本发明属于低压电气设备,涉及一种在低压断路器中使用的断路器灭弧栅片及灭弧室。
背景技术
普通的断路器灭弧室一般由壳体和安装在壳体内的多层灭弧栅片组成,其结构主要存在以下缺陷:1、由于灭弧栅片大多通过峁接的方式与壳体连接,其加工工序复杂、制造效率低;2、灭弧栅片前端边缘的轮廓一般为对称的“V形”或“U形”,经实际使用证明其灭弧效果并不理想,从而影响了灭弧室的分断能力和电气寿命。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、安装方便、灭弧效果好的断路器灭弧栅片及灭弧室。
本发明的断路器灭弧栅片是具有前端边缘、后端边缘及两个侧边缘的片状结构,其前端边缘的轮廓为一个不对称的凹槽,凹槽的底部呈波浪形。
本发明的断路器灭弧室由多个上述结构的灭弧栅片与壳体组成,壳体是由一个底板、一个顶板和两个侧板构成的框架结构,壳体的前面和后面敞开,在两个侧板的内侧面上由上至下开有多对插槽,多层灭弧栅片插接在插槽中,其中部分灭弧栅片两侧边的安装位置与另一部分灭弧栅片两侧边的位置相反,安装位置相反的灭弧栅片交错安置,并且相反安装的灭弧栅片凹槽底部波浪形的凸起部分和凹陷部分相互错开。所述灭弧栅片可以由壳体后面插入插槽,灭弧栅片的两个侧边缘的后端分别设置有突起的限位台阶,限位台阶挡在壳体的两个侧板后端。
本发明的灭弧室中,壳体与灭弧栅片采用插接的方式连接,大大简化了装配工艺,提高了生产效率;此外,由于采用非对称结构的灭弧栅片,同时灭弧栅片的前端边缘交错排布,可以对电弧产生较好的拉长、切割效果,提高了电弧电压、增强了灭弧室的灭弧能力。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的灭弧栅片1的前端边缘为不对称的凹槽11,凹槽底部呈不规则的波浪形。
如图2所示,本发明断路器灭弧室的壳体2由底板21、顶板22和两个侧板23组成,其前面和后面敞开,两个侧板的内侧面上开有多对插槽24。
如图3、图4所示,侧板的插槽24中插有多层灭弧栅片1,灭弧栅片从壳体后面插入插槽24,并通过灭弧栅片两侧边后端的台阶12限位。一部分灭弧栅片两侧边的安装位置与另一部分灭弧栅片两侧边的位置相反,不同安装方向的灭弧栅片交错地插入侧板上的插槽。
如图5所示,安装位置相反的两片灭弧栅片,其凹槽底部波浪形的凸起部分111和凹陷部分112相互错开,即一片灭弧栅片的凸起部分与另一片灭弧栅片的凹陷部分相对。

Claims (2)

1.一种断路器灭弧室,它由多个灭弧栅片(1)与壳体(2)组成,其特征是:所述灭弧栅片前端边缘的轮廓为一个不对称的凹槽(12),凹槽的底部呈波浪形;壳体是由一个底板(21)、一个顶板(22)和两个侧板(23)构成的框架结构,壳体的前面和后面敞开,在两个侧板的内侧面上由上至下开有多对插槽(24),多层灭弧栅片(1)插接在插槽中,其中部分灭弧栅片两侧边的安装位置与另一部分灭弧栅片两侧边的位置相反,安装位置相反的灭弧栅片交错安置,并且相反安装的灭弧栅片凹槽底部波浪形的凸起部分(111)和凹陷部分(112)相互错开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的断路器灭弧室,其特征是:所述灭弧栅片(1)由壳体(2)后面插入插槽(24),灭弧栅片的两个侧边缘的后端分别设置有突起的限位台阶(12),限位台阶挡在壳体的两个侧板(23)后端。
