Abstract
在制造液体物料包装箱的那种包装机上,经常采用带有阀装置的填充管,而该阀装置位于出口处。本发明的阀装置包括活动阀元件,该活动元件在填充管内压力变化的影响下可以运动。该活动阀呈杯形,其可借助填充管内的过压,从固定盘形座处升起,从而产生一环形排放孔。
Description
本发明有关包装机的阀装置,包括基本垂直延伸的物料输送管、两个位于该管下端的协同工作的阀,其中一个阀可在其开、关位置之间运动。
用于包装诸如牛奶、汤之类的液体食品或半液体食品的包装箱,通常是由包括几层纸和热塑性塑料的柔性层板料制成的。一种已知的包装箱是这样制成的:在层状板经包装机的前进过程中,其不断地变成管状,在该管基本垂直向下经过包装机的运动过程中,经一伸入该管的输送管将物料送入,借助位于该管下端的往复运动的加工夹板的协同工作,移动的该材料管在相等的距离处被压在一起,产生许多横向压平区域,在这些区域将该材料管的两壁彼此以液密封形式封结在一起,于是该管就变成一条充有物料的基本为缓冲垫式的包装箱的粘结带,利用切割装置沿横向封接区将它们分开,随后进行最后的成形加工,以使包装箱具有所需要的例如平行六边形的形状。
虽然以上述的方式制造包装箱的过程中,可以进行无固体颗粒的液体物料的输送而不会产生工作间断的现象,因为将包装材料管的相对侧壁封接在一起不会受到液体的妨碍,但固体颗粒(水果渣、豆类、笋等)则应以另一种方式输送,即它们不会卡住,或不会以某种其它方式妨碍或伤害包装材料管的横向密封。有可能做到这一点的一种较好
的方法,包括提前将物料的液体部分与固体部分分开,并且将输送至周期性横向不断压平的管子的固体颗粒(最好与一定量的液体混合)按计量份数输送。这样,横向封接一完成,便可输送一定计量的固体颗粒,随后,最好让液体物料连续流动,将包装填充到所需要的量,然后再进行下一个压平工序。
借助计量泵,将物料的固体部分(这种称呼在下面的说明及权利要求中还要用,这部分物料包括与或多或少的液体混合的果料块,豆类等的固体颗粒)按有预定大小的份数,从储藏箱抽出,沿输送管输送到包装材料管中。由于计量泵与填充管敞开的下端之间的距离较远,在连续制造包装箱的过程中,将有大量的物料处于填充管中,这就意味着,在输送管下端处,物料的固体部分的送出较为不确定,因为物料可能停在该管的出口处,或被压出太早,结果,体积精度及与包装材料管的不断横向压平工序的同步要求不能令人满意,这样,数量不对的固体颗粒进入加工成的包装箱的危险就会增加,并且也不能排除物料颗粒在横向封接工序中卡在包装材料管的两壁之间。
为避免上述危险,建议在输送颗粒的填充管的下端,设置某种形式的阀,该阀随着包装机的工作速率,也就是随着包装材料管的横向封接工序的节拍周期性地开和关。虽然可以将传统的盘式阀置于填充管的下端,并且利用向上垂直经填充管延伸的轴或相似运动件使该阀运动,但若可能的话,应避免采用这一方案,因它增加了与物料接触的一些另件,这会给机器的清洗及消毒带来困难。
因此,需要提供一种阀装置,其有较少的运动件,能够置于填充管的下端,可以按照计量泵工作冲程的节拍打开和关闭,以让含固体颗粒的物料进入。
另一要求是提供上述那类的阀装置,由于利用这种装置,物料的固体部分可以平均等分,使得在需要的时刻流出需要的量,不会有物料颗粒被推迟,也不会卡住,因而不会干扰随后的包装材料管的横向封接。
本发明的目的是提供一种阀装置,它能够满足上述的要求,并且它设有早期相似阀装置的那些缺点。
本发明的另一目的是提供上述那类一种阀装置,它不仅保证在适当时刻按份输送适当量的固体物料,而且还可以保证物料的固体部分流出时,若可能的话,可以混入流过的液体物料并随该液体被冲走。
另外,本发明的目的是提供一种阀装置,其有长的使用寿命,不复杂,可以利用食品制造业所用的已知方法进行冲洗和消毒。
最后,阀装置的结构还必须使阀的功能不会受到物料固体颗粒卡在阀中的损害,颗粒或者不受妨碍地通过,或者留在后边。
按照本发明,这些以及其它目的已经达到,因为所介绍的这类阀装置的特征为,其第二阀元件固定地设于距输送管下端的一定距离处,环状排放孔处于阀元件和输送管之间,活动阀元件在上部打开位置和关闭上述排放孔的下部位置之间轴向移动。
另外,本发明装置的较佳实例的特征,从从属权利要求来看也是很明显的。
由于设计的阀装置带有一个活动阀元件,该阀元件根据物料压力的变化在开关位置之间运动,可得一种操作简单而安全的结构,这种结构活动件少因而制造成本低,工作可靠。
另外,没有活动轴之类的另件,则便于对装置进行清洗和消毒,这一点对于加工食品的机器是很重要的。
固定阀元件向上突出部,即固定阀元件的向上突锥与活动阀元件的向下喇叭口一起构成一狭窄通道,其保证,在内填充管中的压力增加时,活动阀元件可靠而有效地提升,当一个泵送冲程结束以后,压力再次降低,并且所需要的固体物料已通过阀时,活动阀元件再次落下,直至其下密封缘靠在固定阀元件的外缘上为止。这两个阀元件之间的线性接触,保证了正确的密封,同时,物料的固体颗粒卡在两阀元件之间的危险性大大减少。
现在参考简图(仅示出了解本发明所需细节),更详细地介绍本发明的阀装置的较佳实例。
图1示出在已知那种类型的包装机上材料管形成的过程,而本发明的阀装置可用于此种包装机上。
图2为在图1的包装机上包装材料管下端的局部剖视图,显示出本发明的阀装置。
图3为本发明阀装置的第一实施例的放大局部剖视图。
图4为本发明阀装置的第2实施例。
图1中示出的用柔性板状材料1制造包装箱的构成原理是众所周知的,该原理以及根据该原理工作的包装机已经示出,并且在技术文献中有充分的介绍。为了了解本发明,下面对其功能作简短的介绍,应该是足够的了。
将有诸如纸类的纤维材料的承载层,两面覆以诸如聚乙烯类的热塑性材料,并且其可能还有诸如铝箔的其它层的层板式包装材料,以卷筒2的形式供给包装机,(在包装机工作期间,材料板1从卷筒2放出)。包装材料板从卷筒2放出后,基本上是向上倾斜地经过包装机,因此可进行某些工序,例如形成折叠线,提供开孔装置,消毒处
理等。在包装材料板1经过机器上端的转向轮3以后,基本垂直向下运动,在此期间,材料板的两个纵向边靠近在一起,不断折叠,从而形成材料管1′。借助加热加压,材料板的两个纵向边封接在一起,从而形成液密性的纵向密封。如此形成的材料管1′继续向下通过包装机及协同工作的一对封接和切割夹板4,而夹板4不断地在水平方向及垂直方向进行工作行程及退回行程,因此,包装材料管1′就有了许多横向等距离的压平区。将包装材料的热塑性层同时加热到它的软化温度,并且用大力将材料管压在一起,则内层就连在一起,因此,在压平区就产生了液密性的横向密封。然后,经密封区将包装材料管切开,一个一个的包装箱5就做成了。包装箱5是缓冲垫式的,因此,通常还要经过进一步的成形加工,从而获得基本为平行六边形的形状。材料管1′的切割同其加热、压平一样,可以借助夹板4来进行。
将一起构成基本向下延伸的输送管8的两个填充管6、7引入材料管1′的上部敝开端。由2个同心地彼此套着的填充管6、7构成的输送管8有一下部出口端,该出口端设有本发明的阀装置9,并且该出口端在夹板4工作区域之上尚有一小段距离,位于包装材料管1′内的填充管6的垂直部分,同心地设于填充管7的内部,而其上部分伸出包装材料管1′的上开口端,并延伸至计量泵10,而泵10与固体储料箱11相连。填充管7同样地伸出包装材料管1′的上开口端,并经阀和/或泵装置12与液体储料箱13相连。
如前所述,本发明的阀装置位于输送管8的下端,如图2所示,在此处,固体物料部分与液体物料部分的通路分别由箭头示出(箭头14表示液体通路,箭头15表示固体通路)。
图3表示本发明的阀装置在关闭位置时的放大局部剖视图。从该
图可以很明显地看出,阀装置是如何支撑在输送管8的下端,以及输送管8如何由两个同心的填充管6、7组成的,特别可以看出的是,外填充管7的下端变得宽阔,形成阀装置室16,其直径向下逐渐增加,因此,室16内的通道长度的大部分呈延长锥形,在其下端,该通道又变窄,形成出口17。其壁稍向内弯曲。
填充管6的下排放端位于出口17之上的某一距离处,因此其处于室16的内部,基本处于室16锥部与其向内弯曲的下部之间的过渡区的位置。在填充管6下端与出口17之间的空间处,设有一固定阀18,它有一向上的锥形表面19,该锥形表面19的向上的尖点20稍稍伸入内填充管6的出口。在靠近该固定阀元件的下端,其有一环形的密封棱缘21,为了便于液体流动,其下端最好做成向下的锥部22。固定阀元件18由固定构件23支撑在室16中,固定构件23将固定阀元件18连到室16的下端,还可以将阀元件的上端与填充管6的下端连接。固定构件23是流线型的,以避免在阀装置工作时对液流产生干扰。
与固定阀元件18协同工作的活动阀元件24的支撑方式,使其在填充管6的下部可以轴向移动。活动阀元件24是向下罩着的杯形或钟罩形的套筒25,其下端设计成环形密封面26,该面26与固定阀元件协同工作,同时,该面26与固定阀元件18的密封面21,在阀装置的关闭位置时,彼此沿固定阀元件外圆上的线棱接触,这可以保证内填充管6的出口孔完全地被封住。活动阀元件24的向下的套筒25基本是钟罩形或锥形。在套筒25的内表面与固定阀元件18的向上锥面之间,形成一环形通道,在阀的关闭位置时,该通道向下变窄,因此,在套筒25内侧与固定阀元件18的锥形表面之间
的自由空间,沿物料流动方向变小,其原因将在下面予以详细解释。
如前所述,活动阀元件24的支撑方式,使其可以沿内填充管的内侧轴向移动,活动阀元件24向上的垂直运动,受填充管上的挡块27的限制,向下的运动则因分别在固定阀元件和活动阀元件上的密封面21和26的贴合而终止。
在本发明装置工作期间,借助成形夹板4,供给包装材料板1,因此,包装材料管1′不断向下经过该机,同时其下端则变成充有物料的单个包装箱5。物料不继经输送管8输入包装材料管1′的下端,更具体来说,液体物料部分从储料箱13出来,经过泵或稳流阀12及管子7连续地送到输送管8的下端,同时,固体物料(即在一定量液体中的诸如果肉,豆类等的固体颗粒)借助计量泵,从储料箱11中出来,经内填充管6,供入输送管8的下端。固体物料,即固体颗粒悬浮物或液体物料纤维,借助计量泵,脉动地泵出,每一泵冲程供给适于每一单个包装箱的预计计量。
于是在工作期间,液体物料经外填充管7及其下部流通室,流过活动阀元件24的外表面,再从输送管8的环形出口17流出,当然,环形出口17由固定阀元件的流线型部分22和室16下端上的内弯棱缘所限定。当液体物料离开输送管时,它们会会聚起来,被引向包装材料管1′的中心线,液流最好是连续的,因而管子1′的下端不断充以液体物料。在一定时间内,固体物料的脉动流被中断,于是计量泵10静止,因为没有固体物料流经填充管6,并且活动阀元件24又处于其下端位置,因而其密封面26紧紧地靠在固定阀元件18的密封面21上。
一旦两个协同工作的夹板4,在输送管8的出口以下某一距离处,
将包装材料管1′的横向截面压在一起,并开始封接工序,计量泵10就进行一个工作冲程,使预定量的要输送的料从储料箱11输入填充管6,这时,填充管6中的压力增加,向前流动的一定量的固体物料产生作用在活动阀24的钟罩式内表面的抬升力,此时,活动阀元件24被抬起,抵抗在阀外侧的液体物料的重力及其在此处向下流动时的冲力,直至活动阀的上端靠着挡块27为止,在此过程中,环形密封面26已离开固定阀元件18的密封面21,从而产生一环形通道,由于有固定阀元件上面锥面的关系,则固体物料就沿着两个已经分开的密封面26和21之间的环形锥面向外流出。在此过程中,固体物料与高速向前流动的液体物料直接接触,并与其混合,向下流动,并经处于固定阀元件的流线型的下部与由输送管8的下端构成的出口孔17的限定面之间的环形孔流出。
由于固体物料被导入高速流过的液体物料,则在液体物料携带固体颗粒的同时,便产生有效的混合,因此固体颗粒卡在输送管8的下端处的危险性大大减小。因为阀室16的内表面呈锥形,则活动阀24的升起多少会使活动阀元件24的外表面与液体物料必须通过的阀室16的内壁之间的环形孔减小,这便可以进一步增加其流速,从而保证有效地向下冲刷阀室16的下端,并且所有沉积的固体物料均可被可靠地冲走,而向下进入由包装材料管1′同时形成的包装箱中。
所需量的物料一经填充管6的下端泵出,计量泵10的工作冲程就中断,结果,内填充管中的压力减小,因此,固体物料不再能将活动阀元件24抬升至上部打开位置,由于液体物料的重力及其在活动阀元件24与阀室16的内壁之间的减小了的空间内向前流动时所产生的压力的联合作用,则活动阀元件24向下被压向关闭的位置,直至
其环形密封面26靠在固定阀元件18的密封面21上,因而切断固体物料通路为止,由于计量泵10在其返回行程时在填充管6中造成负压,即其增加了活动阀元件24内外空间之间的压力差,上述切断通路的作用得到进一步加强。然后,阀元件24保持关闭,直至内填充管6中与计量泵10的下一个泵冲程有关的负压再次变为其值足以抬升该阀的超压为止。
当将某种物质(例如含有芦笋汤之类长形固体物料)泵入内填充管6时,对活动阀元件24的结构稍加修改,可能对于保证固体物料不能通过上述发明装置时产生有效密封是有贡献的(在某些情况下,还需于关闭时刻,在两密封面21、26之间切割固体物料)。在该情况下,要将在活动阀元件外侧流动的液体物料的压力,加以更有效的利用,即要在活动阀元件24的上端做出较大的直径,或做出向上的突缘,这样,特别是当阀元件处于打开位置时,会使活动阀元件24和阀室16内表面之间的自由环形空间比上述图中所示实例的该空间大大减小,同时,也可对阀室16内表面进行稍加不同的设计,即在相当活动阀元件上部的位置处,使其空间截面变窄,这样做的结果,可使液体物料部分对按需要关闭活动阀元件做出贡献。这一实施例用点划线示于图3中,但很明显,这里所描述及示出的方案仅是许多方案中的一种,并且该实施例可用无数的方法加以修改,(而仍在权利要求范围之内),以便对物料粘度及物料量的某种联合体产生所需要的作用。例如需要的话,甚至可以如此设计该部分,使得当阀元件24处于上部位置时,可以完全切断液体物料通道,在某种情况下,例如,当每个包装箱中的固体物料量相对液体量大时,这可能是适当的,因为这样可以将液体部分累积起来,留下较大量的液体物料,以便在固
体物料流停止时,沿阀装置冲下,在此方面,也适于用计量泵代替稳流阀12,以便也能周期地泵送液体物料。实际上,对每一具体情况,均可选择方案和结构,正如阀装置的其它尺寸,流通截面等可以按照具体情况进行修改一样,并且,在大多数情况下,可以通过适当修改流通截面,而获得如此的工作协调:活动阀元件仅在物料流通的影响下,便可像活塞那样往复运动。
利用本发明的概念,可以以不同的方式设计本发明的阀装置,而其结构和功能不会有明显的改变。所选实施例可按每一具体情况依外部条件决定,例如要填充的物料类型、填充速率、固体颗粒与液体物料之比,物料量、可利用的空间以及其它实际情况等。
本发明阀装置的第二实施例示于图4中,其中与图2图3中功能相应的另件给予相同的标号。该第二实施例特别适于固体物料比例比液体物料比例大的情况,因为,由于阀装置的形状,固体物料将以更集中的方式输送,因此,利用液体物料向下冲刷的需要减小了。内、外填充管的功能与上述第一实施例恰好相反,因此,第二实施例的填充管6用于导入液体物料,而固体物料或某种特殊物料经外填充管7导入。
如本发明的阀装置的第一实施例一样,外填充管在输送管8的下端变得宽阔,该部分用作本发明阀装置9的阀室16。固定阀元件18位于输送管8的下端,并且其可以与阀室16构成一体,其下端向着朝下的敞开出口变窄,因此,固定阀元件18构成外填充管7下端的一部分,并且其也可与填充管7做成整体,或者设计成单独的环形件,再用例如螺钉拧在外填充管7的下端。固定阀元件18的密封棱缘21呈环形布于出口的圆周上,并且其形状修正得可以与活动阀
元件24下端的密封面26协同工作。该活动阀元件24由内填充管6支撑,并可在其上、下位置之间垂直移动,在其上位置时,其密封面26距固定阀元件18的密封棱缘21有一定距离,在其下位置时,其密封面26靠在密封棱缘21上,因而切断固体物料的出口。密封面26基本为外圆柱面,其构成活动密封构件24的锥筒或曲面筒的最下方的封闭部分。而活动阀元件24与本发明阀装置的第一实施例一样,在其本身和固定阀18之间构成一环形通道,在阀关闭位置时,该通道向下变窄,因此,在筒25外侧与固定阀元件18内侧之间的自由空间沿固体物料流动的方向减小,这就是说,当压力增加时,固体物料会作用在筒25的外表面上,从而活动阀元件24被抬起,结果,活动阀元件与固定阀元件之间的通道畅通,因而固体或某种特殊物料便可流出去。
在活动阀元件的中心有一垂直方向孔,其构成内填充管6的延续部,液体物料可以所需速率经该孔连续流动。假如要像第一实施例那样,利用液体物料使活动阀返回关闭位置,可在活动阀元件24中心孔的收缩区29附近,利用支架将阻塞体28同心地设于内填充管6中,当活动阀元件24于输送固体物料期间抬起时,阻塞体28与活动阀元件中心通道的收缩区29之间的间隙将增加,液体物料作用在活动阀元件24上的向下的力将减小,当固体物料流中断时,输送泵在活动阀元件24的下侧产生短期的负压,则活动阀元件开始向下运动,这意味着,阻塞体28与活动阀元件中心孔的收缩区29之间的间隙将不断减小,这使内填充管6内的压力增加,结果,活动阀元件24再次被向下压向关闭位置。同时,填充管6内的压力增加,使液体流动更快,因而,如较早所述的本发明的实施例一样,利用液体流来达到
清洗目的可能是有利的,为将液体流引向包装材料管的内表面,还可在靠近活动阀元件下端的液流中,设置诸如锥形构件的某种散播器,例如可将该散播器装在一杆的下端,并可调正,杆的上端与阻塞体28连接,并且使该散播器产生一环锥形出口,将液流导向管壁。
本发明阀装置的第二实施例的其它方面的作用,与以前介绍的实施例完全相当,因此不必对其详加描述。当然,还可以对上述两个实施例做某种改进,例如,若两种物料流作用在活动阀上的力不足,不能使其产生令人满意的动作(不管什么原因,例如,内填充管内的液流很弱),这时可利用例如与阀装置结合成一体的弹簧来使活动阀元件运动。当然,也可用外部的致动件,但其使结构复杂,并使清洗冲刷更难,因此应尽可能避免采用这种办法。
虽然已发现所示实施例在大多数情况下是可用的,并在实践中证明功能良好,工作可靠,但是,当然还可以利用不同的方法对本发明的阀装置加以改进,例如,对结构稍加修改,以便在仅需一个填充管工作时使用。当然,这意味着,要去掉一个填充管,阀元件必须有支撑,因而要以稍加不同的方式设计,并设有适当的致动件、弹簧等,但其它结构可保持不变。在用管状材料以及预制板制造包装箱的过程中,这种变型对于按计量填充物料是非常适合的。
Claims (16)
1、一种包装机的阀装置,它包括基本同心安装的内、外管(6、7)一个与上述管之一的下端固定连接的固定阀元件(18),该两管之间的流通通道可打开或关闭,其特征在于,上述两管均为物料填充管,上述通道的打开与关闭是借助与上述的一个填充管滑动连接并与上述固定阀元件配合工作的活动阀元件(24)实现的,并且该活动阀元件是由填充物料的流动力驱动的。
2、根据权利要求1所述的阀装置,其特征是,该活动阀元件(24)是一朝下的筒(25),其上端的支撑方式使其可以在上述管上滑动,而其下端有环形密封面(26)与固定阀元件(18)协同工作。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的阀装置,其特征是,固定阀元件(18)有一外圆密封面(21),其与活动阀元件(24)协同工作。
4、根据权利要求2所述的阀装置,其特征是,活动阀元件的朝下的筒(25)是锥形或曲面形,其延伸的角度使得处于筒(25)表面与固定阀元件表面(19)之间的自由空间沿物料流向减小。
5、根据权利要求1所述的阀装置,其特征是,活动阀元件(24)支撑在内填充管(6)上,并适合与固定阀元件(18)协同工作,而固定阀元件(18)与外填充管(7)同轴就位。
6、根据权利要求5所述的阀装置,其特征是,外填充管(7)的下端沿流向逐渐变细。
7、根据权利要求3所述的阀装置,其特征是,固定阀元件(18)有向上的锥面(19)或尖点(20)。
8、根据权利要求4~6中任一项所述的阀装置,其特征是,固定阀元件(18)有向上的锥面(19)或尖点(20)。
9、根据权利要求5~7中任一项所述的阀装置,其特征是,固定阀元件(18)的直径比该阀位置处外填充管(7)的相应内径小,所设置的支撑架用来使阀元件(18)保持在外填充管下端的位置处。
10、根据权利要求8所述的阀装置,其特征是,固定阀元件(18)的直径比该阀位置处外填充管(7)的相应内径小,所设置的支撑架用来使阀元件(18)保持在外填充管下端的位置处。
11、根据权利要求5~7中任一项所述的阀装置,其特征是,外填充管(7)在活动阀元件(24)的上端位置处有一收缩部位,使活动阀元件(24)在打开位置时,在该阀元件外表面与外填充管(7)之间的通过面积减小。
12、根据权利要求8所述的阀装置,其特征是,外填充管(7)在活动阀元件(24)的上端位置处有一收缩部位,使活动阀元件(24)在打开位置时,在该阀元件外表面与外填充管(7)之间的通过面积减小。
13、根据权利要求9所述的阀装置,其特征是,外填充管(7)在活动阀元件(24)的上端位置处有一收缩部位,使活动阀元件(24)在打开位置时,在该阀元件外表面与外填充管(7)之间的通过面积减小。
14、根据权利要求10所述的阀装置,其特征是,外填充管(7)在活动阀元件(24)的上端位置处有一收缩部位,使活动阀元件(24)在打开位置时,在该阀元件外表面与外填充管(7)之间的通过面积减小。
15、根据权利要求5或6所述的阀装置,其特征是,固定阀元件(18)构成外填充管(7)的下部。
16、根据权利要求15所述的阀装置,其特征是,一阻塞体(28)设于内填充管(6)内活动阀元件(24)上端位置处,使得活动阀元件(24)处于其上端位置时,处于该阀元件(24)与阻塞体(28)之间的通过面积开始减小。
