Abstract
本发明涉及在机动车的调节装置的一个至少在连接区域(6)中由一种可热塑性变形的塑料材料组成的空心轴(2)与一个驱动或从动部件、例如一个齿轮(4)之间的形状锁合的连接(1),其中该轴(2)及该驱动或从动部件(4)通过一个构型(8)相互无相对转动地固定并且该驱动或从动部件(4)轴向地止挡在轴(2)的一个阶台(17)上。本发明提出:为了构成用于该驱动或从动部件(4)的轴向反止挡,在轴(2)的自由端部(10)上设有一个径向上至少部分地搭接该驱动或从动部件(4)的、由轴(2)的自由端部(10)的塑性热变形产生的凸缘(18)。
Description
现有技术
本发明涉及根据权利要求1及权利要求7的前序部分的、在机动车的一个调节装置的一个至少在连接区域中由一种可热塑性变形的塑料材料组成的空心轴与一个驱动或从动部件、例如一个齿轮或一个操作杆之间形状锁合的连接及其制造方法,其中该轴与驱动或从动部件通过一个构型(Profilierung)彼此无相对转动地固定及该驱动或从动部件轴向上止挡在该轴的一个阶台上。
以下对于驱动或从动部件应理解为这样一个部件,该部件接收转动或直线运动及将该运动传递到轴上或将一个导入该轴的旋转运动传递到相邻的组件上,例如一个齿轮或一个杠杆上。对于一个机动车的调节装置应理解为任何类型的调节装置,借助它可驱动或调节机动车的一个部件或一个组件,例如一个节气门调节器,一个雨刷器驱动器,一个电子油门(EGAS)调节装置或一个废气再循环阀的调节器。
由现有技术公开了机动车的调节装置中的连接部分,其中这样一个轴及这样一个驱动或从动部件彼此用螺钉连接,例如是这样的,即,轴的突出超过驱动或从动部件的端部设有一个外螺纹,在该外螺纹上可拧上一个螺母,以便使驱动或从动部件锁紧在轴上。但螺母构成一个附加的部件,此外在该螺母上还存在危险,即通过在机动车上具有的振动负荷将随时间而松弛。此外在轴与驱动或从动部件之间可拆卸的力锁合连接的情况下可通过材料的蠕变随时间出现连接的松弛。此外,所述两个部件也可通过粘接彼此相连接,但这将需要附加的材料及干燥的时间。焊接连接也具有缺点,即被局限在一定的、彼此可焊接的材料配对上。最后卡锁连接具有大的造型成本。
本发明的优点
根据本发明的方法提出:制造一个构成用于驱动或从动部件的轴向反止挡的凸缘,其方式是,对该轴的伸出超过该驱动或从动部件的自由端部加热及利用一个凸模对该自由端部压。因此结果产生了一个径向上至少部分地搭接该驱动或从动部件的、由轴的自由端部的塑性热变形产生的凸缘。
这样的通过塑性热变形产生的连接(装置)非常优异地适于使用在机动车中,因为它作为塑性形状锁合的连接可在其工作寿命期间对振动负荷不敏感地可靠保持。此外驱动或从动部件的材料可根据需要被自由地选择。只要温度保持低于轴的塑料的软化温度-在通常的使用条件下就是这样的情况,该连接(装置)对温度是不敏感的。最后它对侵蚀的介质有抵抗作用。
通过在从属权利要求中所述的措施可以得到独立权利要求中给出的本发明的有利的进一步构型及改进。
特别优选地,利用热气体或热辐射或摩擦来对轴端部进行加热。在此,可将热施加到凸模和/或直接地施加到轴的自由端部上。因此在第一种情况下轴的自由的待变形的端部通过被加热的凸模的直接接触被加热。变换地,可在事先轴的端部被加热后用冷的凸模加压。最后,一种方案也可使凸模及轴的自由端部被加热及然后进行加压过程。
压过程例如可由凸模在轴线方向上的直线进给、由凸模在轴线方向上的直线进给与叠加的绕轴线的旋转运动的组合、或由凸模在轴线方向上的直线进给与叠加的绕轴线的摆动运动的组合来实现。
根据一个进一步的构型,该驱动或从动部件具有一个径向向内的阶台,用于接收凸缘。然后,被加热的、粘性的塑料材料通过凸模的压力压入到阶台中,其中该阶台确定了凸缘的大小及延伸距离。由此可保证连接部分的可重复制造的强度。
用于制造所述连接的方法以及所述连接装置的结构结合以下的实施例说明予以清楚地描述。

具体实施方式
图1中表示一个空心轴2与一个驱动或从动部件-这里为一个齿轮4-之间的连接1在其完成前的视图。轴2及齿轮4是一个机动车的一个调节装置的部件,例如内燃机节气门调节器、雨刷器驱动器、电子油门调节装置或废气再循环阀调节器的部件,其中电子油门调节装置用一个油门踏板量传感器电子地测量油门踏板的位置及通过发动机控制装置引起节气门的一个相应位置。也可取代齿轮4将任何其它类型的驱动或从动部件,例如将一个杆或一个凸轮通过所述连接1固定在该轴2上。
轴2优选完全由一种热塑性塑料组成,该塑料在热作用下可塑性地变形。也可取代完全地由塑料组成,轴2仅在与齿轮4的连接区域6中由热塑性的塑料材料组成。
轴2与齿轮4之间的连接1是无相对转动及轴向固定的,其中轴2及齿轮4通过一个径向构型8相互无相对转动地固定。这例如可这样来实现:在连接区域6中,轴2的自由端部10在其径向外圆周面上及齿轮4在一个中心透孔12的径向内圆周面上具有相互配合的构型8,其中轴2的自由端部10穿过该中心透孔伸出。根据该优选实施形式,相互配合的构型8同时构成一个用于该套在轴2上的齿轮4的轴向止挡,即相互配合的凸起14及凹槽16的背离轴2的自由端部10的端面同时也构成至少一个起连接1的轴向止挡作用的阶台17,所述凸起及凹槽实际被设置来产生转动连接。
轴向的反止挡通过一个在轴2的自由端部10的端面上设有的凸缘18构成,该凸缘由轴2的塑料材料的热塑性变形引起。为了制造该连接1,首先将齿轮4套在轴2上直至它止挡在阶台17上为止及轴2的自由端部10由透孔12伸出一段。然后将轴2的自由端部10加热及加压以构成所述凸缘18。该压力通过一个圆柱形的凸模20来产生,该凸模在其初始位置时相对轴2及相对齿轮4同轴心地设置,但在轴向上还相隔开。该凸模20具有一个向着轴2的自由端部10的轴颈22,当凸模20用其端部的环形面26轴向地压到轴2的自由端部10的端面上时,该轴颈可伸入到空心轴2的孔24中。
轴2的自由端部10被加热到一个温度上,在该温度上可达到塑性的热变形,该加热可用任意的方式实现,但优选通过使用热气体或热辐射或通过摩擦来实现。
优选地,将热量施加到轴2的自由端部10上及然后将冷的凸模20压到轴2的被加热的自由端部10上。变换地,可首先将热量施加到凸模20上及然后将加热的凸模20压在仍然冷的轴2的自由端部10上。最后,也可将凸模20及轴2的自由端部10加热及然后进行压过程。
在此情况下压过程可由凸模20在轴线28方向上的直线进给、由凸模20在轴线方向上的直线进给与叠加的绕轴线28的旋转运动的组合或由凸模20在轴线28方向上的直线进给与叠加的绕轴线28的摆动运动的组合来实现。
优选轴2的材料的热膨胀系数与齿轮4的塑料材料的热膨胀系数具有同一数量级,由此不会引起大的材料应力。
齿轮4在轴2的自由端部10的区域中具有一个径向向内的阶台30,用于接收所述凸缘18。然后被加热的、粘性的塑料材料通过凸模20的压力压入到所述阶台30中,其中该阶台确定了凸缘18的大小及延伸距离。由此可保证连接1的可重复制造的强度。最后凸缘18构成所述反止挡地径向地搭接齿轮4的阶台30,由此使齿轮4也在轴向上固定在凸缘18与由这些构型8构成的另外的轴向止挡17之间,如尤其从图2中可看到的。
Claims (8)
1.在机动车的调节装置的一个至少在连接区域(6)中由一种可热塑性变形的塑料材料组成的空心轴(2)与一个驱动或从动部件、例如一个齿轮(4)之间制造形状锁合的连接(1)的方法,其中该轴(2)及该驱动或从动部件(4)通过一个构型(8)相互无相对转动地固定并且该驱动或从动部件(4)轴向地止挡在该轴(2)的一个阶台(17)上,其特征在于:制造一个构成用于该驱动或从动部件(4)的轴向反止挡的凸缘(18),其方式是,对该轴(2)的伸出超过该驱动或从动部件(4)的自由端部(10)加热及利用一个由一个凸模(20)施加的压力压该自由端部。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于:利用热气体或热辐射或摩擦来进行加热。
3.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其特征在于:将热施加到凸模(20)上及将被加热的凸模(20)压在轴(2)的自由端部(10)上。
4.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其特征在于:将热施加到轴(2)的自由端部(10)上及然后将凸模(20)压在轴(2)的自由端部(10)上。
5.根据以上权利要求中至少一项的方法,其特征在于:压过程可由凸模(20)在轴线(28)方向上的直线进给、由凸模(20)在轴线(28)方向上的直线进给与叠加的绕轴线(28)的旋转运动的组合或由凸模(20)在轴线(28)方向上的直线进给与叠加的绕轴线(28)的摆动运动的组合来实现。
6.根据以上权利要求中至少一项的方法,其特征在于:轴(2)的材料的热膨胀系数与该驱动或从动部件(4)的材料的热膨胀系数具有同一数量级。
7.在机动车的调节装置的一个至少在连接区域(6)中由一种可热塑性变形塑料材料组成的空心轴(2)与一个驱动或从动部件、例如一个齿轮(4)之间的形状锁合的连接(1),其中轴(2)及该驱动或从动部件(4)通过一个构型(8)相互无相对转动地固定并且该驱动或从动部件(4)轴向上止挡在该轴(2)的一个阶台(17)上,其特征在于:为了构成用于该驱动或从动部件(4)的轴向反止挡,在轴(2)的自由端部(10)上设有一个径向上至少部分地搭接该驱动或从动部件(4)的、由轴(2)的自由端部(10)的塑性热变形产生的凸缘(18)。
