座11、21中作一弯折后自第一表面11a、12a与第二表面11b、12b之间之侧面穿出所述模座11、21外。
所述光发射器单元31光源可以采用激光光源,也可以采用发光二极管(LED)光源,所述光侦测器单元32包括一光电转换电路322及一与所述光电转换电路322连接的模/数转换电路323,所述光传输通道311、321包括光纤或光缆。本实施例中,所述光发射器单元31光源采用激光光源,激光讯号在光纤中传输。
当然,所述通孔113、213并不局限于上述在模座11、21中作一弯折地自第一表面11a、12a与第二表面11b、12b之间的侧面穿出的形式,其可以分别自所述模座11、21的所述第一开口112及第二开口212开始并直线延伸穿出第二表面11b、21b,或是分别自所述模座11、21的所述第一开口112及第二开口212开始并斜线延伸穿出第一表面11a、12a与第二表面11b、12b之间之侧面,也可以在模座11、21中呈多处弯折,仅需使得通孔113、213弯折的半径符合光传输通道311、321安装的工艺要求即可。所述光传输通道311、321可以分别收容在所述通孔113、213中的任意一个。
另,模具装置1还可具有其它结构,如流道、浇口、顶出装置等等。
请一并参阅图2至图4,所述第一分模10与第二分模20合模时,第一分模10中的导柱111先卡入第二分模20的导套211中,所述模仁12、22中的定位销221与定位孔121配合。将所述位置侦测装置30的光传输通道311、321分别置入所述两通孔113、213中。当模仁12、22对位完全准确时(图3),所述第一开口112与所述第二开口212也对位完全准确,所述位置侦测装置30的光发射器单元31发射的光讯号经光传输通道311输出至第一开口112,第一开口112可将光完全投射至第二开口212,并再经光传输通道311传输至光侦测器单元32,如此光侦测器单元32便可侦测得最强的光强度。光发射器单元31的光讯号经光侦测器单元32的光电转换电路322转换成电模拟讯号,电模拟讯号再经一模/数转换电路323便可转换成可读取的数字讯号。当模仁12、22对位偏移时(图4),所述第一开口112及第二开口212对位也有偏移,所述光发射器单元31发射的光经的光传输通道311仅可部分被光传输通道321接收,如此光侦测器单元32侦测得的光强度便会减弱,根据模/数转换电路323显示的数字讯号,可知道模仁12、22的偏移状况,从而便可进行对第一分模10及第二分模20对位的调节或相关对模具进行修改更换。
本实施例提供的模具装置包括一具有光发射器单元及光侦测器单元的位置侦测装置,所述光发射器单元及光侦测器单元分别通过一光传输通道在所述第一分模及第二分模中传输光讯号,所述第一分模及第二分模的相面对的表面分别设置有一与所述两光传输通道连通的开口,所述两开口径向尺寸相同,且所述两开口分别至所在分模的模仁的模压面中心垂直线的距离相等,如此当两模仁对位准确时,位置侦测装置便可侦测得最强的光强度,当模仁对位偏移时,位置侦测装置侦测得的光强度便会减弱,通过位置侦测装置侦测反馈的光强度讯号可以得到模仁的偏移状况,从而可及时进行对位调节或相关模具的修改,提高成型件的加工精度。
请参阅图5,为本发明的第二实施例提供的模具装置2剖面示意图。所述模具装置2包括一第一分模10,一与所述第一分模10相对的第二分模20以及一位置侦测装置30。
所述第二实施例提供的模具装置2与所述第一实施例提供的模具装置1的区别在于:所述模仁12、22分别包括一模块12a、22a以及多个等间距排列的嵌入件12b、22b,所述模块12a、22a设置在所述模座11、21中,所述模块12a、22a开设有多个模穴,所述多个嵌入件12b、22b分别相对嵌置在一模穴中,所述模压面120、220设置在嵌入件12b、22b上。所述模块12a具有一第一表面12c及一第二表面12d,所述模块22a具有一第一表面22c及一第二表面22d,且所述两第一表面12c、22c相面对设置。所述第一开口112与第二开口212分别设置在所述两模块12a、22a的第一表面12c、22c,并分别与两相对的嵌入件12b、22b的模压面120、220中心垂直线的距离相等。所述两通孔113、213分别自所述两模块12a、22a的所述第一开口112及第二开口212开始向第二表面12d、22d方向延伸,所述通孔113、213在模块12a、22a中作一弯折并自两模块12a、22a的第一表面12c、22c与第二表面12d、22d之间的侧面穿出,并继续穿出两模座11、21外。
当然,上述实施例中所述第一开口112、第二开口212及两通孔113、213、也即对应位置侦测装置30的光传输通道311、321可以仍然设置在模座11、21中。
另外可以理解的是,所述位置侦测装置30的光发射器单元31及光侦测器单元32也可以直接分别设置在所述第一分模10及第二分模20中,或是直接分别设置在所述第一分模10及第二分模20相面对的表面上,如此便无需在所述第一分模10与第二分模20中长距离地埋设所述光传输通道113,213,而可直接在所述第一分模10及第二分模20的相面对的表面上发射和接收,仅需使得光发射器单元31与光侦测器单元32在所述第一分模10及第二分模20相面对的表面的输出位置及接收位置分别至所在分模的模仁的模压面中心垂直线的距离相等即可。
可以理解的是,对在本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案和技术构思做出其它各种相应的改变和变形,而所有这些改变和变形都应属在本发明权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种模具装置,其包括一相对设置的第一分模及第二分模,所述第一分模包括一具模压面的第一模仁,所述第二分模包括一具模压面的第二模仁,其特征在于:所述第一分模面对所述第二分模的表面具有一光输出装置,所述第二分模面对所述第一分模的表面具有一用于接收所述光输出装置输出的光讯号的光接收装置,所述光输出装置在所述第一分模面对所述第二分模的表面的位置至所述第一模仁的模压面中心垂直线的距离与所述光接收装置在所述第二分模面对所述第一分模的表面的位置至所述第二模仁的模压面中心垂直线的距离相等。
2.如权利要求1所述的模具装置,其特征在于,所述第一分模及第二分模分别包括一模座,所述第一模仁及第二模仁分别设置在所述两模座中,所述光输出装置及光接收装置分别设置在所述两模座相面对的表面。
3.如权利要求1所述的模具装置,其特征在于,所述第一分模及第二分模分别包括一模座,所述第一模仁及第二模仁分别包括一设置在所述模座中且具模穴的模块以及嵌置在所述模穴中的嵌入件,所述模压面设置在所述嵌入件上,所述光输出装置及光接收装置分别设置在所述两模块相面对的表面。
4.如权利要求1所述的模具装置,其特征在于,所述光输出装置包括一设置在所述第一分模面对所述第二分模的表面的第一开口以及一与所述第一开口连通的光发射器,所述光接收装置包括一设置在所述第二分模面对所述第一分模的表面的第二开口以及一与所述第二开口连通的光侦测器,所述第一开口至所述第一模仁的模压面中心垂直线的距离与所述第二开口至所述第二模仁的模压面中心垂直线的距离相等。
5.如权利要求4所述的模具装置,其特征在于,所述第一开口与所述第二开口径向尺寸相同。
6.如权利要求4所述的模具装置,其特征在于,所述第一分模及第二分模中分别设置有一通孔,所述光发射器及光侦测器分别通过一收容在所述通孔中的光传输通道与所述第一开口及第二开口连通。
7.如权利要求6所述的模具装置,其特征在于,所述第一分模及第二分模分别还包括一与其相面对的表面相对的第二表面,所述两通孔分别自所述第一开口及第二开口开始向所述第二表面延伸,并自所述相面对的表面与所述第二表面之间的侧面穿出所述第一分模及第二分模外。
8.如权利要求6所述的模具装置,其特征在于,所述光传输通道包括光纤或光缆。
9.如权利要求4所述的模具装置,其特征在于,所述光发射器光源采用激光光源或发光二极管光源。
10.如权利要求4所述的模具装置,其特征在于,所述光侦测器包括一光电转换电路及一与所述光电转换电路连接的模/数转换电路。
