Abstract

一种聚丙烯纤维阻燃配方新体系。它是以六溴环十二烷做为阻燃剂并配以正辛基锡稳定剂,其可使六溴环十二烷热稳定性由220℃提高到250~260℃,从而满足纺丝温度要求。可以纺长丝、短丝、扁丝及膜裂纤维,成品纤维强度、伸长等物理性能与普通聚丙烯纤维基本相同。

Description

聚丙烯纤维阻燃配方新体系
本发明是关于一种聚丙烯纤维阻燃配方新体系。
目前用于聚丙烯的阻燃剂很多,如十溴联苯醚、八溴联苯、五溴联苯、四溴双酸A等,再配以三氧化二锑,阻燃效果好,但大都用量大,一般在10%以上。这样高的添加量,用于聚丙烯塑料可以,用于聚丙烯纤维,则影响纤维的物理性能,事实上是不可行的。西德Dr.D.Moorwessel等人在《International Confer-ence:polypropylene fibresin Textiles1975》发表论文:“Self-extinguishing polypropylene fibre material?”,提出用六溴环十二烷(HBCD)、二异丙苯齐聚物(DPBO)、三氧化二锑(Sb2O3)作为聚丙烯纤维阻燃剂。这种体系阻燃剂用量少,效果高,成纤性能也好,用量仅3~4%。但HBCD热稳定性差,在180~220℃分解,不能满足纺丝温度的要求,该论文采用复合稳定剂,包括Pentaery-thritol,blend of tris-(nonylphenyl)-and diphenyl-isooetylphosphite,PVC stabilizer of the barium-cadmium series,可以使HBCD热稳定性提到240~250℃,主要用于扁丝和膜裂丝的阻燃。该配方体系的缺点是所用稳定剂品种繁多,用量大,而且稳定性能改善有限。
本发明的目的是选用一种高效稳定剂,提高HBCD的热稳定性,改善成纤性能及成品纤维的物理性能,并扩大HBCD体系的适用范围,使之适合于纺长丝、短丝、扁丝、膜裂丝。
本发明的配方为HBCD、DPEO、Sb2O3及正辛基锡稳定剂。正辛基锡为二巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡(8831)〔Di-n-octy-ltin Bis(isooctyl mercaptoacetate)〕或二巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡复合物(8831-C),效果好。
用量:HBCD 1~3%
DPEO 0.2~0.6%
Sb2O3 0.4~1.2%
正辛基锡稳定剂 0.1~0.3%
此配方体系可以使HBCD热稳定性提高至250~260℃,并且降低纺丝温度20~30℃,可以纺长丝、短丝、扁丝及膜裂丝。成品纤维强度、伸长等物理性能与普通聚丙烯纤维基本相同。
本发明配方体系可以与聚丙烯粉料共混,经造粒后纺丝,或者制成阻燃母粒,与普通聚丙烯粒料共混后纺丝。

Claims (8)

1、一种聚丙烯纤维阻燃配方新体系,其中含有六溴环十二烷,二异丙苯齐聚物,三氧化二锑等起阻燃作用成份,其特征是选用新型热稳定剂正辛基锡。
2、按照权利要求1.其特征是正辛基锡为二巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡或二巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡复合物。
3、按照权利要求1或2,其特征是二巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡或其复合物的用量为0.1~0.3%。
4、按照权利要求1,其特征是:
六溴环十二烷 1~3%
二异丙苯齐聚物 0.2~0.6%
Sb2O3 0.4~1.2%
正辛基锡稳定剂 0.1~0.3%
