Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于人体肿瘤微创消融的微波消融水刀,是为了解决现有微波刀在手术中刀头周围炭化及消融面积较小,及因微波驻波产生的杆温烫伤皮肤及其他组织的问题,由三部分组成:带注水孔的模架和外导管构成的外导管系统、带出水孔的模架和内导管构成的内导管系统、微波电极接口模架及微波导线与绝缘管连接的微波刀头构成的微波刀头系统,由于本发明采用了上述结构,当外导管与内导管发生位移时,部分生理盐水注入组织中,本发明在微波工作的同时注入的生理盐水在组织中产生湿润、渗透及热传导的作用,防止炭化,杜绝组织粘连,扩大消融体积。同时可以结合化疗药物进行靶向治疗。在注水的同时内外导管形成的循环腔可以自如的控制微波刀的管壁温度,杜绝管壁发生的烫伤组织的情况。

Description

微波消融水刀
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械,具体的说是一种用于人体肿瘤微创消融的微波消融水刀。
背景技术
恶性肿瘤是威胁人类健康和生命的主要原因之一。目前,尚无可根治恶性肿瘤的药物。今年来,微创治疗肿瘤的技术得到了很大发展,并且因为其具有创伤小、并发症低、接受治疗的患者痛苦少、原位灭活率高等特点,而受到广泛关注。目前,肿瘤微创治疗设备主要有射频、微波、氩氦刀、超声聚焦刀等主流设备。其治疗机理都是在B超、CT或MRI的引导下,把能量聚集在病灶部位,使肿瘤组织坏死。其中,微波设备较其他几种设备,有穿刺方便、创伤小、不受人体骨骼影响、消融形状稳定等优点。
在微波消融治疗肿瘤的过程中,由于微波刀刀头温度过高(超过100℃)周围组织往往形成炭化这就导致微波难以进一步穿透深部组织消融范围无法扩大,另外微波刀内的驻波及刀头周围炭化区反射回来的微波升高了微波天线的杆温,进而造成皮肤或组织的烫伤。
发明内容
本发明的目标是为了解决微波刀头与组织因为微波工作产生的组织炭化及粘连问题,以及单刀头消融体积较小的问题,通过本发明微波水刀在微波工作的同时注入的生理盐水在组织中产生防止炭化,杜绝组织粘连,扩大消融体积,同时可以结合化疗药进行治疗。在注水的同时内外导管形成的循环腔可以自如的控制微波刀的管壁温度,杜绝管壁发生的烫伤组织的情况。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明提供一种微波消融水刀,由外导管系统、内导管系统与微波刀头系统构成,外导管系统由外导管与带注水孔的模架构成,内导管系统由内导管与带出水孔的模架构成,微波刀头系统由微波电极接口模架、微波导线、以及与绝缘管相连接的微波刀头构成,外导管系统和内导管系统通过各自的模架相连接,外导管表面有刻度及医用绝缘涂层,外导管前端设有出水孔,内导管前端相对于外导管的出水孔位置有黏结或镶嵌的金属堵头,内导管相对于外导管能够进行左右或上下位移,微波刀头系统通过微波电极接口模架与内导管系统中带出水孔的模架相连接,微波导线发射端通过焊接件与穿刺针相连接,并与穿刺针头部形成微波刀头,微波刀头通过微波导线、焊件及绝缘管与外导管的前端相连接。
微波导线设置于内导管内,内导管设置于外导管内,在内、外导管之间的间隙形成进水腔,内导管与微波导线之间的间隙形成出水腔。
外导管前端还安装有能够进行水循环热交换的贮水腔。
内导管系统与微波刀头系统连接,外导管系统能够进行左右或上下位移,并产生注水及通过内导管和外导管产生水循环。

本发明具有以下优点和积极效果:由于采用了上述结构,当外导管与内导管发生位移时,部分生理盐水注入组织中,在微波工作的同时注入的生理盐水在组织中产生湿润,渗透及热传导的作用,防止炭化,杜绝组织粘连,扩大消融体积,同时可以结合化疗药进行靶向治疗。在注水的同时内外导管形成的循环腔可以自如的控制微波刀的管壁温度,杜绝管壁发生的烫伤组织的情况。

具体实施方式
参见图1-图4,本发明微波消融水刀包括:与外导管模架12一体的进水管口22、外导管13,外导管上的医用绝缘涂层17以及外导管注水孔18,外导管13与微波刀头16通过焊件14及绝缘管15相连接;外导管模架12与内导管模架08插接,连接面处有密封垫I11防止漏水;与内导管模架08一体的出水管口22及内导管10,内导管10穿过密封垫I11插入外导管13中,并在外导管13前端形成贮水腔20,内导管10上在相对外导管注水孔18位置有镶嵌的内导管堵头19,以便根据医疗需要左右或上下位移内导管10,完成打开或关闭外导管注水孔18的操作;内导管模架08与插座模架06插接,连接面处有密封垫II07防止漏水;与插座模架06一体的插座芯01、芯座02、芯封口03、芯座垫04、插座壳05及与插座模架06一体的微波导线09构成微波电极接口;微波导线09位于内导管10之内,微波导线09贯通整个内导管10,并穿过焊件14和绝缘管15与微波刀头16连接构成微波刀头。
当然,上述说明并非对本发明的限制,本发明也并不限于上述举例,本技术领域的普通技术人员,在本发明的实质范围内,作出的变化,改型,添加或替换,也应属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (5)

1、一种微波消融水刀,由外导管系统、内导管系统与微波刀头系统构成,外导管系统由外导管与带注水孔的模架构成,内导管系统由内导管与带出水孔的模架构成,微波刀头系统由微波电极接口模架、微波导线、以及与绝缘管相连接的微波刀头构成,其特征在于:外导管系统和内导管系统通过各自的模架相连接,外导管表面有刻度及医用绝缘涂层,外导管前端设有出水孔,内导管前端相对于外导管的出水孔位置有黏结或镶嵌的金属堵头,内导管相对于外导管能够进行左右或上下位移,微波刀头系统通过微波电极接口模架与内导管系统中带出水孔的模架相连接,微波导线发射端通过焊接件与穿刺针相连接,并与穿刺针头部形成微波刀头,微波刀头通过微波导线、焊件及绝缘管与外导管的前端相连接。
2、根据权利1所述微波消融水刀,其特征在于:微波导线设置于内导管内,内导管设置于外导管内,在内、外导管之间的间隙形成进水腔,内导管与微波导线之间的间隙形成出水腔。
3、根据权利1所述微波消融水刀,其特征在于:外导管前端还安装有能够进行水循环热交换的贮水腔。
4、根据权利1所述微波消融水刀,其特征在于:外导管系统能够进行左右或上下位移,并产生注水及通过内导管和外导管产生水循环。
5、根据权利1所述微波消融水刀,其特征在于:内导管系统能够进行左右或上下位移,并产生注水及通过内导管和外导管产生水循环。
