Abstract

本发明涉及的液相光自养培养箱,由自动调节光照、温度、湿度、气体成份等并具有灭菌、电控制及电保护功能的培养箱体和培养系统构成;其培养系统由培养层架、液相培养托盘和培养液循环装置组成;培养液循环装置可外置,由密封贮液箱依次联接循环泵、流量计、进液管、可调流量阀门、溢出液收集管、培养托盘液体排空收集管组成;可调流量阀门位于液相培养托盘上方;培养托盘的液面控制溢口通过溢出液收集管与密封贮液箱相的回收液进口联接,培养托盘的液体排空口下接外控阀门通过排空液体收集管排出。本发明的培养设备,其可以用于植物微繁液相光自养无糖培养,且可适时分析、调整营养液配方,在培养结束时,回收培养液。

液相光自养培养箱
技术领域
本发明涉及一种科学研究用的微型植物培养设备,特别是可用于固相培养用的设备。
背景技术
目前,众所周知的植物微繁培养设备都有自动调节和控制光照、温度、湿度、气体成份等,并具有灭菌、电控制及电保护功能,同时具有完善的漏电、短路、超压、掉电、记忆等保护功能,但只能用于固体培养。液体培养设备中,要靠摇动来增加培养基中的溶解养气,如果震荡不足,造成溶氧量不足,培养物容易死亡,但如果过于激烈,容易伤害培养物且液体容易溢出,因此目前还没有见到用于微型植物培养的液相光自养培养箱。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种液相光自养培养箱,其可以同时用于固体培养基和液体培养,在培养过程中,可分析营养液中的营养元素,适时调整营养液配方。在培养结束时,回收培养液。
本发明目的是采用以下方案实现的:一种液相光自养培养箱由自动调控光照、温度、湿度、气体成份等并具有灭菌、电控制及电保护功能的培养箱体和培养系统构成;其培养系统由培养层架、设在培养层架上的液相培养托盘和培养液循环装置组成,培养层架固定在培养箱体内;培养液循环装置由培养液密封贮液箱、循环泵、流量计、进液管、可调流量阀门、溢出液收集管、培养托盘液体排空收集管组成;培养托盘一侧设有液面控制溢口、溢口下接着溢出液收集管、底部设有液体排空口,排空口下接外控阀门、排空液体收集管;溢出液收集管通过管道与密封贮液箱相回收液进口联接,密封贮液箱的出液口与循环泵相联接、循环泵通过流量计与进液管联接;密封贮液箱上还设有一个可密封的加液口、排液口;进液管与设在养托盘上方的可调流量阀门相连接。
上述的液相光自养培养箱,其在密封贮液箱的回收液进口和出液口设有过滤保护装置。
上述的液相光自养培养箱,其培养液循环装置的培养液密封贮液箱、循环泵、流量计、可调流量阀门可以部份或全部设在培养箱箱体之外。
采用上述结构的液相光自养培养箱,采用流动溶氧法,可以通过调节营养流量的大小来调节溶氧量。同时,通过强制液体循环装和可调流量阀门达到各培养层液压不同而流量相同的目的。在培养一段时间后,可分析营养液中的营养元素,判断所培养植株对何种营养元素的需求量最大,适时调整营养液配方。在培养结束时,回收培养液进行浓缩,可借助其他分析仪器,对培养液中其他的植株分泌物进行分析。采用上述结构的培养箱特别适宜植物微繁无糖培养,又可作为普通的人工气候箱使用,操作方便,结构简单,一机多用,非常适用于实验室的实验研究工作。

具体实施例:
按常规固相植物微繁培养箱设计培养箱体,使之具有自动控光、控温、控湿、换气、气体调节、灭菌、培养层架和电控制保护功能,同时按如图1所示液相光自养培养箱培养托盘与液体循环装置示意图,在箱体内设置培养托盘和液体循环装置,其中液体循环装置的密封贮液箱、过滤装置、循环泵、流量计设在箱体外。即成为本发明所提供的液相光自养培养箱。

Claims (2)

1.一种液相光自养培养箱,其由自动调控光照、温度、湿度、气体成份并具有灭菌、电控制及电保护功能的培养箱体和培养系统构成,其特征是:所述培养系统为由培养层架、设在培养层架上的液相培养托盘(7)和培养液循环装置组成;培养液循环装置由培养液密封贮液箱(16)、循环泵(4)、流量计(5)、进液管(9)、可调流量阀门(8)、溢出液收集管(13)、培养托盘液体排空收集管(12)组成;培养托盘(7)一侧设有液面控制溢口(11)、溢口下接着溢出液收集管(13)、底部设有液体排空口(10),排空口下接外控阀门(6)、培养托盘液体排空收集管(12);溢出液收集管(13)通过管道与密封贮液箱(16)的回收液进口(14)联接,密封贮液箱的出液口(15)与循环泵(4)相联接、循环泵(4)通过流量计(5)与进液管(9)联接;密封贮液箱(16)上还设有一个可密封的加液口(2)、排液口(1);进液管(9)与设在培养托盘(7)上方的可调流量阀门(8)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液相光自养培养箱,其特征是:所述密封贮液箱的回收液进口和出液口设有过滤保护装置。
