Abstract
本发明涉及一种由金属带构成的管夹,它的两个端部配合组成了紧固夹紧装置。在带的里端除了与外端相对应的夹紧装置外,还有一个延伸部分,其自由端的横边上有一个向带的里边凹进的曲线,例如“Ω”形曲线,所述的带具有一个向内表面伸出的长的凸起部分,该凸起部分适合于插入到延伸部分自由端上的凹进的曲线内。所述的凸起部分其最大高度基本上等于带的厚度。
Description
一种已被人们所知的管夹,特别是欧州专利3192号上所述的管夹,它适合于装在柔性软管上,例如橡胶或塑料软管上。管夹套在软管外面,用来使软管与刚性管紧紧地连接在一起。这种管夹通常是由金属带自身环绕而构成的,其两端共同组成了紧固和(或)夹紧装置。其中带的一端称之为里端,里端在称之为带的外端的下面。该端除了有一个与外端相对应的夹紧装置以外,还有一个延伸部分,所述的延伸部分称之为定位片。在管夹里端的端部有一个凹口,这样在紧固和(或)夹紧的范围内可以防止软管和刚性管连接时的泄漏现象。
可以发现在某些情况下,在管夹的内园上由于存在凸起部分或由延伸部分自由端的横边所构成的肩片会导致发生泄漏现象。
在美国专利1467708或1746033号中及更新的法国专利2456279号中提出了各种解决这一问题的办法。
这些办法造成生产困难和成本较高,尤其在安装时,这类管夹也不能完全令人满意。而特别在摩托车工业中,需要很容易地装配。
本发明的目的在于提出一种简单的,经济的同时可靠的解决问题的办法。正如上文所述这一问题正是由于延伸部分自由端横边上的凸起部分引起的。
为此目的,本发明提出了上述的这种管夹。在这种管夹中,延伸部分自由端或定位片的横边上有一个向里面凹进的曲线,例如“Ω”形曲线或类似曲线,该曲线靠近带的外端。外端的边上有一个与里端相对应的紧固和(或)夹紧装置。带上有一个向内表面伸出的长的凸
起部分,最好所述的凸起部分基本上沿着带的轴线纵向延伸。凸起部分上至少有一部分适合于插入到延伸部分自由端上凹进的曲线内。
在带的外端的边上,所述的凸起部分其最大高度基本上等于带的厚度。但是该凸起部分向与带的外端相反方向延伸时其高度逐渐地减少到零。
由于这些结构在延伸部分自由端的区域中至少带的宽度上的明显部分不再有凸起和肩片。这样,至今存在的渗漏危险就完全消除了。
参照附图阅读下面的说明,就更容易理解本发明了。图中
图1是本发明的带状管夹在打开位置时的透视图。
图2是图1所示的管夹安装并紧固在软管上的横向剖视图。
图3是图2所示的箭头F方向上假定移去管子后的视图。
图4、图5、图6是图3所示的Ⅳ-Ⅳ,Ⅴ-Ⅴ,Ⅵ-Ⅵ位置剖切后的横向剖视图。
现在参照各图,它们示出了基本上由金属带1自身环绕所构成的管夹。其中一端具有一个钩2,而相对应的另一端具有一个凸片3。带的延伸部分4伸长的距离最少等于最好大于钩2的长度。所述的延伸部分4形成了一个定位片,该片在管夹扣合时将位于具有钩2这一端的下部。由于这一原因,具有钩2的带的一端在下文中叫做外端,而具有凸片3和延伸部分4的一端称之为里端。
这一类型的管夹已经在欧州专利3192号中被描述。因此,它的优点不需在此重复。不过,在此要指出的是关于上文中所描述的改进,不仅对欧州专利3192号所描述的管夹而且对相同类型的管夹都是适用的。在带的两端提供了两个互相作用的紧固和(或)夹紧装置。延伸部分位于所述的带的里端上,象在前述的欧州专利中所描述的那样。一般的,延伸部分自由端的横边是直线,这种设计的缺点已
然在上文中予以说明。
在图示的管夹中,延伸部分4的自由端横边4a上有一个与带的两纵边相连接的直线部分4b。在4a的中间有一个凹进部分4c(图3)。这样,边4a上形成了一个“Ω”形的曲线。在生产中该曲线通过切割带的端部很容易获得。
从图1和图2中可以清楚的看出,在带的外端上具有一个从内表面伸出的长的凸起部分5。正如图中所示,所述的凸起部分最好沿着带的轴线延伸,其横向尺寸小于带的宽度。更确切地说,至少在位于外端边上的5a范围内的凸起部分其形状应与延伸部分4的横边4a上的凹进部分4c相吻合。
凸起部分5在管夹向里面的高度在所述的5a处最高,它是基本等于带1的厚度。所述的5a部分向与带的外端相反方向延伸时,凸起部分的高度逐渐地减少到零。
我们知道,正如图2所示,套在软管A上的管夹要实现紧固与(或)夹紧,是让带两端中的一端向另一端靠拢,直到凸片3与钩2的自由端相啮合为止。
因此,延伸部分或定位片4在带的外端下面滑动,同时凸起部分5在带上距外端的距离必须使延伸部分横边4a上的曲线安装后能把凸起部分5a的端部包住。这样,带的内园周的中心区域不再有凸起部分或肩片,从图4和图6中,可以看出该区域表现出完全有规律的连续性。更确切地说,在全部端部距离d中(图3),通过凸起部分5a插入到凹进曲线4c中,恢复了带的横向连续性。而在由直线部分4b所组成的肩片的范围以外,通过减少凸起部分5的高度,而获得了带的连续性。这样,如图2所示软管A在其余部外园上无间断地被合适地夹住,同时获得了完全牢固的连接。
显然,本发明并不限定于上文所述的情况,相反,在不脱离其范围的情况下可以进行改进。例如,延伸部分4和带的外端可以提供一种紧固前可更换扣合管夹的装置。同样,带的外端也可以提供一种适用于使管夹保留一定弹性而限定作用在管子上夹紧力的装置。
若对本发明的管夹采用了或一个或两个上述这些补充装置的话,则延伸部分4将会相应的加长。凸起部分5也将从带的外端开始,按照补充装置而设置在一定的位置上。
Claims (2)
1、一种由金属带(1)自身环绕构成的管夹,它的两个端部配合组成紧固和(或)夹紧装置(2-3),带的一端称之为里端,里端位于带的外端的下面。它除了与外端相对应的夹紧装置以外还有一个延伸部分(4),其特征在于金属带的延伸部分(4)自由端的横边(4a)上有一个向里凹进的曲线(4c),例如“Ω”形曲线或类似曲线,该曲线靠近管夹的外端。外端的边上有一个与里端相对应的紧固和(或)夹紧的装置,带上有一个向内表面伸出的长的凸起部分(5),该凸起部分适合于插入到延伸部分自由端上的凹进的曲线内,所述的带的外端边上的凸起有一个最大高度,该高度基本上等于带(1)的厚度,当凸起部分向与带的外端相反方向延伸时,其高度逐渐地减少到零。
2、如权利要求1所述的管夹,其特征是有一个基本上沿着带的轴线纵向延伸的凸起部分(5)。
