Abstract

一种含有生物材料的防污涂料,属于防止海洋生物污损性附着技术类。活性生物材料是将细菌细胞固定化作为防污剂与基料丙烯酸乳胶液、松香配制成含有活性生物材料的涂料。本发明的优点是一种不含毒物的防污涂料,可用于船舶,水下设施,海水养殖网箱等防止生物附着。防污有效期可达1~1.5年。

Description

含有生物材料的防污涂料,属于防止海洋生物污损性附着技术类。
船舶水下部位被生物附着后增加阻力,降低航速,加大能耗,造成经济损失,水下设施和仪器被生物附着会降低或丧失原有性能。因此,水下防污着是重要的海洋技术之一。在现有技术中是以防污涂料为主,防污着是以毒物毒杀和毒物渗出原理为基础。防污涂料中的毒物可以是氧化亚铜,有机金属化合物。
本发明的构思是依据生物学原理[注1],使用细菌细胞固定化生物技术,将生物材料作为防污剂配制成含有活性生物材料的防污涂料,是一种不含有毒物的防污涂料。
本发明的特征是:
1、排硫杆菌(Thiobacillus thioparus)和氧化硫杆菌(Thiobacillus thooxidans)分离、纯化、丰富培养[注2]
2、细菌细胞液体丰富培养后,在培养液中加二氧化钛0.2‰作为载体,经离心(10000转/分)浓缩制成活性生物材料,材料中蛋白质含量不低于0.2mg/g。
3、将活性生物材料加入丙烯酸乳胶液和松香经研磨成涂料,细度为80微米以下,用涂4杯测定粘度为40-60秒的涂料。
含有活性生物材料的防污涂料可用于船舶,水下设施。由于不含有毒物亦可用于水下养殖中网具的防污。有效期为1-1.5年,储藏稳定期为0.5年。

Claims (3)

1、海洋防污涂料,其特征在于:含有活性生物材料固定化细菌细胞。
2、权利要求1的防污涂料,其中活性生物材料固定化细菌细胞是用硫细菌类排硫杆菌(Thiobacillus  thioparus)和氧化硫杆菌(Thiobacillus  thiooxidans),经过丰富培养、离心浓缩和用载体固定化。
3、权利要求1或2的防污涂料,由以下组分组成:丙烯酸乳胶液、松香和活性生物材料固定化细菌细胞(蛋白质含量不低于0.2mg/g);该涂料细度为80微米以下,涂4杯测定粘度为40~60秒。
