Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用在开口上的堵头组件,此开口可供检测用X-射线源进入管路或设备,这里所说的管路或设备是用一种焊接时易产生裂纹的高强度合金钢制成。该堵头组件包括一个端部开口的柱形组件,这个组件被焊接到管路或设备的壁上,并从那里凸出出来,它使用与管路或设备同样的合金钢来制造。该插头还包括第二个园柱形组件,以便封闭穿过第一组件的内膛。
Stein(斯坦)制造业公开的法国专利NO.2,507,778(等同于US4,438,784)涉及一种这类堵头组件,其中第一组件有一个内螺纹,第二组件是一个带有实心端的内部组件,它有外螺纹,拧到第一组件的内螺纹上,第二组件以它的顶缘或外缘被唇焊到第一组件上,第二组件还有能使它被拧松的内部装置。
这样一个堵头组件使我们能够通过松开第二组件,借助于插入到管路或设备中的X-射线源来多次检测管路或设备中的焊缝,焊缝被检测完之后,再把第二组件拧回到原处。
不过,当管路或设备是用高强度合金钢制成时,就不可能在第一和第二组件之间做到良好的唇焊,因为这种合金在热处理之后,特别是经过焊接后非常容易破裂。
本发明的最佳实施例提供一种用在开口上的堵头组件,该开口可使检测用X-射线源进入管路或设备。这些管路或设备是用高强度合金钢
制成。这个插头可以焊在上述管路或设备上,以便多次检测,不管这种钢是否易产生裂纹。
本发明提供一种上述类型的堵头组件,其中第二个园柱形组件装在第一组件的外端,并通过对焊整齐地焊在一起。
第一个园柱形组件最好使用与管路或设备同样的钢来制造,第二个园柱形组件由裂纹敏感性低的钢来制造,不过它也可以用与管路或设备同样牌号的钢来制造。
下面参照唯一一幅附图,通过举例来描述本发明的一个用在开口上的堵头组件,该开口使一个检测用X-射线源能够进入管路。
管路1由高强度合金钢制成,特别是可用购自Mannesmann Roehren-Werke AG公司(曼内斯曼·罗勒-沃克股份有限公司)标号为X20CrMOV121的钢来制造。这种钢含有0.17%~0.23%的碳,0.10~0.50%的硅,0.30%~0.80%的锰,11%~12.5%的铬,0.30%~0.80%的镍,0.80%~1.20%的钼和0.25%~0.35%的钒。或者是用购自Thyssen Roehren-Werke AG公司标号为WSB62R的钢来制成。这种钢含有不超过0.17%的碳,0.25%~0.50%的硅,0.80%~1.20%的锰,不超过0.035%的磷,不超过0.035%的硫,0.50%~0.80%的铜,1%~1.30%的镍,0.25~0.40%的钼和不超过0.30%的铬。
管路1的壁有一个外表面2和一个内表面3。这个管路包括一个焊缝(Weld Fillet)4,要通过X-射线定期地检测其紧密性。园柱状孔5穿过管路的壁。第一组件6通过拧到内径上部的螺纹7被
固定到孔的内径上,它还通过一个环形焊缝8固定在管路壁的外表面2上。
该堵头组件的第二组件9用一种低强度、且经焊接不易产生裂纹的钢制成。譬如它可以用从Vallourec有限公司买的名为Chromesco3的钢制造,此钢满足下列标准:AFNOR(法国标准化协会)TU10CD9-10和DIN(德国工业规格)10CR MO9-10,它含有不超过0.17%的碳,0.20%~0.70%的锰,不超过0.035%的磷,不超过0.035%的硫,0.05%~0.55%的硅,不超过0.30%的镍,1.90%~2.60%的铬,0.85%~1.15%的钼,不超过0.25%的铜和0.03%的锡,不过锡的百分比可允许升高到0.04%,只要(Cu+10Sn)的量不超过0.55%。第二组件具有和第一组件一样的内、外直径,并通过对焊焊缝10焊到其端部,它有一个实心的端部11。
按照下面的程序,可对焊缝4进行定期的X-射线检测。
把组件6先拧到孔5上,再以环形焊缝8固定之后,进行第一次X-射线检测,之后移走X-射线探头,并把第二组件9用对焊焊缝10焊到第一组件6上。
当进行一次新的检测时,用研磨或借助一个管状切削工具把焊缝10清除掉,取下第二组件9,然后把该探头放进去,进行新的检测。检测完之后,移去该探头并用新的对焊把第二组件重新焊到第一组件上。这个对焊本身的密封不难用X-射线来检测。
Claims (1)
1、一种为方便把检测用的X射线源放入而在管路或设备上开设的开口用的堵头组件,这种管路或结构件由焊接时易产生裂纹的高强度合金钢制成,该堵头组件包括一焊到管路或设备的壁上并向外凸出的端部开口圆柱形组件(6),该组件用制造所述的管路或结构件的同样的合金钢制造,所述的堵头组件还有第二圆柱形组件(9),用来封闭穿过第一组件的内膛,其特征在于所述的第二圆柱形组件(9)由裂纹敏感性比制造所述管路或设备的合金钢要低的合金钢来制造,而且第二圆柱形组件(9)装在第一组件外端,并由对焊焊缝(10)整齐地焊在一起。
