Abstract
一种电路板,包括电连接器,所述电连接器包括一个承载部,所述承载部设置至少一个支撑件,所述支撑件将所述承载部固定于所述电路板上并使所述承载部的底部与所述电路板之间留有一定的距离,所述承载部下方的电路板上设有小型贴片元件。所述电路板可有效节约空间。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种电路板,特别涉及一种具电连接器的电路板。
【背景技术】
目前,计算机主板正朝着元件越来越多,而尺寸越来越小的趋势发展,因此如何合理、充分的利用主板上的空间是主板设计的一大课题。通常主板上会设置多种电连接器,如SATA(Serial Advanced TechnologyAttachment,一种采用串行传输方式的硬盘接口标准)公头连接器,用于连接SATA硬盘等硬件设备,计算机主板上一般会设置二至四个SATA公头连接器,在一些高端计算机或服务器上设置的SATA公头连接器则会更多。
请参考图1,为一个计算机主板10′,其上设置有四个SATA公头连接器20′,每个SATA公头连接器20′都是独立设置在主板10′上,每个SATA公头连接器20′分别占用主板10′一定的空间。其中,每个SATA公头连接器20′均包括一个承载部22′及一个插接部24′,所述承载部22′固定于所述主板10′上并用来承载所述插接部24′,所述插接部24′的一端与主板10′电性连接(通过插接部24′上的针脚,未示出),另一端用于连接SATA硬盘(未示出)。
但是,通常情况下由于在主板上设置SATA公头连接器的数量不只一个,有时还会很多,那么在一定程度上这些SATA公头连接器就必然会占用过多的主板空间,使主板的设计变得复杂,增加了主板设计的难度,一定程度上增加了制造成本。
【发明内容】
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种电路板,以便可以最大程度上的合理利用电路板的空间。
一种电路板,包括电连接器,所述电连接器包括一个承载部,所述承载部设置至少一个支撑件,所述支撑件将所述承载部固定于所述电路板上并使所述承载部的底部与所述电路板之间留有一定的距离,所述承载部下方的电路板上设有小型贴片元件。
相较于现有技术,由于所述承载部的底部与所述电路板之间留有一定的空间,故可在所述承载部下方的电路板上设置一些小型贴片元件,从而最大限度的利用了电路板的空间。

【具体实施方式】
请参考图2,本发明电路板10的较佳实施方式包括一个电连接器20,所述电连接器20用于一类电子元件(未示出)与电路板10之间的连接,本实施方式中,所述电子元件以具有SATA公头连接器的电子元件为例加以说明,如SATA硬盘,所述电路板10以计算机主板为例加以说明,故所述电连接器20为SATA公头连接器。
所述电连接器20包括一个承载部22,所述承载部22上设有四个插接部24,每个插接部24均对应一个所述电子元件,所述承载部22的底部的四角各设置一个支撑件222,所述承载部22通过所述支撑件222固定于所述电路板10上并使所述承载部22的底部与所述电路板10之间留有一定的距离(如2mm),使所述承载部22下方的电路板10上能够设置一些小型贴片元件12,其距离的大小可根据实际情况而定。
其中,所述四个插接部24以长边为标准平行排列设置于所述承载部22上,所述每相邻两个插接部24之间的距离满足可同时将两个所述电子元件分别插接于相邻两个插接部24上而互不干扰。
每个插接部24的一端均与所述电路板10电性连接(通过设置于所述插接部24上的针脚与电路板10实现电性连接,未示出),另一端用于连接所述电子元件(如:将SATA数据线一端的SATA母头连接器与所述插接部24插接后,再将所述SATA数据线另一端的SATA母头连接器与所述电子元件SATA公头连接器插接即可,未示出)。
工作时,将所述电路板10需要使用的电子元件通过SATA数据线与所述插接部24插接后即可实现所述电路板10与所述电子元件之间的通信。
由于所述电连接器20同时设置了四个插接部24,而不是仅仅设置一个插接部24,相较于图1现有技术中同时设置四个仅有一个插接部22′的SATA公头连接器20′来说,节省了制作成本,而且由于现有技术需安装四个SATA公头连接器20′,本发明则仅需安装一个电连接器20,故减少了电路板10的工艺流程,提高了效率。
更重要的是,由于所述承载部22的底部与所述电路板10之间留有一定的距离,使所述承载部22下方的电路板10上能够设置一些小型贴片元件12,从而最大限度的利用了电路板10的空间。
请继续参考图3,为本发明另一种较佳实施方式,其与前述的实施方式相似,包括一个电连接器30,所述电连接器30包括一个承载部32,所述承载部32上同样设有四个所述插接部24,其与前述的实施方式的不同之处在于:所述四个插接部24呈矩阵排列设置于所述承载部32上,所述每相邻两个插接部24之间的距离满足可同时将两个所述电子元件插接于相邻两个插接部24上而互不干扰。
在上述实施方式中,所述支撑件222的数量不限于四个,其位置也不限于所述承载部22底部的四角,均可根据实际需要进行设计,以达到最大限度利用电路板10空间的目的。
另外,所述电连接器20的类型不限于以上实施方式提到的SATA公头连接器,所述插接部24的数量也不仅限于四个,所述插接部22的排列方式也不仅限于上述较佳实施方式中提到的排列方式,均可根据实际需要进行设计,以达到一定程度上降低设计制造成本的目的。
Claims (7)
1.一种电路板,包括电连接器,所述电连接器包括一个承载部,所述承载部设置至少一个支撑件,其特征在于:所述支撑件将所述承载部固定于所述电路板上并使所述承载部的底部与所述电路板之间留有一定的距离,所述承载部下方的电路板上设有小型贴片元件。
2.如权利要求1所述的电路板,其特征在于:所述支撑件的数量为四个且分别设置于所述承载部的底部的四角。
3.如权利要求1所述的电路板,其特征在于:所述承载部上至少设置两个插接部。
4.如权利要求3所述的电路板,其特征在于:所述插接部以长边为标准平行排列设置于所述承载部上。
5.如权利要求3所述的电路板,其特征在于:所述插接部的数量为偶数时呈矩阵排列设置于所述承载部上。
6.如权利要求1所述的电路板,其特征在于:所述承载部的底部与所述电路板之间距离为2mm。
7.如权利要求1所述的电路板,其特征在于:所述电路板为计算机主板。
