Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于固定耳道内的非定制单元的装置。其中非定制单元包括接收器单元和管状定位单元,管状定位单元固定在耳道内的预定插入点以传递声音信号给鼓膜。还包括衰减装置,其位于耳内用于保护耳朵免受过大的声音的损害,供音乐家或可以受益于本发明的其他人使用。
背景技术
由于从入口到耳鼓耳道越来越窄,需要连接到放置在耳内的单元的装置能够对耳鼓施加向内的作用力。实际情况是每一个人的耳道是各不相同的,所以该问题不是对所有的用户都非常突出,这使得需要该装置是可分离的。
在现有技术中,布鲁克霍夫(Bruckhoff)提出的专利申请DE 202004 016540A1公开了一种解决方案。但是所提出的解决方案在选择具有固定装置和不具有固定装置的设备时,不是非常便捷。因此本发明的一个目标是提供更易于连接到耳道设备或者易于从耳道设备分离的固定装置,其中耳道设备与固定装置之间的连接是稳定的和不可移动的。
发明内容
本发明的思想是提供一根条形物——可弯曲的塑料片,其滑过开口能够放置在耳机单元内。当条形物放置在外耳中并固定在弯曲的位置时,塑料中的反作用力将使条形物重新伸直,因此对耳道施加所需的向内作用力。
根据本发明提供了耳道设备和固定条,其中耳道设备具有延伸进入耳道并面向鼓膜的远端部分和向耳道开口延伸的近端部分,其中耳道设备的近端部分包括开口,其中固定条具有设计为固定在开口的第一端,和设计为弹性支撑在外耳内侧的第二端,用于在耳道设备上施加固定作用力。
通过该结构,根据用户的需要条形物很容易连接或移除。移除或安装条形物时该系统的其他部分不需要拆开。耳道设备中的开口很容易提供,且当不使用时,因为用户不需要固定条,开口将隐藏在耳道的入口,正常情况下是不可见的。
在实施例中,条形物具有与开口相匹配的横截面,在条形物的一端制成球形突起,此外开口是贯通的。经开口从其一端抽出条形物,使其被牢固地固定到耳道设备,从而球形突起将形成末端挡板。这是在开口中固定条形物特别简单而有效的方法。优选地,耳道设备在开口周围具有凹口,因此球形突起将与耳道设备平齐。
所提供的耳道中的开口可以是横向贯通的通道。开口还可以由狭缝形成,其允许将固定条侧向插入开口。
在实施例中,靠近球形突起和/或开口的条形物相对于耳道设备的长度方向有夹角,从而一旦耳道设备和条形物安排进入耳道内,条形物将与耳道向外形成夹角。有向外的夹角的条形物将提供更好的支撑力,并将特别确保对耳道的作用力。
在实施例中,条形物具有椭圆形的横截面。当条形物由弹性材料制成时,椭圆形的横截面将对外耳内侧提供均匀的作用力,因此该装置也将佩戴舒适。

具体实施方式
图1-3公开了现有技术的方案。从布鲁克霍夫提出的DE 202004016540A1可了解该方案。根据该方案,将条形元件33(如图2所示)固定到耳道设备,并使条形物恰好支撑在外耳较低和后面的部分,其中条形物33的弹性在耳道设备上产生作用力,其有助于在头部剧烈运动期间也保持装置的位置。如图2和3所示,条形物33在其一端具有较宽的部分30,孔31穿透较宽的部分。在该例子中耳道设备是管22,如图2所示,使管穿过孔31,条形物以这种方式固定到耳道设备。与该方案相关的问题是在管22从孔31抽出之前,耳道设备必须与位于耳后的部分拆开和分离。这是一项相当麻烦的工作,此外它还使条形物的体积增大,特别是在有孔的一端,从而条形物会很显眼。进一步地,孔31与管22之间的连接允许条形物在管22周围旋转,这使在正常使用期间条形物会放错地方,如果用户想要将其重新放置在正确的位置,需要很多技巧。
因此需要易于从耳道设备移除的支撑装置,且一旦其连接到耳道设备,将与耳道设备形成不可移动的连接。
本发明的示例如图4所示,其中所示条形物100在开口101上方,准备插入开口101。示例中的耳道设备103是接收器组件,放入耳内时在其假设面向鼓膜的一端具有开口104,其中耳道设备103在另一端连接到电线106。当设备插入耳道时,电线106的末端将放置在耳道的入口。电线106在其另一端具有用于与助听器(未示出)相连的连接部分107。通常这样的助听器将会放置在耳垂上方。
在开口101周围设置凹口108,条形物100在其末端部分具有小的球形突起109,当条形物100通过开口101抽出时,球形突起装配在凹口108中。
在图4所示实施例中,假设条形物插入开口101,穿过开口101抽出并拉紧,从而球形突起固定在凹口108中。通过使条形物在球形突起109以下的部分具有与开口101紧密配合的横截面,确保了将条形物保持在耳道设备103上的固定位置。如图4进一步所示,条形物100在球形突起109以下的一段110相对于条形物100的其余部分成一定的角度。这有助于在安放时将条形物100固定在外耳中的正确位置。
条形物100可以是直的或略微弯曲的并由弹性材料制成,从而可以将其支撑在外耳的内侧放置,如图1中的现有技术所示。弹性材料将确保在整个条形物的长度范围维持条形物材料与外耳之间的均匀作用力,并对耳道设备103施加合理的反作用力从而将装置103维持在耳道内的适当位置。
在图5所示的另一实施例中,开口101是沿耳道设备103的横向延伸的狭缝111。在这种情况下,条形物100能够从侧面放入狭缝111并固定在其中,或者从如图4所示的上方放入开口101。在两种情况下,条形物将固定在开口中,从而球形突起部分109将固定在凹口108中,且其末端位置大约能与耳道设备的外表面平齐。
图6中表示了另一实施例,其中开口101是盲孔,在其底部具有凹口113。为了配合球形突起部分109,制造较宽的部分113。在该情况下从下面或者从侧面将条形物100引入开口101。在两种情况下,球形突起部分109恰当地配合在盲孔101底部的凹口113中,从而条形物100以安全的方式固定,并相对于耳道设备103不可移动。
在以上示例中,球形突起部分表示为条形物终端的平滑凸缘,但是球形突起还可以是水滴形,或者防止条形物被拉出开口101的其他一些形状。
在已公开的本发明的实施例中,耳道设备是接收器组件,但是多种其他耳道设备也可以通过根据本发明的固定装置保持在耳道中。在助听器设备中,接收器可以放置在耳后的机壳内,声音导管可以向耳道提供声音信号,因此使用声音导管固定装置。在此条形物可以描述为用于保持声音导管位于耳道内的适当位置。除如上所述助听器之外,本发明还可以与保护耳朵免受较大声音损害的声音衰减装置共同使用,或者用在提供电话或其他通讯设备与耳道设备之间的通信的耳式通信装置中。
Claims (4)
1.一种耳道设备(103)和固定条(100)的组合结构,其中耳道设备(103)具有延伸进入耳道并面向鼓膜的远端部分和向耳道开口延伸的近端部分,电线(106)连接到近端部分,其中耳道设备的近端部分还包括开口(101),其中固定条(100)具有设计为固定在开口(101)中的第一端,和设计为弹性支撑在外耳内侧的第二端,用于在耳道设备(103)上施加固定作用力,其特征在于,固定条(100)具有在固定条(100)的第一端形成的加宽的球形状突起(109),其中开口是贯通的,并且固定条适配于插入到开口(101)、被穿过开口(101)抽出并拉紧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耳道设备(103)和固定条(100)的组合结构,其中耳道设备在开口周围具有凹口(108),因此球形突起(109)将与耳道设备(103)齐平。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耳道设备和固定条的组合结构,其中固定条与球形突起(109)相邻的部分相对于耳道设备的长度方向形成夹角,和/或开口(101)相对于耳道设备的长度方向形成夹角,从而一旦耳道设备和固定条(100)安排放入耳道,固定条将与耳道向外形成夹角。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耳道设备和固定条的组合结构,其中固定条具有椭圆形的横截面。
