Abstract

本发明涉及合金材料,高铬中碳不锈钢,铁合金中含有下述重量百分比的化学成分制成:碳0.45-0.9、硅≤1.0、锰≤0.6、磷≤0.03、硫≤0.03、铬16-18、钼≤1.2、钒≤0.6。本发明碳含量降低,提高其中金属含量,有效降低合金的脆性,提高抗腐蚀性能,长期保持光亮,保护金属不生锈,使合金钢硬度上满足要求,同时也大大改善其它加工性能(如氮化等),制得的产品具有高硬度,良好的耐磨性能、耐腐蚀性能及高的抗疲劳强度。本发明合金钢特别适用于活塞环、微型轴及不锈轴承用合金钢。

技术领域:
本发明涉及合金材料,特别是合金钢,另外还涉及其制法。 
背景技术:
目前用于汽车活塞环、微型轴及不锈钢轴承的不锈钢材料多数为含铬合金钢,调整其中铬的含量以适应不同的应用需要,而其中的碳含量一直是较高,一般在0.9%以上,脆性及耐腐蚀性能方面不是很完美,而且加工难度大,成本高。 
发明内容:
本发明的目的是克服上述不足问题,提供一种高铬中碳不锈钢,合金配方合理,性能优异,成本低。另外还提供其制法,简单易操作。 
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:高铬中碳不锈钢,铁合金中含有下述重量百分比的化学成分制成: 
碳0.45-0.9    硅≤1.0    锰≤0.6    磷≤0.03 
硫≤0.03      铬16-18    钼≤1.2    钒≤0.6。 
所述高铬中碳不锈钢优选铁合金中含有下述重量百分比的化学成分制成: 
碳0.58-0.65    硅0.25-0.50    锰0.20-0.48    磷≤0.03 
硫≤0.03       铬16-18        钼0.20-0.3     钒≤0.6。 
所述高铬中碳不锈钢为活塞环、微型轴及不锈轴承用合金钢。 
熔炼方法:采用电炉(EAF)+钢包精炼炉(LF)治炼或其它满足本技术要求的方法冶炼。 
本发明合金与同类产品相比,其中碳含量降低,提高其中金属含量,有效降低合金的脆性,同时提高抗腐蚀性能,铬、钼都是高熔点高沸点的金属,铬是金属中最硬的,质硬耐腐蚀,铬能长期保护光亮,保护金属不生锈,调整其中铬的含量,使合金钢硬度上满足要求,同时也大大改善其它加工性能(如氮化等),钼的加入促使合金细化,组织均匀、稳定,使用合金组织间的硬度差减小,进一步加强了合金的耐磨性和抗冲击性,另外其中的钒在加热时与碳、硅生成硬度、熔点都很高的间充型化合物(VC、VSi),制得的产品具有高硬度,良好的耐磨性能、耐腐蚀性能及高的抗疲劳强度。本发明合金钢特别适用于活塞环、微型轴及不锈轴承用合金钢。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但不限于实施例。 
实施例1 
高铬中碳不锈钢合金,产品中含有下述重量百分比的化学成分(熔炼分析),采用EAF+LF治炼方法制成: 
碳0.45    硅0.8    锰0.6    磷0.02 
硫0.02    铬18     钼1.0    钒0.5。 
实施例2 
高铬中碳不锈钢合金,产品中含有下述重量百分比的化学成分(熔炼分析),采用EAF+LF治炼方法制成: 
碳0.58    硅0.50   锰0.28    磷0.01 
硫0.01    铬16     钼0.2      钒0.3。 
实施例3 
高铬中碳不锈钢合金,产品中含有下述重量百分比的化学成分(熔炼分析),采用EAF+LF治炼方法制成: 
碳0.8    硅0.4    锰0.4    磷0.03 
硫0.02    铬17    钼0.4    钒0.4。 
实施例4 
高铬中碳不锈钢合金,产品中含有下述重量百分比的化学成分(熔炼分析),采用EAF+LF治炼方法制成: 
碳0.65    硅0.30    锰0.30    磷0.02 
硫0.01    铬16      钼0.3    钒0.2。

其余量是铁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高铬中碳不锈钢,其特征是:高铬中碳不锈钢为活塞环、微型轴及不锈轴承用合金钢。
