技术领域:
本发明与压力容器的压力管道上的泄压阀有关。
背景技术:
己有的泄压阀由于结构不合理,体积大,容易发生起跳不灵,回座不灵的现象,使用不安全,发生事故破坏环境,影响生命安全。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单合理,体积小,起跳和回座灵敏、密封性能好的梭式差动泄压阀。
本发明是这样实现的:
本发明梭式差动泄压阀,阀体1的排出通道16内端面有阀座12与阀瓣2密封配合,阀瓣2上端大直径段与梭腔14滑动配合,阀瓣上端大直径段外壁嵌槽内有密封圈5,阀瓣2的小直径段与梭腔14下端的内法兰滑动配合,内法兰上有连通孔11连通梭腔14和压力通道15,阀瓣2上端大直径段内腔有弹簧4与弹簧调节杆8连接,弹簧调节杆8与阀盖7螺纹配合,阀盖7与阀体1连接。
弹簧4的上端通过弹簧座6与弹簧调节杆8连接,弹簧4的下端通过弧形弹簧座3与阀瓣上端大直径段内腔底板连接,弧形弹簧座3的弧面与底板的平面接触。
阀瓣2的端面与阀座12的端面通过密封圈或金属硬密封面密封,或者阀瓣的柱面与阀座的柱面通过密封圈或金属硬密封面密封。
若干连通孔的圆心所在的平面圆周、阀座、阀瓣、梭腔、阀盖、弹簧、弹簧调节杆和排出通道同轴线,连通孔均布在平面圆周上。
本发明采用梭形阀瓣在梭腔中作滑动运动;阀瓣与阀座的密封采用相密封元件的端面或柱面通过柔性密封圈或硬金属面密封的凡种方式;阀瓣台阶与梭腔下端面间有环形间隙,通过梭腔下端面上的小孔与压力系统始终相联通。正常工作状况阀瓣内腔弹簧向下推动,当大于与阀瓣台阶所接受的向上推力,阀瓣处于关闭状。
本发明适用于压力输送管道、储存用压力容器,实施安全保护。做到准确起跳、可靠回座。安全、环保、节能、运行可靠。
本发明有如下优点:
1.系统压力变化,反映到阀瓣台阶承受的向上推力变化。由于台阶受力面小,压力升高的推力变化不大,只需打破平衡。相对于不变的弹簧向下推力,只需克服较小的向上推力实现关闭。因此弹簧可以做到较小,整体体积相对小;
2.阀瓣为梭形,整体刚度、强度好;
3.阀瓣台阶外园与梭腔内园滑动精密配合,设密封(柔性或刚性环)防止外漏;
4.阀瓣下端与阀座的密封采用多种密封,能做到零泄漏(根据不同介质,温度,采用不同方式);
5.阀瓣台阶与梭腔下端联通孔,实现了与压力系统的平衡;6.阀座、阀瓣、梭腔、阀盖、弹簧、调节杆、排出通道、连通孔对称,与排出孔轴心线同轴,有良好的对称和同轴度。

具体实施方式:
阀体1与阀盖7螺纹连接。弹簧调节杆8与阀盖7内孔螺纹连接,有锁紧螺母9。外罩10与阀盖7连接,封闭弹簧调节杆上端。阀瓣2为梭形,其内腔底板上有弧形弹簧座3与弹簧4下端连接,弹簧4上端通过弹簧座6与弹簧调节杆下端连接。阀瓣2的台阶与梭腔14的内法兰台阶面之间形成环形空间,该空间通过梭腔14的内法兰上均布的连通孔11与阀体的压力通道巧连通。阀体的排出通道16的内端有阀座12,其端面与阀瓣2的端面之间有密封圈13。阀瓣2的台阶柱面有嵌槽,嵌槽内有密封圈5。
本发明通过法兰或螺纹与压力系统相连,压力系统正常压力值状态,介质压力通过连通孔传递到阀瓣台阶与梭腔内法兰台阶面间形成的环形空间,对阀瓣产生向上推力。弹簧产生的向下推力大于此时的向上推力,处于关闭状态。当系统压力升高至整定值时,向上推力大于弹簧压力,打开阀瓣。排出介质,降低系统压力。当压力降至正常值时,阀瓣回座,关闭通道,维持系统正常运行。

1、梭式差动泄压阀,其特征在于阀体(1)的排出通道(16)内端面有阀座(12)与阀瓣(2)密封配合,阀瓣(2)上端大直径段与梭腔(14)滑动配合,阀瓣上端大直径段外壁嵌槽内有密封圈(5),阀瓣(2)的小直径段与梭腔(14)下端的内法兰滑动配合,内法兰上有连通孔(11)连通梭腔(14)和压力通道(15),阀瓣(2)上端大直径段内腔有弹簧(4)与弹簧调节杆(8)连接,弹簧调节杆(8)与阀盖(7)螺纹配合,阀盖(7)与阀体(1)连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的梭式差动泄压阀,其特征在于弹簧(4)的上端通过弹簧座(6)与弹簧调节杆(8)连接,弹簧(4)的下端通过弧形弹簧座(3)与阀瓣上端大直径段内腔底板连接,弧形弹簧座(3)的弧面与底板的平面接触。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的梭式差动泄压阀,其特征在于阀瓣(2)的端面与阀座(12)的端面通过密封圈或金属硬密封面密封,或者阀瓣的柱面与阀座的柱面通过密封圈或金属硬密封面密封。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的梭式差动泄压阀,其特征在于若干连通孔的圆心所在的平面圆周、阀座、阀瓣、梭腔、阀盖、弹簧、弹簧调节杆和排出通道同轴线,连通孔均布在平面圆周上。
