Abstract

本发明提供一种用于机动车发动机机体的带电护理剂,主要由正溴丙烷,十二烯烃,六氟丙烯三聚体,异丙醇,苎烯等组成。本发明产品不含破坏大气臭氧层物质,绝缘电阻≥1×1010Ω,可在发动机工作状态下进行护理,不但能清除各种污垢,更能清除机体的静电,对电线触点有防止氧化防锈作用,提高电器触点性能,对电路必备信号有良好保护作用,护理时不用水,不会造成二次污染。

技术领域
本发明属于精细化工产品组合,特别涉及用于机动车发动机机体的带电护理剂技术领域。
背景技术
发动机是机动车的心脏。机动车发动机长期的高温工作状态以及环境中的废气、废油、带电荷的尘垢等污染,会使发动机功率损耗增大,机体产生大量的静电荷,电压可达几百甚至几千伏,使电路绝缘值下降,零部件腐蚀加速,导致使用寿命缩短,严重的会造成电器短路,甚至发生机动车自燃,酿成安全事故,给人身财产安全带来不可估量的损失。现有技术对机动车发动机机体的维护,只能在停止工作的状态下,用泡沫型的碱性清洁剂加兑大量的水进行外部冲洗。这种方法不能清除机体静电,水溶液的存在往往造成发动机重新起动时造成短路,烧毁线路,使照明及其他必备信号失灵和高低压漏电等整体性能下降的严重后果。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是要克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种在发动机仍在工作状态下也能对机体进行护理,不但能清除各种污垢,更重要的是消除机体大量的静电荷,提高机体的绝缘阻抗和散热效果,提高防腐蚀能力,延长发动机使用寿命。由于本发明不涉及水的使用,克服了现有技术因大量用水造成二次污染的不良后果,又因为本发明不含有消耗臭氧层物质(ODS),不会对大气臭氧层产生任何破坏作用。
下面是本发明的技术实施方案。用于机动车发动机机体的带电护理剂,其特征是各组分组成(重量百分比)分别为:正溴丙烷15.0—70.0,十二烯烃20.0—60.0,六氟丙烯三聚体5.0—50.0,异丙醇1.0—3.0,苎烯0.5—2.0,稳定剂0.5—3.0。经过反复使用试验,本发明的用于机动车发动机机体的护理剂,各组分的最佳组成(重量百分比)分别为:正溴丙烷45.0,十二烯烃32.0,六氟丙烯三聚体12.0,异丙醇0.5,苎烯0.5,稳定剂3.0。
本发明提供的产品,经检测属不燃性物质,不溶于水,耐压25KV/0.25mm绝缘电阻≥1×1010Ω,不含破坏大气臭氧层物质,对塑料无膨胀无腐浊,对金属电器不会产生变色。
本发明提供的用于机动车发动机机体的带电护理剂电绝缘性高,所以护理也能在工作状态下进行,操作简单,使用安全,除了能清除各种污垢外,更能清除机体的静电荷98%以上,对电线触点有防止氧化防锈作用,提高电器触点性能,对电路各种必备信号有良好的保护作用。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例进一步说明本发明。
实施例1:分别准确称量正溴丙烷65.0kg,十二烯烃5.0kg,六氟丙烯三聚体28.0kg,异丙醇1.0kg,苎烯0.5kg,稳定剂0.5kg。称量完毕,把各组分投入带搅拌的反应器中,充分搅拌后即可灌装待用。
实施例2:分别准确称量正溴丙烷25.0kg,十二烯烃45.0kg,六氟丙烯三聚体25.0kg,异丙醇2.0kg,苎烯1.0kg,稳定剂2.0kg。称量完毕,按实施例1的方法操作即可生产本发明的护理剂。
实施例3:分别准确称量正溴丙烷45.0kg,十二烯烃32.0kg,六氟丙烯三聚体12.0kg,异丙醇0.5kg,苎烯0.5kg,稳定剂3.0kg。称量完毕,按实施例1的方法操作即可生产本发明的护理剂。

1.用于机动车发动机机体的带电护理剂,其特征是各组分的组成的重量百分比分别为:正溴丙烷15.0-70.0,十二烯烃20.0-60.0,六氟丙烯三聚体5.0-50.0,异丙醇1.0-3.0,苎烯0.5-2.0,稳定剂0.5-3.0。
